We came in on a busy Saturday naively thinking we didn't need a reservation and we were told the schedule is packed and they couldn't accommodate any walk ins. But as i was outside Delma, the staff told me they had a no-show at one of the indoor courts and she'll be able to accommodate us right away- we enjoyed our game and had a super fun time! Thanks to Delma for going above and beyond! The place is well designed with plenty of open space and family fun vibe (they also have a rooftop deck for 21+ only). I attended a birthday celebration during my visit and feel like I got to experience the best that the venue had to offer. We got to the venue around 10am just as the brunch buffet began. It was moderately priced at $24 per person. The items we got to choose from: fried chicken and waffles, taco station, bagel and lox, fruits, mac and cheese, potatoes, parfait, salad, self serve agua frescas and a dessert/pastry section. The food was all pretty flavorful and I enjoyed a couple of rounds of food. It was refilled pretty regularly. Although there were plenty of seats inside, close to a lot of tvs where they were showing football games, we liked the open air outdoor aspect. Although the top section was open, we had a few underage people in our group and weren't able to stay upstairs. The area where we sat was adjacent to the dog park. It was also close to where our reserved pickleball courts were located. We took shifts going back and forth between our eating breaks and got to work off the extra calories. This is a great place to visit, hang out, eat and play pickleball. They both indoor and outdoor pickle ball courts, a very nice dog area as well. Besides pickle ball, other games include (these game are free to play): ping pong, corn hole, connect four, shuffle board, foosball, battleship and Jenga. They have a lovely patio, indoor bars and restaurant, and an upstairs adults only bar. The service is impeccable with very friendly people. Last Sunday we discovered they have a buffet brunch from 10am to 2pm. The cost is $23.99, they give you a wrist band and you can stay the entire four hours and graze all you want. The food is fantastic. The brunch does not include alcohol, but does include non a couple of non alcoholic drink choices. They also have the NFL package, so we will spending quite a few Sundays there. The indoor areas have garage doors, so weather permitting, they open them for and indoor/outdoor atmosphere. First time here , wow! Very cool concept , we only stopped in to watch the Steelers game up stairs where it was a little quieter. This place was crazy busy , kids running around everywhere ! It was very loud outside , people playing pickleball , cornhole , ping pong , they have a dog park on site which was cool . Finally was able to try this place! What a great place to hang out and play pickleball! I love how great this place is to hang out and it wasn't even that expensive to play! This place is HUGE! They have everything from pickleball, dog parks (a decent size for small and large dogs), rooftop bars, giant games ( jenga, battle ship, foosball tables), and more bars! Great for big groups and families. We had to reserve outdoor since indoor was all reserved. You can make reservations online and they open let you schedule two weeks ahead of time. They do fill up fast on prime times and days. So check when it's open within the 2 week period of the day you want. I heard indoor was better but I have to come back to check it out. Outdoor had heat lamps which was great. The courts were spacious but our balls kept going to other courts. Service was great but we had to flag them all the time. Not sure if they were short or what not. Areas for improvement: FOOD. ....you cannot have this beautiful property and serve mediocre food. I'd honestly just come back to play instead of wasting my money to eat. Man, all you need is an air fryer and maybe a new chef. We tried a lot on the menu. Pizza, wings, fried pickles, and salads were good but average..nothing worth raving about. Pizza was a bit salty for me. Fries and tots were disappointing. I honestly can make it better by just throwing in my air fryer. I don't think the fries were cooked properly and tots were soft AF. I honestly only liked the fried pickles from this menu. :( The drink I got was the Pears which was sweet as well. The waiter asked me if I wanted something sweet and I said no! He laughed because everything was sweet on the cocktail menu. Pass on drinks. Overall, improve the food quality. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This was my first visit to Chicken N Pickle and it was extremely disappointing from start to finish. When we arrived for our reserved court time, there were still people playing on our court. Instead of asking them to leave so we could begin our paid time, staff allowed them to continue playing, which cut 15 minutes into the time we had reserved and paid for. No accommodation or adjustment was offered. As our time was ending at 8:30pm (with the facility closing at 10pm), a staff member approached us at 8:29pm and very rudely told us we had one minute left and needed to pack up. There was no one scheduled to use the court after us. We stayed on the court for literally two extra minutes to take a quick group photo, and another employee, whom we hadn't seen assisting anyone all evening, was sent over to tell us to get off the court immediately. The urgency and tone were completely unnecessary. Our drink orders were also incorrect. We waited over 30 minutes for someone to come back so we could politely let them know the drinks were wrong, but no one checked on us. When we finally were able to say something (without having touched the drinks), the staff reacted as if it was a major inconvenience. Despite all of this, we decided to stay and eat at the restaurant, even though it was still over an hour before closing. We felt like we were being rushed throughout the entire meal. With 25 minutes still left before closing, and while we were still eating, staff began picking up our unfinished plates. The entire experience felt unwelcoming and poorly managed. Between losing paid court time, being treated rudely, incorrect orders, long waits, and feeling rushed out the door well before closing, it was beyond disappointing. I truly hope management reevaluates how they handle reservations, customer service, and closing procedures, because it was terrible. read more

