Excellent customer service, greeted me with a smile, and helped me get my order together right away, making suggestions on the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, to really level it up. The macaroni and cheese was also impressive. The sauce was fully flavored. The crispy chicken had a wonderful texture and crunch. The meal came out quickly. As well as the delicious snickerdoodle milkshake, I was able to add malt, which happens to be one of my favorite ways to get a milkshake. Very delicious, very timely, and friendly service. I ordered the bacon melt burger with avocado, mac and cheese on the side, and a lemon lime soda. The burger was really good. Juicy, cheesy, and the bacon and avocado worked perfectly together. It had that rich comfort food feel without being too heavy, and everything tasted fresh. The mac and cheese was creamy and satisfying, definitely a solid side choice. The lemon lime soda was cold and refreshing and balanced out the meal nicely. The restaurant has a clean, modern setup with a casual vibe that makes it easy to just sit and enjoy your food. Staff was friendly and the order came out quickly even though it was busy. Definitely a good spot when you want something comforting and filling without overcomplicating it.

After a late night worship event, we were craving for burgers and initially wanted in n out but the line was insane due to everyone from the event being there and wanted a quick bite before heading home so decided to check this place out. It's open til 2am and it was quit empty around 10pm but it did get more packed afterwards. Unfortunately there's no parking lot and only street meter parking that I saw but it was a Sunday night so free parking for me :) Wifey and I ordered the spicy mission meltburger and double meltburger. My wife loved her spicy mission better then in n out so was glad we came here instead. I thought the patties were a bit over cooked and the buns were crazy greasy. I had to use a fork to eat my burger. The fries were dry but loved the pickle that came w the burger. Overall: the service was fantastic and the hours are very convenient and if my wife wants to come I'm down to eat here again. 3.5 stars

This is the very first Melt location that I tried in LA and I always come back. The food is always good and they never disappoint. The hospitality of the team goes far beyond the bare minimum. They make sure you are satisfied with your meal and that you feel seen. Mayra was so helpful when in it came to my choices for my tastebuds lol.

Delicious, fresh, hot, clean and Roxan was very friendly. Will definitely be returning.

The Melt is delicious and consistent in their quality. I used to go to the one in Pasadena for years until they closed, so I was super excited to see the WeHo location on Yelp and had to check them out. While you can order from a cashier, it's much easier to use the self service kiosk to customize your order and pay. There are great overhead order status screens near the pick up counter. I ordered the Patty Melt with grilled onions and it's always satisfying. Hot and juicy beef patties with melted cheese, sweet grilled onions, and garlic butter toasted bread. The Melt seasoning on the fries were on point too! Ask for a side of ranch. Amalia was super friendly and helpful. She prepared my meal on the grill with a smile and promptly handed me the order when it was finished. As a quick service restaurant, the ambiance is what I expect - accent title flooring, hardwood tables on metal frames, aluminum chairs. Moderate seating inside and on their outside patio.

I've been to this location several times for takeout. Last night we dined in and it was our second time doing so. As usual, the food was great. I ordered the Bacon Cheese Melt Burger and it didn't disappoint. It was fresh, very hot, and messy. Lots of napkins with this burger. My friend and I shared the Garlic Parmesan fries and they were really good. Again, fresh, hot, and a large serving. We loved them. My friend ordered a Snickerdoodle milkshake and said it was thick in texture and great tasting. So, why the 4 star rating? After ordering, I asked if they had a restroom so I could wash my hands. There is no signage that they have a restroom. An employee opened up a door and said it's at the end of the hallway. After a short walk and a couple of turns, there were the two restrooms. His and Hers. The Men's restroom was 100% completely disgusting. No bs, it was very filthy. The place obviously hadn't been cleaned in a long time. I just washed my hands and the sink was very dirty. And, the two soap dispensers were empty. The floors obviously hadn't seen a mop in ages. And, the restroom stunk bad. The staff was friendly enough that evening, but no greeting coming in or going out. I asked how to join the rewards program and the cashier didn't know. When not busy they just stood around and talked amongst themselves. Hopefully learning how to sign up customers for the rewards program. Geez. I can see why no one was dining in. Just us on a Saturday night. I love the burgers and will definitely be back. However, I'll never dine in again. Take out only.

Just tried Melt on Santa Monica Blvd in West Hollywood and it absolutely delivered. I ordered a double cheeseburger with a fried egg and jalapeños, and it was easily one of the most satisfying burgers I've had in a while. Perfectly cooked, juicy, and the egg just took it over the top. The jalapeños added the perfect kick that made every bite better than the last. I paired it with sweet potato fries tossed in garlic parmesan, which were crispy, flavorful, and seriously addictive. Washed it all down with a strawberry lemonade that was super refreshing and the perfect balance to the meal. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and done right. On top of that, our server Russell was awesome--super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. If you're around Santa Monica Blvd in West Hollywood, Melt is definitely worth the stop.

Pro-Tip: Just park in the structure in target. You have free parking for an hour. I ordered a Jalapeno , bacon cheeseburger (double patty). Burger was juicy, and the meat was seasoned quite well and cooked perfectly. It was a pretty good size. The bun was toasted and pillowy. Everything worked great, including the crispiness of the bacon and the sauces. I also ordered a chocolate Maltshake, and it was a bump up from the golden arches in quality, and only for a few dollars more. I still prefer Fatburger's shake above all the others. A good price too.

