We both had never been yet we wanted to give it a try, I walked inside and went up to order, I go up and the staff were very nice, tables were clean and the food was delicious. I've always loved their chicken tenders. They've always been tender and moist. I went to the one in Woburn and was greatly disappointed. The tenders were much smaller and a little dry. Went here for lunch. No indoor dining. Went to one of a thousand places around that has indoor dining.

i go every Wednesday and sometimes a dinner pick up for grand kids. always busy . but never long waits. staff ....great. management ......super. food never disappointed. amazing how clean. with the virus. i don't have fear of going there. we sit in the back seat and eat there while it's hot. rather eat inside . try using their barbeque sauce on fries or anything instead of catsup. I never eat mac and cheese 70 years this is the best I remember having. read more

I was so excited to try this place out. The food was pretty good for fast food but unfortunately my meal didn't come for a long time. They gave it to someone else and I had to go get mine. When I finally got it the cheese was not even in the sandwich in the box and everything was thrown together. Too bad. I have gone inside a few times to place my order and every time I had the same woman manager Nicki take my order. She is so unfriendly and unprofessional. While placing my order at the register social distancing is not being maintained as you are shoulder to shoulder with the customer next to you placing your order. If the food wasn't as delicious as it is I'd still come to this establishment. The kids working here seem like a throwback to how fast food service was presented in the 1950's. They seem to genuinely care about your experience. Of course it's by design, but it also says a lot about its obviously top notch management. I am not happy with chick fila, i ordered off of door dash and was not given the option for extra chick fila sauce. I was only able to get 4 sauces for a big order. There needs to be an option to choose more sauces because the sauce is so good. Im so upset! You also can not get in contact with an employee from the restaurant which is more annoying read more

I ordered online and accidently put the wrong car make and model, which we corrected with the women who took our order to make sure we weren't confusing or inconviencing the workers. Completely my mistake. However, when we pulled up to the boy standing outside the window with our food, he was beyond rude. Did not say anything or even acknowledge us when we pulled up, and acted like we didn't exist. Then he began saying things to his co workers deliberately in front of us along the lines of "seriously this is not a black infiniti howd they get that wrong." He was relentless, and continued to go on and on about how we were wrong until we pulled away. He could say all this, but couldn't even look at us to ask our name for the order or anything. We were, no exaggeration, less than a foot away from this boy while he was huffing and puffing about a SMALL MINOR mistake which we had corrected. I love chick fil a, but seriously this boy should not be in food service if he can't give customers the time of day. read more

Very good food, but the service is unbelievable. You hear about it but it really is true, at least at this restaurant. My friend decided to not order anything, and when the owner came by to drop off food to another member of our table and the owner started asking what my friend what he would hypothetically order if he were to get something. A minute later, he returned with fries, a water, and chicken nuggets, refusing to even have my friend pay for it. Very good food and even better service. read more
