The staff has always been welcoming, friendly, and quick to greet me when I walk in, which makes the atmosphere feel really inviting. I ordered their spicy, everything but the kitchen sink version of chicken salad, the Kickin' Kay Lynne with a side of Poblano Chicken Soup. The lady at the counter warned me that both were spicy. My wife chuckled and I snorted; we shall see. The lady at the counter was really nice and helpful. Quite a sales person. Energetic, a personality mix of a used car salesman and a comedian. Both sandwiches were fresh and flavorful. The Kickin' Kay Lynne had a little spice as did the Poblano soup. Far from hot. I would rate them as nicely seasoned and frankly, very good. A big roomy restaurant, well kept, attractive and comfortable. The parking at Warren Place is always a pain. Too many very popular restaurants and businesses packed in too small of a space. The sandwich was very good - especially the chicken salad (I picked the plain one, but you have one of their many choices other versions on it). Only 1 thing I'd change -- I'd pick bread (sourdough or wheat) instead of the croissant. That's because it's toasted, and croissants don't toast well sometimes. The grape salad was excellent!! Exceptional grapes, with a sweet-ish cream sauce and pecan pieces. It also came with a huge and very good dil pickle spear. And a surprise frosted vanilla cookie. All fresh and delicious. I tasted the tub of chicken salad (this one had grapes and pecans in it). It is also excellent. I haven't tasted the vanilla cake yet, but it'll probably be too sweet. Oh! One more thing... it came with about 20 packets of crackers! They're WHEAT crackers! And even those were great! Everything is very high quality! Kids actually ate the kids meals - uncrustables + fruit for one; and swap mac & cheese as side for the other kiddo. You get your choice of croissant sandwich, or served as salad, plus side. You can do a lot of different combos in ordering a side salad, a fancy side salad, or a soup with your scoop. They have approximately 10 - 12 choices of different recipes of Chkn salad. You get a small iced sugar cookie with each meal. They have fountain drinks, plus their own tea & lemonade. Staff friendly; restaurant clean; we will return. FYI - pretty crowded at weekday lunch. The food tastes great, but the prices limit my repeated visits. Every salad I have tried have met my tastebud's with great flavor -- so far I would order all of them again. It's just expensive. Unsure if prices are to limit the range of clientele, the rising costs of freshly prepared foods, or both. Interior is quite sterile, even with the bright pinks and greens. My wait time has never been 'short' or 'fast' so I highly recommend the ready-to-go option of time is of the essence. The staff were obviously lacking in training about the salad itself, and were completely unable to help us choose the right option for us. I have had MUCH better chicken salad from Arby's, who obviously don't even make it fresh. And the bread! Could have been any wheat bread from Wal-Mart. I considered trying the croissant, but now I'm glad I didn't because it is probably just a pillsbury crescent roll. The restaurant itself was similar to a Panera, but smaller. Pros: This place gets rave reviews from people back home. When a location opened up in my home town, people wouldn't stop talking about it. I had to try it. Service here was great! The people in front of us were taking so long to decide what they wanted (I don't blame them, there are too many options). Honestly would not have tried this place but friends really like it so I did and was surprised on the variety of the menu. The "scoop" of chicken salad is great, not overpowered with mayonnaise or spices, just the right amount of flavor and moisture. I've been waiting for one of these to open in OK and now we have many! Everything here is delish, and super quick! The lines gets long but moves fast.
