If I could give 3.5 stars, I would. Service is quite good which brings the score up. Ambiance is also pretty great and I love how convenient it is in the point. However the food was really mediocre and hit or miss. We got multiple entrees and I tried some of other people's. The bad: -The Chinese chicken salad was weird, I've never had anything like it but would NOT get it again. The ingredients a bit obscure which is fine but the dressing was unappetizing. -Adding "steak" to a salad- the "steak" that was added to our salad looked like chewed up dog food. Weird chunks that was so gross and chewy. I've had better steak at chipotle or any other establishment. They should really remove this option. MEH: -Salmon- salmon was cooked fine. The vegetables underneath were okay but had a slightly weird flavor -Jambalaya was underwhelming The good: -The mushroom pizza? Delicious. Would absolutely get again -Panini is more like a folded pizza but was honestly sooo good Seems like only the bready/pizza things were good here.

I escaped LAX during a layover (before the red eye home!) to enjoy my favorite meal at TFK. This is a chain so I've been to these before but this one is a standout. The servers and staff really fo above and beyond to be warm and welcoming. My go to meal is the season soup, the kale salad with no cheese add salmon and occasionally I order the fries. I love the grapefruit spritz (n/a) and also the skinny margarita. Highly recommend!!

Ambiance: green and healthy themed restaurant, with spacious and cozy dining vibes, good for large group hangouts Service: very friendly and attentive, introduced their menu and specialities thoroughly, refilled water promptly Food: their menu has a heavy emphasis on vegetarian food Edamame Dumplings - *** white truffle oil, dashi, thai basil, sesame seeds, unique taste Pepperoni Pizza - *** Niman Ranch uncured pepperoni, DiNapoli tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, basil, average taste Spaghetti Squash Casserole - ** caramelized onions, fresh mozzarella, DiNapoli tomato sauce, mushy texture Voodoo Ranger Juicy Haze IPA - **** canned beer, easy to drink, recommend Price: small to moderate portions, overall mediocre quality, expect $35+ per person

My family and I really enjoyed Sunday brunch at True Food Kitchen. The space is bright and comfortable, and the service was friendly and attentive. There are plenty of fresh, healthy options to choose from on the menu. I had the Rancher's Hash, which was tasty, and my little one loved the kids' tomato pasta--simple and just the way he likes it. Overall, it's a great spot if you're looking to eat clean and still enjoy a satisfying meal.

Thoughtfully made food without losing the eye on taste, flavors. The staff were excellent. The place is so huge and spacious. It is one of those places where you can pick a spot and enjoy a long private conversation as you savor the food. The dessert was also finely made. Vegan burger was the show stealer! It has the right flavors and felt lije the real thing. Was pretty filling too. Had great time.

Took my team out to lunch True Food Kitchen was absolutely amazing. Ambiance very clean and hip. Staff was great friendly and attentive. Now the food DAMN it was delicious I ordered the kale salad with grilled salmon and it definitely hit. Good portions. We ordered a couple of appetizers the Brussel spouts and cauliflower I could have eaten those as my entry they were so yummy. Definitely coming back here. Everything was fantastic. Little pricey but worth it. Parking is a little tough as it is located in a shopping center overall A plus.

    Sad veggie burger.

Disappointed. I order the same thing every time I come here. This weekend I didn't have time to go in to eat, order thru Uber Eats and my food was not what I ordered the "veggie double cheeseburger" was missing the topping and only had one patty. The Frieda were soggy. For a $32 delivery this was no what I envisioned. Do they slack when you order take out? This has not been my experience when dining in

    Grass-fed Burger

Had a quick lunch and was craving a burger, but high quality with healthier options. The Grass-fed Burger was so good. It was served hot and juicy, with a very delicious side of kale salad. I also tried the O.G fresh juice, made with ginger, honey, and lemon. I wasn't expecting it to be carbonated, but it was still good. It wasn't busy when I arrived, so there was plenty of seating and service was great.

My wife has been here a few times. This was my first time coming here. I like the overall space, the food, and the service. There so many healthier choices for us to try. Everything is made fresh to order. There are many options or substitutions that can be made too for special diet needs or restrictions. There are plenty of drink or specialized spritzers and non-soda(s) as they do not sell. The food and drinks come out timely. The service is great and the servers make their own drinks, there is no one bar tender or bar-back. Again the food is on the healthier side no grease, sat/fats or transfats. I believe pure olive oil is used for all their dressings, sandwiches, vegetables and meats. You must try to appreciate. Enjoy!