Reserve your courts well in advance. During summer or winter I'd recommend the in door courts. I was only able to get a 30 minute time slot during a weekend and with 4 paddle rentals and the ball it was around $45. We thought 30 minutes was a good amount of time for us (beginners). Make sure to fill out the waiver prior to going because it cuts down on the time it takes when you get there. Lots of things to do for kids. We had a get together with about 5 kids and they were kept busy with corn hole, the huge jenga, running around and other activities, Food wise- you'd have to order your food at the front and then pick a seat. They bring your food out to you. They did forget my sweet potato fries this time, and last time they also forgot my fries but after I told them about it, they brought it out pretty quickly. Chicken and waffles from last time were very disappointing. The butter I think had chunks of sugar in it which made the dish unappetizing. Where do I start? This venue is so cool! I hope we will have a few more opening up in the upcoming year or two! Family fun and entertainment! Dog friendly. They have something for everyone! Great Cocktail menu! They have Pickleball, Cornhole and sports on tv! Indoors or outdoors or in the bar, there is ton of seating areas. The system is pretty genius. You open your tab as you order food, it stays open till you are ready to leave. You are then out on GPS locator so servers can easily find your table. Food comes out hot!!! Reorder drinks and such at will they got you! The menu is great. Central theme is Chicken but there are lots of other choices too! Our server was Jewels, super friendly and efficient. We chose to sit at the bar and both bartenders were great servers as well. They patiently answered my plethora of questions. This is a great spot for large groups and outings and a great spot to bring the kids or out of town guests. Oh yeah they have Pickle Ball courts as well. Maybe we will give that a whirl next time! Unless you are sitting at the bar, you have to order food from the front counter. They then give you a number and you can sit wherever you want. Tip: bring your ID because they card everyone. We sat at the bar and started with the fried pickles. The breading was fantastic and not greasy. For my meal I had the chicken and waffles. They knocked it out the park. My spouse had the wings and he was impressed. There are plenty of beers on tap, TVs playing Sunday football, and a full bar. Upstairs is 21 and up. The downstairs is dog and kid friendly. I am writing this after me and my party of 10 had an incredibly upsetting visit on 3/14 at the Henderson nv location. First off let me start by saying, for many of us this was our first time coming. The one friend who wanted to go there, we were celebrating that he found out he didn't have cancer no more. All of us were in our 30s and up an 2 little kids. Which shouldn't matter for this situation just stating because when the GM who I believe his name was Craig completly scared my children. 4 of the members of our party got there first, they asked id they were able to just push the table back a little out of the sun, not one, not 2 but multiple employees said yes that wasn't a problem. So they pushed a table that was outside just a couple inches back. And literally just a couple inches. Nothinhwild. Didn't redecorate the place. Just a bit out of sun. We ordered drinks and apps and as we were waiting the GM came right up to our table, no hello. Nothing. And yelled, and I'm not even exaggerating when I said yell, came in very hot and said "WHO TOLD YOU YOU COULD MOVE THIS TABLE?!" We all looked confused cause we were being yelled at like we were little kids. We simply answered and said well the workers that we asked. He began to keep raising his voice at us as we are looking confused because he is asking us "who?! Point the out who told you that!" There were also servers around him that looked very scared and confused why he was yelling at us and one server even saying he told us we could move the table. When he approached us the tone was right away confrontational and aggressive. He yelled to say it was the fire truck path. And we said ok it's no problem we can move it back but there was no reason to yell at us for the fact that it's rude and we also asked. We also said you are coming in very hot for no reason for him to keep going. At this point we said we'd like all of our orders cancels cause we were embarrassed of being yelled at in front of people and down right disgusted how a GM would treat customers. Even when we said cancel all our orders he turned and walked away and didn't want to do that. He went in the back and hid. Instead of addressing the issue calmly he came out with full aggression. We were going there for a celebration and left truly disgusted! We had all the waiters coming up to us apologizing because they couldn't believe how he acted and spoke to us! It was truly shocking. We have a lot of people in the hospitality business in our party that was there and that was truly shocking. Another manager who helped us cancel our orders even kept apologizing for his behavior and a waiter letting us know this is common behavior for him and the workers get use to it and he's known for treating customers like this. As a customer, I expect to be treated with a basic level of respect and professionalism, even if there's an issue that needs to be addressed. I have no problem with rules being enforced or concerns being raised, but the way it was handled felt completely unnecessary and frankly disappointing. I'm not writing this just to complain--I'm writing because situations like that reflect on the establishment as a whole. A calmer, more respectful approach would have gone a long way and likely avoided the frustration that came out of the interaction. I hope this feedback is taken seriously. We took our business somewhere else and celebrated our friend! First time there and the last! You can see Craig in the yelp comments. Not his first bad review. Would hope the company looks into a new