Ok we tried to give this place a shot twice and both times were completely awful. First of all the food is decent for this type of establishment but omg the service is terrible. Trying to find anyone to help is nearly impossible despite how many people are working. They are too busy trying to clean up the Jenga blocks rather than taking orders. Also was told by 2 servers that their pay is docked of any of the jenga areas are a mess. Which is wild. Literally requiring them to clean up after kids who will immediately wreck the area again rather than service the adults is mind blowing. lol. Make it make sense!! Anyways 2/2 times it was awful. Just got back from Chicken and Pickle and wow, what a great experience! The staff was super friendly and helpful, making some awesome food suggestions. That jerk rotisserie chicken was absolutely delicious; I definitely recommend it! Though I did not have any drinks, they looked heavenly. So the idea is great, the service needs improvement. Not sure if it's because they are new or possibly short staffed? But we sat outside, no service, so we went inside to order at the bar. I saw some open tables so we put them together and assumed someone would come and take our order and about 30min in we realized that was not happening. So again went to the bar and to the food ordering area (2 separate wait times). The food was typical bar food: pizza, wings, fried pickles, fries, etc. it was a lot bigger inside than I imagined. We went upstairs and there were corn hole games and heaters outside which was nice, but again, had to go to the bar directly to have any service. This place can be really fun, the courts are clean and great. Let me give good advice. Do not have a party with food and beverage here. We had a party of 20 and two courts inside. The food was pretty good if they could have supplied more plates as they were needed would have been helpful, but no. The waitress was absolutely horrible, rude and had an attitude. Their mimosas are watered down, they have zero carbonation and are warm, Come on!! The waitress which i wish i could've gotten her name was horrendous, rude amd unprofessional. She would come back with drinks and just place them down wherever she felt like it. The party and food was not cheap, you guys need to have some team building and whoever manages this place needs some serious management training. NEVER AGAIN!! I attended a birthday celebration during my visit and feel like I got to experience the best that the venue had to offer. We got to the venue around 10am just as the brunch buffet began. It was moderately priced at $24 per person. The items we got to choose from: fried chicken and waffles, taco station, bagel and lox, fruits, mac and cheese, potatoes, parfait, salad, self serve agua frescas and a dessert/pastry section. The food was all pretty flavorful and I enjoyed a couple of rounds of food. It was refilled pretty regularly. Although there were plenty of seats inside, close to a lot of tvs where they were showing football games, we liked the open air outdoor aspect. Although the top section was open, we had a few underage people in our group and weren't able to stay upstairs. The area where we sat was adjacent to the dog park. It was also close to where our reserved pickleball courts were located. We took shifts going back and forth between our eating breaks and got to work off the extra calories. All in all, a great space for people of all age ranges. I'd definitely like to return for a visit in the future. For now, good job! read more

We came in on a busy Saturday naively thinking we didn't need a reservation and we were told the schedule is packed and they couldn't accommodate any walk ins. But as i was outside Delma, the staff told me they had a no-show at one of the indoor courts and she'll be able to accommodate us right away- we enjoyed our game and had a super fun time! This is a great place to visit, hang out, eat and play pickleball. They both indoor and outdoor pickle ball courts, a very nice dog area as well. Besides pickle ball, other games include (these game are free to play): ping pong, corn hole, connect four, shuffle board, foosball, battleship and Jenga. They have a lovely patio, indoor bars and restaurant, and an upstairs adults only bar. The service is impeccable with very friendly people. Last Sunday we discovered they have a buffet brunch from 10am to 2pm. The cost is $23.99, they give you a wrist band and you can stay the entire four hours and graze all you want. The food is fantastic. The brunch does not include alcohol, but does include non a couple of non alcoholic drink choices. They also have the NFL package, so we will spending quite a few Sundays there. The indoor areas have garage doors, so weather permitting, they open them for and indoor/outdoor atmosphere. Terrific from beginning to end! Hosted my office's Team Building Luncheon