I stepped in to say, yeah man, you're being a bit of a jerk, just be nice!. He then told me, since I chimed in I should mind my own business and that he wasn't rude. I tried to reason with Little Napoleon even asking how he would feel if the roles were reversed and it's not that hard to just be nice to people. But Mr Bonapartes ego prevents him from such thoughts. I think our tiny friend needs a little slice of humble pie, and a new job not working with the public. I will note that the guy running the chicken counter was obviously bothered by the cashiers behavior and tried to step in and help the guy.
