In my opinion, a bit long for fast food. The other thing that was a challenge was no drink refills. The tea and soda machines are behind the counter. This was a problem since, again, we sat for some time waiting for our food. Maybe they would have filled up our cups as we left, if we asked, but the lines were crazy. So absolutely not an option. No I don't know if all locations are like this but know this location is. Our meals were all hot and seemed freshly cooked. Not like it sat under a heat lamp. Had a real decent flavor.
