First let me say this is a unique concept not like anything I have seen. This is 100% not your average burger and chicken joint as the name might convey. This is a family owned unique culinary experience that is trying new things. It's fast food meets upscale, it's sit down mixed with self order. The plating is very upscale and it's like a unique elevated version of everything. The custom burger I had was fantastic, the tatter tots are amazing and my wife had the spicy honey butter chicken sandwich. I can honestly tell you the chicken sandwich was one of the best I have ever had! The service is amazing and over the top friendly. We also got asked to try a marshmallow sauce not yet on the menu for feedback. All I can say is the marshmallow sauce with sweet potatoe fries is great and I hope they add it to the menu. The place was slow, it's one of those places who needs a Keith Lee visit!!

OMG!! If you have not tried this restaurant then you are totally missing out!! It's very quaint and the food is DELICIOUS !! The service was friendly and inviting. They have robots delivering your food to the table. It's quite an experience !! I'll let my pictures speak for themselves.

Food 10 out of 10. We ordered the fish medley, famous burger, honey chicken sandwich and mozzarella sticks. All of them were amazing. We ordered the funnel cake Sundays, brownie and crème brûlée and that crème brûlée is amazing. If you were to try just one thing it would be that. Service 10 out it 10. My kids were so happy to be happy here. The robot servers are amazing as well. It makes the ambience feel very welcoming and modern.

It was very slow. One register with not enough training. Food came out slowly. Don't quite under the concept if it was a fast food help yourself restaurant or dine in with server restaurant. Food in general was good, not bad not special. I do like their chicken salad. Not a big fan of the soup. Chicken sandwich is ok.

As soon as we entered the restaurant we were greeted by the staff and asked if we had been there before. They invited us to take a seat wherever and then order at the counter or kiosk. They brought coloring sheets to our kids which helped keep them busy and then offered to hang their coloring pages up - my kids loved this. The staff was seriously so nice and delivered such great service - asking if the kids could have a lollipop to asking if we'd like the "robot servers" to come visit the table. The robot came back around the table with disco lights and my kids got a kick out of it. So you'd think that because they have robot waiter that the service would be lacking -- not at all. We were so impressed at the level of service. The ambiance is nice, the music not too loud and (thankfully for my kids) no distracting TVs. The food was great and can be customized to your needs/likes. We had the chick n' burger and the blazing bbq chicken sandwich. My kids had the nuggets and fries and ice cream scoops. We will be back!

Wow! This place is so YUM! I went here yesterday with my son for lunch and had a chicken sandwich that was wonderful! It was so good, we came again today for dinner, this time bringing my husband too. I had a burger that was incredible! 10/10

I had an amazing meal here! I was able to specify exactly how I wanted my cheeseburger and it arrived hot, medium rare and delicious. The tater tots were probably the best I've ever had; light, crispy with a dusting of ranch flavoring. You have a choice to order via a tablet or have a human take your order; similarly, you can elect to have your meal delivered by human or robot. Of course I chose the latter! The place itself is clean, bright and comfortable. Even the restrooms were impressive. An interesting concept and experience overall.

Just wow, this place has exceeded my expectations. The pictures don't do it any justice. I want to start by saying the customer service is a 10/10. You're immediately greeted verbally and greeted with a smile. Upon arrival my bags were being double checked to ensure nothing was missing. I was given i structuring on how to heat my bread pudding and i was helped by bringing my bag and drinks to the car. The food was awesome. Nothing lacked flavor. The fries are very unique, they are a steak cut but much thinner, i love it! I highly recommend this place. I'll definitely be back for the best bread pudding ever!

