I never really understood the hype behind this spot. I tried the one in Paramus Park Mall a few times & basically decided the only reason for me to return was for the Honey Roasted BBQ sauce. However a few days before the one in Wayne opened a very nice lady came to my job & brought a tray of the minis..it won us all over! We decided to try it once it opened. I generally like to visit a place 2 or 3 times before doing a review (for consistency's sake). Well the pics will speak for themselves but I'll give the main details to try & keep this short. First visit (opening day) wasn't busy, everyone seemed so friendly (like I've always heard abt CFA). Service was ok (forgivable because people were being trained) not fast but not super slow. Over the course of a couple of visits I've had the regular (fried) chicken nuggets, chicken biscuit, the minis & the grilled chicken club ("club" meaning bacon is on it. However mine lacked bacon) & the Mac & cheese. As far as fast food Mac & cheese....it's the closest to homemade. Not the best Mac & cheese. Just better fast food mac. The first time my Mac wasn't filled to the top like I think it should have been. The second time it was HALF full. How's that for a positive outlook. The nuggets were salty & my chicken sandwich didn't have bacon on it. I don't usually complain abt prices because I shop by "it is what it is". HOWEVER if you're going to charge whatever then there should be NO major missteps such as what I've experienced. When we got back to work & opened our food we saw the issues, called & left a voicemail. No returned call to apologize or rectify. Smh. My coworkers all feel like returning to CFA is ONLY needed because it's closer than going to the mall for Popeyes. (We work at 24HF, across the parking lot). My coworkers have returned to their beloved Popeyes & I'm just left with half full mac & no bacon. The ONLY reason I would consider returning is because the honey roasted sauce & the minis. They're worth the headache. Note: "headache" isn't the first word I'd like to think of when I'm hungry & want good/great food or service. My 3 stars is generous because both trips the place was clean, which is just as important. As always I have pics. read more

Owner operator zack lets employees work with covid. Many workers were exposed to covid by other employees and owner and directors only cared if you could still come in. They refuse to pay for covid tests and said "you're most likely fine just come to work" do not support this business no safety precautions have ever been followed or will ever be followed. PRO- Chick-Fil-A as usual, they don't disappoint. Great food always taste fresh. The outside looks good, the inside looks nice and clean. CON- Put of all the times to this specific location the employees don't say my pleasure or even thank you at that lol which I thought was there thing? And the trash cans are always filled to the top leaving you nowhere to throw your trash out. And I'm not the type of rude person to leave my tray out. This is my favorite chick fil a but today my sister and I received the worst attitude by an employee named amber. My sister chose the option of eating in but wanted to change last minute because when she checked for seats they were all taken and the ones available had trash on them... so we waited by the call out area and when amber came to us she asked if that was our food then rudely said "you should be sitting down" with the worst attitude. We were shocked because we had never experienced something like this here before. Then to make it worst we over heard her telling one of her co workers about my sister and the co worker gave a smart remark as well. It made us super uncomfortable knowing they were handling our food and were talking about us right in front of our faces. I Love the location and the people but this experience can go ignored because I saw how other people were made uncomfortable by her attitude as well. Super long waits, even when there's no one there. I love the regular workers, but I'm pretty sure management is pretty bad there. I ordered a milkshake and fries, and was immediately handed the fries but they were already kind of cold. 15 minutes later, I see a milkshake come out but it wasn't put out for any customer to be able to grab. After 10 minutes, I was tired of waiting and asked who it was for, but who I'm pretty sure was manager asked what my name was. When I told her, she said "Oh okay you can have your drink then." I think they were waiting for my fries to come out, but as I said before, I already got the fries. It was super disorganized and frustrating, and the manager was a bit rude. I only went because I had a gift card, and can't imagine myself going back. Fries were cold by the time I got them -- upsetting to say the least. read more

I don't understand where all the negative reviews for this place are coming from. I ordered from here curbside many times before and have never ran into any problems. I think a little bit of wait time is expected for how busy Chick-fil-A is in general. I think it would be helpful if they could provide an estimated wait time, however the app notifies you before you place your order if there are many orders ahead of yours. The staff here is working hard running food curbside to keep everyone safe and they are always very friendly so props to them! My order is always correct and they've even upped their french fry game because they always come out piping hot now! read more

There food there is really good and so is there customer service. When doing curbside pickup they are fast and polite and the food is nice and hot. They make sure everyone is happy there and chick fil a is my favorite place to eat it. read more

Went to this location for the first time today. They are very organized, line moves fast and they are very friendly. And of course the food is great. They brought our food to the table and a gentleman was walking around asking if we needed anything. He stopped at just about every table. Also the young man who brought us our food asked if there was anything else we needed. This is the way all businesses should be run. Congratulations on a job well done! read more

I've been to a lot of Chick-fil-A's in the sense of delivering for door dash and for Uber eats and GrubHub but this by far is the most this organizing place I've ever been to other places if it says Chick-fil-A I go there cause you're very organized you go you pick it up but not this one in Willabrook mall this one by the mall is horrible you go there most the time they don't have the order and they have to replace it again then you have to stand around and maybe you're lucky maybe 15 minutes but there's been times I've gone in there and the other place on the other side Chipotle which is 10 times worse than this place but they're all over the place he only ones that you get your food on time for the customer and everything is cava and shake shack those the only two up that way that actually are on time you walk in you pick up the order Chick-fil-A and what cracks me up is that they have a few people working on the side but they're all sitting in the circle talking at Chick-fil-A not working read more
