Every worker we encountered was cheerful, super polite, and willing to help. I only waited in line for less than a minute before it was my turn to order. I ordered two Hot Thigh sandwiches to go and then I saw on the order board that they had soft serve ice cream. I just love a good soft serve cone, so I ordered two as well. My husband and I sat down at a table briefly to eat our ice cream cones and wait for our sandwiches to be ready. The ice cream cones looked like they were vanilla, but were actually sugar cookie flavored. That was a fun surprise and quite enjoyable. Soon our sandwiches were ready, wrapped nicely and packed in a bag for us. I was very surprised at how heavy the bag was. We had a long drive home and popped them into the fridge. At dinner time, we unwrapped them and just barely reheated them in the microwave. All I can say is, if they were this good after all that time and being reheated, fresh off the griddle would've blown our minds. I'm not kidding, those were the best hot chicken sandwiches that we've had in a long time. The bun was super soft, they were very generous with the hot sauce and the Duke's mayo, and the not-quite-spicy pickles were very nice touch. The chicken thighs, two(!) to a sandwich, are fried perfectly with a flavorful thin batter, not too thick, and the thigh meat literally melted in your mouth.
