You can tell they season it right because every bite has flavor, not just the breading. I tried a couple of different menu items and everything came out fresh and hot, nothing tasted like it had been sitting around. The portions were generous too, so you definitely get value for the price. Service was quick and friendly, they made sure we had what we needed without being overbearing. Very large chicken breast, lettuce and tomato were both crisp and cold. Chicken marinade was fantastic, quite juicy, not at all dry. Brioche was soft and not overly sweet. I visit this food center often. Waited for this spot to open up. Was it worth the wait? The short answer? No. It's a single location. Which is good. I had high hopes. I guess that could happen. The wait wasn't terribly long. I ordered the Chicken Bowl. The chicken was nice. It was fine. The basmati rice was good (ratio was considerably off). The grilled onions weren't. The Cole Slaw was warm/hot which isn't exactly what I expected. And not exactly good. I could see the scrambling in the kitchen and they could not find the potatoes to make more fries. My wife ordered the sandwich. The fries were cold and eh. She wasn't happy. The thing that really just made the experience hard to like... And this is going to sound so petty, but it needs to be said. The utensils suck. The user experience with the flimsy knife and fork left me feeling frustrated. Just. Worthless. There was no Coke in the machine. The lemonade was empty. The restaurant was also empty. I hope things change. If this is the execution of a dream, I'd suggest sleeping in a little longer and just get it right. While I'm here, there was a missed opportunity with the tag line about it being "chicken o'clock"... Chicken O'Cluck would have been better. Serve the cole slaw in a different container not in with the hot rice and chicken. Serve it cold. Get new forks and knifes. The ones you use are for a really bad picnic. Not here. Finally got to try it today and my coworkers and I were impressed! I got the chicken plate with basmati rice and Cesar salad and my co worker got the regular salad. I've been here four or five times; I've ordered a couple different things on the menu and overall I was happy with the taste. The staff is nice but I can tell they are still in a learning phase, which is fine. No shade... For a chicken place, they really don't have that much chicken on the menu. The chicken sandwich is good, but it's nothing too special. I like that it's grilled, but a little light on flavor. They have a "sloppy joe" on the menu, which tastes good but honestly is more of a hamburger: no sauce and a chopped up patty. Salads were pretty fresh and I liked that the Caesar salad had more than just lettuce, chicken, and croutons on it. Their dressings are very tasty. The fries tend to be overcooked (very dark in color and sometimes hard) yet cold and are usually broken up in tiny pieces. My main beef is the $4 coleslaw. It is not tasty and for the price I was very surprised and not at all happy to receive two 2-oz containers that were not even filled up all the way. Very disappointing. My honest opinion is that they still have some kinks to iron out and overall it's not a terrible place for lunch, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here. read more

When my girlfriend and I went to this plaza, originally we went for some five guys. The head chef of chicken confidential was giving out samples of their pesto chicken sandwich. The sandwich was super duper flavorful, that my girlfriend and I changed our plans. We ordered two sandwich's, one was the grilled chicken sandwich and then the pesto chicken sandwich. There was a disturbance that occurred outside of the restaurant but the head chef was quick to resolve it. He showed kindness to this person that was about to make a big mistake.
