This is now the one closest to my house so I go pretty often and I've never had a bad experience. The drive-through workers and the people in the restaurant are as pleasant as you'd expect from a Chick-fil-A restaurant and make sure that your needs are met every single time. Every once in a while I'll bring my dog with me to pick up some dinner and they are always so sweet to him. Last night the girls at the window give him a pup cup which he enjoyed immensely. This Chick-fil-a should be a model one. The staff is friendly as can be, especially Chauncy the manager. I've never had a bad experience from this location, they are efficient and have a great team going on over there. I go there so often most of them remember what sauces I like, if not they know to ask. I work close to the one in Waterford Lakes, but I'll drive to this location because I know the food will be fresh, taste better, and they'll get my order right. Where do I begin on how disappointing this Chick Fil A is. A month ago my fiance and I returned to my hometown to visit my family. We had ordered food on a Saturday morning for everyone in the house. This store forgot to put 2 orders in our bags and charged us for it. We happened to be busy with my nieces 3rd birthday party that day all day and we were leaving the next day to go home. So I called and spoke to an employee and since we paid cash they could not give us a refund. But if I came to the store and took time away from the already busy day where no time was available then she could replace the meal. I just wanted my money back because 2 people went without breakfast for their mistake and breakfast at that time was over. I called that Monday and spoke to a young man who said that he would send me coupons to use at our local Chick Fil A for the inconvenience. Not a problem since we go to our store all the time, this would be fine. 3 weeks go by and not one coupon was sent to us. I called the store today 4 weeks and a day later, ask for corporates number and was given the wrong number. So I had to call again and someone else picked up and gave me the correct corporate number. I have reported this to them, as this store has no follow through when it comes to their customers and has no care that they were the ones that messed up our order. Don't tell me that you will fix the mistake and then fail to do so. read more

On occasion I go to a Chick-fil-A on 46 in Sanford, Fl. They run their drive-thru like an assembly line. You are in and out no matter how busy they are. The management at the Winter Springs store needs to take direction from them. They are always slow and the food is only ready half the time at best. If the food isn't ready they put you in a holding area where you can't leave until the cars ahead of you get their food. The food is great. Everything else has gone downhill since the relocation. This CFA has a huge parking lot. However, only half of it has any lights. The entry to the parking lot when coming off Tuskawilla has no lights above it so it is very dark. Pulling out of the restaurant onto Tuskawilla is dangerous as it is on a curve in the road. The lot (lit part) has 2 sections and both are one-way so don't get stuck in the wrong part. No curbside. No playground. Inside has two registers and the lobby is cut in half. Does CFA even want people to eat inside anymore? This location is bigger than the old one but seems so much smaller. The old location had lines of cars at any time of the day. So when they move they do 1 drive-thru lane and one express lane (pre-orders). I sat in line behind 10 cars last night, another 7 behind me, as the food was slowly delivered. In that time a grand total of 4 cars went through the express line. I live exactly 1.2 miles from the CFA and it took me 32 minutes to leave, arrive, get 2 sandwiches and return home. Parking lot and restaurant entry/exit are very dangerous. Forget about it once it starts getting dark earlier. read more

First time at this Chick-fIl-A and had a nice experience. The young staff members were very helpful, answered all our questions, demonstrated how to use the app and made us feel welcomed. We kept it simple and enjoyed everything.. Hubs spicy chicken sammich was declared "just right" and my classic was delish. Both sandwiches and fries arrived piping hot and NOT greasy. These fries, IMO, don't even need ketchup. The chicken was moist and tender. The place was VERY busy, both inside and at drive-through. We snagged a booth...ta-da! The location lost a star simply because of the physical set-up. It simplyy isn't big enough for the amount of customers present at 2:30 on a weekday afternoon. We'll definitely return. read more

I recently in the mail received a promotion for peach milkshakes. I have gone to the Tuskawilla Road location drive thru. Out of the 4 times that I have been twice I waited 30 plus minutes in a parking spot for them to bring it to me, last night they totally forgot about me. One time it was perfect and one time it was a watered down, flavorless cool drink. After forgetting me and another patron last night, they gave me 2 tickets for free kids meals. I was disappointed with this location. I'm a mom with a 15 month old and brought my son here in hopes to enjoy a fairly good meal and let him play in the play area . The service is always good. Very polite and never much of a wait. I ordered for my son the 1 chicken strip kids meal. The chicken strip was scary dark. The chicken wasn't overcooked, it was either the oil was beyond old, or this strip hit the floor and they recooked it to kill the germs? But ok, it was edible, just a little odd looking. But my main reason for 3 stars is this. The place was nasty, in a couple of aspects. When we walked into the lobby, it smelled like nag champa incense. Not a smell I associate with an appetite. Like someone is trying to cover another smell of I-dunno-what, ok. Enter the dining area. Dirty floors, and another smell that could only be described as a mop that sat in old dirty water and used to Clean the floor. We sat by the play area inside and the glass was dirty, and I don't mean like just a few smears which would be expected during a food rush, but it was smears on top of smears. The play yard, which is clearly marked for children, was occupied by teenagers...lots of them. So I wasn't going to bring my baby out there to play. Again, it's just one experience that has put a sour taste in my mouth. But I have NEVER had a single problem with their drive thru or the food. The line may look long but it's fast. read more

As a general rule I think Chick fil a should run the world they are such a well oiled machine however at this location the well oiled machine broke down years ago and has yet to be fixed. I hadn't been to this location in years because of an issue that I had with them but figured it had been a long time I would give them a try again. Big mistake. The wait in the drive thru is ridiculous and then I get my food and one of the meals that I paid for was missing as well as the sauces I requested. I will drive across town to avoid this location from here on out. I gave them more than one chance and nothing about their poor service has changed.
