I don't eat any fast food...I gave in at the Wellington mall.. was greeted warmly and ordered chicken nuggets.. only 4 because I wasn't sure I would like them... They were delicious! Sandwich was good, but fries were saltier than other locations. Could've been better, but usually can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A. However, there are better locations for sure Staff was pretty nice in my opinion! We ended up going back to order a bit more, we got the chicken strips, fries, cookies & cream milkshake, along with trying the new frosted key lime! It is good! Our Cashier "Jada" was very friendly and had a great smile and attitude. This is the location in the Wellington Green.

Absolute worst location, even worse than the Lantana and Jog store and those employees there have nasty attitudes BUT atleast don't make you wait your entire lunch for a 6 piece nugget and c. This is my order from almost 20 minutes ago. The app asked me 4 times if my food arrived before I went inside to see why they never bought my food out. The only customers who matter at this location are the ones that come inside apparently bc anytime I make a curbside order I have to either come run inside to ask them to give it to me or a refund so I'm not late to work. I would recommend driving down to 441 and southern, the line could be put onto 441 and you will still get your food faster. So someone contacts me, offers me coupons for the trouble. I come back and I have to call the store manager and ask for someone to bring my order because they were waiting for other later orders instead of bringing ours we had to wait an additional 10 minutes. read more

My experience at Wellington Green made me very upset. I WAS PISSED. THEY WOULD NOT REMOVE THE TOMATO AND BACON OFF OF MY COBB SALAD. Worst possible location. The staff is CONSTANTLY on their cell phones INCLUDING FRONT CASH GIRLS and this always causes orders to be incorrect or incomplete. I am so tired of management not doing anything about this that I decided to call corporate head office and let them know. Always fast, friendly and professional. They have been our saving grace during Covid. Always impressed how well organized this location is.

They always encourage mobile ordering but I'll be honest I will never place a mobile order here again. I've never waited less then 6 minutes to get my order (Chick Fil a standards are great service under 2 minutes to serve, decent under 5 minutes, bad over 5 minutes) they always serve people who ordered at the store first. It's really bad. They also consistently forget to add things and such on mobile orders, I feel like they just don't have a system in place for it yet and it's a free for all. Avoid Wellington mall location and go to Royal Palm. The service lacks at the mall and they do not fix issues like other locations. Experience issues almost every time going to this location while other locations rarely make mistakes. The mall is not busy and should make less mistakes. If you have not had a chick-fil-a sandwich for fear of "fast food," you have not had a chicken sandwich. This is perfection in the art of chicken sandwiching. The original classic chick-fil-a is breaded in a savory thin batter that makes your mouth water as you are eating it and ever thereafter upon thinking of it. Served in classic Southern style, topped only with a pickle slice, the filet is high quality chicken breast completely different from other processed fast-food joints. The roll itself is a marvel of tasty engineering. I would give every other location I have visited 5-stars for what it is; however, this particular location has a management problem. Not a big one but a noticeable one. First, you need to know that the chick-fil-a employee looks completely different from other fast food employees, bewilderingly so. They are mostly white, blonde and sweet as sugar. Something's up with that. The restaurant closes every Sunday for religious reasons. There is a cult-like feel to the place but not in a bad way (other than for lack of diversity). The service at Chick-fil-as consequentially great! They smile, call you by first name, take time, are accurate and professional. This place has a staffing issue. Many locations are very busy but they do things to make it better, sometimes unexpected like walking through the drive-through line with a cart and extra order takers! This one however can have long lines with only one person working the register. Today it was Vanessa who was doing incredible work while another woman was chatting on the phone while "helping." Another register should have been ops let alone hanging up the phone. This is not unusual for this mall food court location but you will find other locations are much more efficient.