GM. Someone like that hurts a business. He should think of a job not in hospitality and customer service and look into maybe a job by himself. This place was so much fun. It recently opened so it is pretty busy. Was able to make a reservation for a two hour slot online. Highly recommend making reservations before going once they are check-in was a breeze. The outdoor area was awesome as it was heated with lamps along with cornhole. A waiter will come up and take your order throughout the evening or you can choose to go up inside the building and order your food. This was perfect as we had my husband's work party and ordered a bunch of different appetizers and entrées, along with buckets of beer and seltzers. This will definitely be a place. I was so close to the one in Wichita and also San Antonio, but it had to be at this location where I first got to experience being here, and it was wonderful because it was with my family! The venue is huge! They have about ten outdoor covered courts and more indoor. We played outside, and even though it was a cold night, we were pretty warm after playing a few games, and they had heaters by the table. What a fun experience! We had a mid day reservation to play pickle ball. We were immediately greeted by a very friendly staff as soon as we walked on property. We checked in and were quickly escorted to our court. Our assigned server, Maddy, was great! She was very nice and checked on us frequently. Beyond the fun of playing pickle ball the food was very good! I wasn't expecting the food to be as tasty as it was. Food is highly elevated bar food. Hummus, smoked wings, and Chicken Sandwich were definitely the star dishes. I'll come back just to eat! You can easily spend a whole day here between playing, eating, and all the activities. We spent 3 hours here and it was not enough. While expensive for what it is knowing you can play for free at Sunset, Durango, etc, at least you know you have dedicated court time for you and your party. No annoying intrusions with someone laying their paddle down on your court! I recommend going with an even 4 to maximize play and split the $40/ court fee. $10 a person per hour is pretty reasonable. They have great early bird specials (8-10am) on courts as well. read more

2.5 stars. Our evening started with a 1-hour pickleball court rental ($40). We checked in and were given wristbands. I'm not sure what the point of the wristbands were since they were never looked at, and you can't tell when people are wearing them while playing. Our server at the court was attentive & came by several times. We decided to wait to eat until after. This is where the night took a turn for the worse. We went to the rooftop bar, where we waited 20 minutes. We went up twice asking for a server and were told one was on the way. Defeated, we went downstairs to the "restaurant." This is where we discovered you can only order food at the courts. We were only able to order appetizers and drinks as a result. This was inconvenient and illogical. It took us another 15 minutes to finally order. The beer came out quickly. I ordered a frozen margarita and hummus. The margarita took an extra 10 minutes to come out, and was served on the rocks instead of blended/frozen. I didn't want to wait another 10 minutes, so drank it anyways. Then, 10 minutes later, the hummus finally arrived. Everyone else was enjoying their apps and drinks by the time we got ours. Overall, nice courts and ambiance, but service left much to be desired. First time we went to chick n pickle was with husbands work and Brian who wasn't even our server took the time to show my husband and I around, tell us about their Sunday brunches and how to reserve a pickle ball court! He was so kind that being locals we decided to go back and take our friends with us this time. I think this man goes above and beyond for his customers and I want management to recognize him for it. The ordering was a hot mess for us but the Chicken was good. The pickled chicken sandwich didn't have very distinct pickle flavor, so that's was a bummer. Fried pickles weren't pickled enough as well. But overall food was good. Lots of entertainment for kids. read more

Just had the most sensational experience here tonight. Wife and I tried this place out at a pure gamble - and I'm incredibly glad we did. The setup of the establishment is a little different, but definitely not bad by any means. It's one of those places where you have to order upon entering, much like a fast food restaurant. Thankfully, the food and overall service is of much higher quality than that of your typical McDonald's. Wife and I both ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. It was the best chicken sandwich we've had in Vegas, hands down. Very spicy and the fries were great as well. It is especially nice knowing there is a good chick sandwich place in Vegas again after Steak n Stake removed theirs from their menu and Red Robin changed the recipe in theirs. I also have to admit - our food came out in record time. As in, almost immediately after we sat down, and it was fairly busy in the restaurant upon our order. I'm not exaggerating. All of the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Unfortunately, I didn't get any person's first name, but everyone did their job incredibly well. We were pretty stuffed after eating our meal, so we didn't get a chance to check out the remainder of the restaurant. However, it appears this place offers a pickleball court, giant Connect Four, cornhole and occasional live entertainment. But nonetheless we will be back very soon. We love this place. Great idea for pickleball players and a great place to hang out. They have incredible pickleball courts that are covered and painted really nicely. Very professional looking. Also, there are all kinds of games to play, including cornhole, giant Jenga, and board games. The entire place has a classy yet casual vibe. It has a big upstairs area with a nice bar, comfortable couches, large chairs, and views of Henderson. The upstairs overlooks the bottom areas with an open feel throughout. It is very sports-friendly with many really nice, big-size TVs everywhere. The entire staff was great. We met Josh (the manager, I believe) as we were arriving.
