Love chicken maison! I get it once a week. The food is good and healthy.. i do have a bit of confusion while ordering bc their doordash menu is different from their online menu (and both are different from their irl menu). Some things like mediterranean fries can only be ordered through doordash. No options for tossing a salad in doordash but it exists on their site. The most egregious is on doordash there are incomplete dressing options for salads- doesnt let me select the type of dressing that i'd like with the salad, which randomly changed months into me ordering the same item. Some other things like kafta kebab are absent from some services but not others. Please standardize the menu across all the platforms..! Love chicken maison regardless! read more

Not to be dramatic, this is my favorite restaurant of all time, now. This was my first time and I saw a tiktok review even though that location was in OC. I discovered shortly that there were 10 locations and most of them are near my new church, Calvary chapel Palos verdes. I made the 30 minute drive from Long Beach. Christian was at the cashier and his energy and kindness was unmatched. Despite the free drink and pita chips he gave, he just really assured me that I was going to get such delicious food. I kept thinking to myself "what the heck" every time I would take a bite. I have never heard of this restaurant before and it was only because I was scrolling down a food critic's page from May on tiktok. The spicy lemon garlic garnish is delicious. I picked it up and ate it bare, after the chicken. The chicken breast was so juicy. I usually hate eating breasts from restaurants, but this place knows how to baste a breast. The falafel was fresh, crispy, and the perfect size. The grape leaves are an acquired taste because of the rice I think, but by the end of the night, I finished my leftovers and enjoyed them. The iced mint tea is strong, which I really like. The garlic sauce is so flavorful and strong which I need it to be. I keep looking back at the pictures I took of my meal because I just can't believe this place serves up 5 star quality and they make it look easy. I just knew this was a Lebanese owned business too, I love my Lebanese people. Also, this place has way better chicken than zankou chicken (another fast casual middle eastern/Mediterranean spot). Thank you Christian for being so good to me on my first visit and representing your workplace well. I am literally coming back to celebrate my birthday dinner next weekend lol. The food here is fresh and delicious. I really like how they roast the pita bread before bringing it to each table. We even got fresh refills for our basket when we asked for it. The chicken soup was really hearty with potato, rice, chicken, and vegetables. The small size was actually a fairly large bowl and made for a light meal. The staff is really nice and friendly. I am giving this experience 3 stars since the guy who helped me over the phone and in the store was friendly. I live in the area and work in the area. I eat at this store often. When I order it's usually for dinner and for my whole family. My dad and brothers almost always get garlic fries (why? I don't know I think they are gross). More times than not when I get home the garlic sauce for my garlic fries is not included. I live far enough away from this location that driving back to get just the sauce makes zero sense so they end up using ketchup. If I call the store I get the usual oh sorry about that. If you come back we can give you some. I have started to check my order every time I order garlic fries. Like ok I said there are very few times it is put in the container. Tonight was no different. I ordered my food for the whole family and both of my brothers ordered garlic fries with their food. When I got to the car I checked the containers. One had the garlic sauce container sitting right on top and the other one did not. I walked back in to inform the girl packing the food that my order did not come with the garlic sauce. To which she replied it's in the container. I responded I checked and one meal had it and the other did not. She said it's in the package in the side. I checked the whole container before I walked in. I asked if it would be placed under the fries? She said no, double check your container if you can't find it bring it back in. I have had this happen so many times. I have never been asked to bring the container. I went out to the car, grabbed the container, brought it back in. She then checked it and in Spanish told the cooks to add a garlic sauce and in 3 seconds they did and she handed me the tray back and went back to her job. No thank you, no sorry about that. No my bad. Just attitude because she was proved wrong. Chicken Maison... you need to train some of your staff better. This is the second chicken maison place I visited. Everyone here is extremely friendly and nice. Every time I come in, I'm always greeted by the nicest employees. Can't ever go wrong with the spicy chicken kabob. The manager is name Justin. He is the nicest person i have ever met in a restaurant. he not only made sure that i was being helped, he also made sure that all the customers were being helped and satisfied with their meal. would definitely recommend this specific location to family and friends who are looking for the best customer service and the best food! will be coming back soon :) read more

It comes with 2 sides, garlic sauce, and pita bread. - Hummus (as one of the sides with the chicken). Sometimes I'll order an extra side of hummus because it is that good. - Green salad (as the 2nd side with the chicken) PORTIONS My average portion for a person is 1 double double in-n-out burger (no fries or drinks). With that in mind.. - Whole chicken with 2 sides is good for 4-5 people. The guy on the phone who said it is enough for no more than 2 people is uh...wrong in my opinion. Unless those 2 people have HUGE appetites. The sides are slightly bigger portioned than what you'd get if you ordered a half chicken. And you get 4 or 6 halves of the pita bread (I don't really remember the exact number). Don't remember how many containers of garlic sauce you get. - Half chicken with sides and pita bread is for 2 people. The sides are small portions and you get 2 halves of the pita bread. This chicken maison has the most incredible food and the best service! Our favorite dishes are the sole fish dinner, the spicy gyro plate, spicy chicken plate, and so many others. Sides that are to die for are the tabouli salad, grape leaves, their wonderful rice and French fries. The young people working the register are always so kind and polite and the chefs cook the most delicious food consistently every night! We actually wish they were open 7 days a week.