Easily one of the top three burgers I've had in LA. The patty was juicy, the cheese melt was perfect and the whole thing had that clean, balanced flavor a lot of spots aim for but rarely nail. The fries were great too, crispy and actually worth finishing. Service was fast and friendly, exactly what you want from a place like this. The ambiance is simple but warm, with a clean setup that makes your food the main event without trying too hard. The only downside is parking. Since it's right at the Santa Monica Blvd and La Brea intersection, finding a spot can take a minute. read more

Very good! I was visiting from Vegas and saw they opened at 10, so I walked from my Airbnb so I could grab some when they opened for me and my husband. When I got there at 10, all the door were still locked still. I decided to walk a little more and try back in like 10. I went back and it still wasn't open. I grabbed food somewhere else and did a mobile order to make sure the place was still open. Mobile order went though so I walked back and now it was open. Hangari Kalguksu is doing really well for themselves! It is good to see. There have been so many changes, but I am not a fan of the changes. What was once meticulously fresh prepared side dishes are now generic looking out of a jar side dishes. They have started to feature more things and have expanded their menu, as well as expanded their shop so that it is much bigger. Still packed! Parking is still valet and a hassle. The waiters and waitresses now speak perfect english, which was nice. Kalguksu is still very good. Overall, it feels more commercial than homely now. As a commercial restaurant, it is good. However, not a place I would travel for anymore. I can get this experience from most local spots. I am keeping this review at a 5 star, because it still is worthy of a 5 star. It came loaded with Spam, sausage, cheese, and plenty of their knife cut noodles. This place gets pretty busy, so expect a wait during peak hours. Even with a full restaurant, the service was still friendly and attentive. I'd definitely come back for the bossam, and next time I want to try more of their other kalguksu dishes .

Four of the six guests ordered cooked entrées. Thanh and I each ordered the Chef's Choice Sashimi along with a Spicy Tuna Roll. We had a 7:15 reservation but weren't seated until 7:45. We placed our orders just before 8:00. By 8:30, the four cooked entrées had arrived. Thanh and I were still waiting. We asked about our order and were told it was coming. We waited longer and asked again. Someone who appeared to be the manager came over and assured us it would be "right out." By 9:15, everyone else at the table had finished eating, and we still hadn't been served. At that point, I told the manager to cancel our order. Waiting over an hour after everyone else had been served was simply unacceptable. He apologized. A few minutes later, he returned carrying our Spicy Tuna Roll and asked, "Are you sure you don't want it? It's already made." Wrong answer. The correct response would have been: "Please enjoy this with our compliments while we prepare the rest of your order." Instead, he tried to convince us to take food we had already canceled after waiting more than an hour. Our waiter then came over and admitted the mistake was his. He explained that he had entered the order incorrectly, the larger plates came out first, and there wasn't room for the sashimi. I'm sorry, but that's not my problem. Customers shouldn't pay the price for breakdowns between the server and the kitchen. I again told him we wanted the order canceled. About five minutes later, he returned with a different sushi roll, explaining it was from the chef as an apology. Unfortunately, it wasn't very good. In fact, everyone else at the table tried it and agreed it was awful. Why they didn't simply comp the original Spicy Tuna Roll instead of sending out a mediocre substitute is beyond me. What amazed me most wasn't that they made a mistake. Every restaurant does. It was that every opportunity to recover from that mistake was handled poorly. Sushi Samba gets a 10 for atmosphere, a 5 for food, and a 0 for service. I'd absolutely go back for a cocktail on the rooftop. For dinner? I'd eat somewhere else first.

I recently stopped in and opted for the Original Meltburger served on a gluten free bun, and I was thoroughly impressed by how well the bun held up against the hearty fillings. The patty itself is a premium 100% all natural Angus and Wagyu beef blend was grilled to perfection, arriving slightly pink and incredibly juicy. The quality of the meat really shines through, especially when smothered in two slices of melted aged natural cheddar and topped with their signature melt sauce. What truly set the burger apart, however, was the fresh chopped pickle and jalapeño mix it provided a bright, spicy kick that cut through the richness of the beef without being overpowering. Came here for the first time last night and we were super excited to try our new local burger spot! Unfortunately it didn't live up to the hype. The burgers have potential but are over cooked (which we found odd since there was even an option to have your burger cooked well done - if this was their normal I'm terrified to see how much they cook it to be "well-done"), and it just needed some basic seasoning to give it some flavor. The only thing that saved it was the potato bun! Love a good potato bun! The fries were good, nothing to write home about though. We tried the chicken bacon mac and cheese and we couldn't even eat it. The noodles were al-dente which was great but the obvious packaged cheese sauce was bad. We ordered a rice crispy thinking it was made in house so we were disappointed when we got a pre-packaged one. Texture was weird and had no flavor for being labeled as having "brown butter". Their craft sodas were great! We tried the orange, root bear and black cherry and loved them all! We ordered at a kiosk so can't comment on service. I'm honestly obsessed with this place. The food at The Melt is so fresh, you can taste it in every bite. The burgers are juicy, flavorful, and taste like they were made with actual care, not rushed. Everything I've tried has been amazing. The staff deserves their own shout-out. They're seriously some of the nicest people I've met at a late-night spot. It was killing me having to order from the melt downtown and getting the food cold because it's so damn delicious but now West Hollywood saved me everything its warm and crispy and you can't go wrong with anything on this menu. Progress flag in the window made me feel safe going here. The melty mac that i ordered had black peppers in it which i cant eat, they made me a replacement for free when i went up to buy a second one without the bread crumbs/pepper. All around great experience^^ read more
