There's a good amount of seating, although it can get pretty busy during the dinner rush. Free parking in the back which is a plus because parking in Hollywood is usually tough. It's a self-order place, with 3 machines. The one I used first didn't have the 7 piece option! I asked somebody working there and while apologizing, they told me to use another machine. So, another line for that! Once my turn came (again!), they had the 7 piece option at this one. Easy to order. No paper receipt, just a link to your phone, they give you a number, better remember it! Credit card only! First time I didn't leave a tip since I didn't deal with a human and the process was a hassle, and I did everything myself. On top, it's pricey! Chicken came out fast and it was hot! The actual chicken is boneless and tasty (better than regular chains? maybe), decent, but nothing memorable. Bigger pieces. Cornbread (2 pieces) - a tad dry, I am not a fan of of cornbread in general, but had better. They give you some honey (packaged) and a bit of butter (portion is too small, not enough).