here and we all enjoyed ourselves like we did at our first visit last year. Event went smoothly thanks to Laurie who coordinated everything for us, Bryan who took great care of our group with drinks and frequent check ins with everyone. Finally was able to try this place! What a great place to hang out and play pickleball! I love how great this place is to hang out and it wasn't even that expensive to play! This place is HUGE! They have everything from pickleball, dog parks (a decent size for small and large dogs), rooftop bars, giant games ( jenga, battle ship, foosball tables), and more bars! Great for big groups and families. We had to reserve outdoor since indoor was all reserved. You can make reservations online and they open let you schedule two weeks ahead of time. They do fill up fast on prime times and days. So check when it's open within the 2 week period of the day you want. I heard indoor was better but I have to come back to check it out. Outdoor had heat lamps which was great. The courts were spacious but our balls kept going to other courts. Service was great but we had to flag them all the time. Not sure if they were short or what not. Areas for improvement: FOOD. ....you cannot have this beautiful property and serve mediocre food. I'd honestly just come back to play instead of wasting my money to eat. Man, all you need is an air fryer and maybe a new chef. We tried a lot on the menu. Pizza, wings, fried pickles, and salads were good but average..nothing worth raving about. Pizza was a bit salty for me. Fries and tots were disappointing. I honestly can make it better by just throwing in my air fryer. I don't think the fries were cooked properly and tots were soft AF. I honestly only liked the fried pickles from this menu. :( The drink I got was the Pears which was sweet as well. The waiter asked me if I wanted something sweet and I said no! He laughed because everything was sweet on the cocktail menu. Pass on drinks. Overall, improve the food quality. If I can eat great food, I'll rave about this place even more and give this place a 10/10. It sits a 5/10 for me. Get IPADs for self service- it was frustrating trying to get our waiters attention every time we needed to order. Half the time I couldn't spot them to call them over. Ours forgot our pizza order. Just buy the iPads so people can order from their table by the court. It would make things so much easier for waiters and customers. Or have buttons to call them over. Jeez. Last best tips to give everyone : Eat before you use your 1hr reservation to play or eat after so you don't waste your time eating while you have the court. Bring your own paddles. First time here , wow! Very cool concept , we only stopped in to watch the Steelers game up stairs where it was a little quieter. This place was crazy busy , kids running around everywhere ! Great pickleball courts. Maybe a few too many colors on the court, but not too distracting. The grip on the court was fantastic. We were very appreciative of the staff that was super nice to us, even though we were the only nuts that were there for a reservation at 11pm. Didn't get a chance to try out the food, but the Guinness on tap was a great hydration break. Well, maybe not really helping me hydrate, but made the experience that much more enjoyable. Will be going back (they have gift cards on sale at Costco and we haven't used them all yet). But even without the gift cards, we'd be happy to get back out there. A bit of a Lyft/taxi ride from the strip though - expect around 40-50 bucks - carpool if you can. read more

Reserve your courts well in advance. During summer or winter I'd recommend the in door courts. I was only able to get a 30 minute time slot during a weekend and with 4 paddle rentals and the ball it was around $45. We thought 30 minutes was a good amount of time for us (beginners). Make sure to fill out the waiver prior to going because it cuts down on the time it takes when you get there. Lots of things to do for kids. We had a get together with about 5 kids and they were kept busy with corn hole, the huge jenga, running around and other activities, Food wise- you'd have to order your food at the front and then pick a seat. They bring your food out to you. They did forget my sweet potato fries this time, and last time they also forgot my fries but after I told them about it, they brought it out pretty quickly. Chicken and waffles from last time were very disappointing. The butter I think had chunks of sugar in it which made the dish unappetizing. Casey and Patrick were amazing at the indoor courts. We had so much fun during our 1-hour session that we decided to book another half hour session after eating lunch. Their chicken was perfectly cooked and was really tender and juicy. I think the best part of Chicken and Pickle is the $20 unlimited mimosas which you can take advantage of throughout the property.
