I had a terrible experience at Chicken Salad Chicken restaurant and I would never recommend it to anyone. When my wife and I asked for our sandwiches to be toasted, the staff never bothered to inform us that their toaster was broken. We ended up with cold sandwiches, which was not what we had come for. To make matters worse, they also forgot to add bacon to our sandwiches. When we called to complain, we were told that we would only be refunded for the bacon and nothing else.