Came her for two reasons: Restaurant Week and heard a lot about this place as one of the few that doesn't cut corners and gives you food made in house with healthier options and ethicallly sourced. Hard to do in this day age. Location: On PCH and Rosecrans in Manhattan Beach in the North Point shopping center. Food:Edamame dumplings were surprisingly tasty without drowning in oils or bland. Wasn't a fan of the mush interior, but I couldn't expect much from beans. Jumbalaya pasta with sausage. This was spicy with a slight kick, but not enough to make me stop eating it. This was a big plate although it didn't look it and I ended up taking the other 1/2 of it home with me. The flourless chocolate cake. I wouldn't call this a cake so much as a brownie with a dollop of ice cream on top. The cake was so thick and fudgey, I kept looking at it to make sure it was a cake and not substituted with something else on the menu. Still, good and satisfied my sweet tooth. Summary: This is a fusion American interpretive cuisine kind of plalce so don't expect authentic anything with the non-American dishes. What you can expect is house made and ethically sourced ingredients made to order, not frozen (I hope). Everything is light in oil and not as greasy as most places. Does that take away from the flavor? No, not reallly, just healthier. The service was excellent and they will gladly make substitutions for your allergies and preferences. The ambiance is bright, airy with plenty of space. And, yes, they do serve alcohol including their own cocktails. If you're used to heavy oils ,salt, grease and dishes drowning in butter, you won't find that here and others may think these dishes are tasteless. But for those who still want to go out, but not feel too guilty about doing so, this is your place. Is it pricey? I would venture to say come here when you want to splurge and want a smorgasbord of tastes on a healthier side.Happy eating!!

The Baseline: For an eclectic dining experience, the food offerings must be of quality for the variety offered, the seasoning/flavors must be special, the side dish offering must make sense with the other items, and the menu must be manageable. Food: Used the August 2025 brunch menu and had some new things. Ranchers Hash was good- great steak, great sauce, good veggies, and sweet potatoes was the base starch. I ended up wanting regular potatoes over the sweet potatoes (and I understand the sweet potatoes are the healthier option), but I will chalk that up to personal preference. Farmer's Market Scramble was also good but it suffered from the sweet potatoes verses potato battle with my group (potato wins for preference). The scrabbled eggs were silky, smooth and delicious and the cheddar added to the dish. The Lemon Blueberry Muffins were awesome and were a great ender desert for the meal. I also had an Iced Shakerato which was a great mid-afternoon coffee fix. Service: We had a good waiter and was attentive. All water glasses were kept full once we got them. Ambiance: Very nice and comfortable when we came in for a late lunch. Well lit and the temperature was comfortable. Clean spaces all around.

Food delicious The poke bowl a little on the small side Everything delicious forgot to take pictures of the edamame dumplings, which was super good and I didn't take a picture of the Horchata Matcha, which was delicious. Definitely getting that again. Staff is super friendly good option for big groups. Lots of table space inside and out cool laid-back vibe.

I honestly stopped by mainly to try the café since I was in the area, and I'm so glad I did. Since I love exploring and café hopping, this place was a really nice find. From the taste of the food, it's easy to tell they take their time preparing everything, and it truly shows. I tried the Bang Bang lentil bowl, which was flavorful and very nourishing, and for juice I ordered the Solar Citrus, which was absolutely refreshing. The food felt organic and fresh, with a good variety of vegan options. Kennedy and Meredith were great with service, warm, attentive, and made the experience even better. The overall atmosphere was calm and not chaotic at all. Before coming, I also confirmed whether the café was open to the public, and it is. You don't need to be a member to enjoy it. The last time we were here, it was during a busy lunch and both the service and the food were below par. But tonight, it wasn't as busy and our server, Geovani, was excellent. First, we were quickly greeted and asked to select our table (since they were not that busy). Since there was only two of us, we picked a table for two. But, after we decided that we would split an appetizer and an entree, the table for two became way to small way too quickly. Geovani jumped right on this, suggesting we move to a larger table. He helped us move everything over and, voila, we were able to stretch out and relax and enjoy our meal. We started with the pear and blue cheese salad and, wow, we could have just ordered this, split it, and we would have been full. Very flavorful, generous portion that is definitely big enough to share. We also ordered the Sausage & Leek Fettuccine and I was definitely not thinking. Totally forgetting that leeks are part of the onion family (and I have a sensativity to onions). Once the dish arrive, I immediately noticed the similarity and was slowly trying to pick them away from my portion. Once again, Geovani came to our rescue. He asked how everything was and I told him I made a mistake (noted above). He quickly volunteered to have the kitchen make it again without the leeks. I asked, "Are you sure?", and he immediately said yes and removed the dish. Very shortly after, he returned with the "onion sterile" dish and it was wonderful. Both of us were so full you could have rolled us out the door. Good thing the parking garage is so close so we could just hop in our car and go home. Time to loosen the belt! ;) In a week where we have had some personal issues, it was so nice to be treated so well and received such a great tasting meal. Hope you get the time to stop in and I hope you get Giovani to answer all your questions and issues. Enjoy!!!

I was impressed with the clean and modern look of Jane Enoteca from the moment I walked in. Their dishes consist of several handmade pastas, salads and Italian inspired comfort food. My friend and I chose to start our meals with the Meatballs and Brussels Sprouts. Being a Brussels Sprouts fan, I really enjoyed their roasted crispy Brussels sprouts that were tossed in schiaffoni dressing and finished with sesame. Equal in deliciousness were their Meatballs. The Meatballs were tender, rich and saucy. These starters were a great way to kick off our meal here. For our mains, we got their Paccheri Lisci and Tonnarelli. The Paccheri Lisci had a bit of a spicy kick to it. It has spicy pork sausage sugo, fennel, sage and pecorino. It was meaty and flavorful. The Tonnarelli or Cacio e Pepe contrasted nicely with the Paccheri Lisci. This pasta dish was simple, sharp and peppery. This was more bold versus saucy.