We went to this restaurant last Thursday evening (off of 380 next to Discount Tire) . Had seen it in a Prosper magazine and it got rave reviews. Family owned and not a franchise so we loved that. Staff was so friendly and the food was amazing. My husband got the BBQ chicken sandwich and I got the build your own burger - both awesome! Seasoned French fries were sooo good. We tried this place today because my husband was craving a burger & it was great! The food was fresh and delicious. He made his own bacon cheeseburger & I had the buffalo chicken sandwich (which I was able to get grilled instead of fried) and both were great. Food was terrible! Order to famous chick n burger and tenders! Chicken patties taste old and frozen. Yelp let me down with this place. Save your money!! I ordered and told them spicy chicken no beef!! Get home and beef on both of the chicken sandwiches. Called to complain and they refunded me $3.98 the cost for two beef patties? Don't eat beef so the sandwiches were inedible. Manage told me we looked back at the cameras and you didn't ask for any beef so we can only refund you for the beef patties. So the camera didn't catch me saying no beef so you have to speak with the owner? I just spent $50 on two chicken sandwiches and kids tender meal and couldn't eat it because of your mistake but you refund me $3 haha I shouldn't have tipped because I saw your real customer service over the phone once I called in with a problem!! Service like that you won't last long! Keep the money you will never get any business from my family again!! read more

The staff are so friendly!! And the food was amazing. The boom boom chicken sandwich isn't on the menu yet but you Have to try it - So Good with their pickles. We were surprised to find this gem so close to home. The staff is super helpful, the service was great, large menu of choices, and most of all, the food was great and came quickly on our robot! We finally tried this restaurant yesterday after driving by a million times. It definitely exceeded my expectations. The staff was extremely helpful with taking our order, asking if there was anything else we needed, and even offering to refill our drinks (even though we could easily refill them ourselves). I had a black bean burger and tater tots. The burger was good, but the tater tots were actually hot and well seasoned. There's a lot of restaurants where they come barely warm. My family tried several chicken sandwiches, which they enjoyed. I tried the fries and the corn nuggets, and those were both great as well. We're definitely going back because there's more we want to try. read more

Dad wanted burgers for Father's Day. The Great ratings for Chick n' Burger were true to form. Folks loved the buns, generous, crispy bacon on burgers, beautifully cooked burgers. Delicious handspun milkshakes with whipped cream. Tator tots, fried okra and fries all seemed hand cut & breaded, super fresh and full. Returned the next day to try breakfast sandwiches. The food was absolutely delicious. Get the ranch tots or fries! The shakes were tasty and the burgers were huge and so good. Even better than the food was the amazing customer service. I would go back just because the staff was so kind and attentive. My two year old thought the robot food delivery was so cool. He was mesmerized by them each time they came. The staff saw this and went above and beyond by having the robot come visit us and even brought him ice cream with his favorite color candle on it. He thought he was the most special kid in the world and it made his (and my) whole day! We will absolutely be back to enjoy both the amazing food and the incredible staff!! My husband and i both had the turkey burger with guacamole . Very delicious indeed. The workers and owners treat you like best friends. The restrooms are kept sparkling clean The prices are very reasonable. Its a small strip mall, but there is plenty of parking front and rear. Its also handicapped accessible. I've had take out three times. It's been excellent every time. Chicken sandwiches are nice size. Buffalo chicken was excellent. We were heading up to bring lunch and eat with our grandchildren at their elementary school. This…read morelocation was on the way and they start preparing lunch items at 10:30. The grandkids love to get the "bag of burgers" when they are at our house. They don't have a Braum's location near their house, so it's a treat for them. The drive through line seemed to take a long time considering there was only one car in front of me. I ordered a bag of hamburgers, a couple of regular burgers, fries and a milkshake. After our order was ready, we were on our way for a fun lunch with the grandkids!

Why my boyfriend…read moreand I were ordering the girl taking our order was visibly annoyed, rolling her eyes and at one point told her coworker " why would you get that much " when we ordered four shakes ( for the family). Once done we stepped over to order food and they forgot to ask if it was for Togo or dine in. When we asked for a bag they looked again annoyed. Over all a very bad experience. I never post but felt the need to share this.
