Sadly 3 of the sandwiches arrived on ciabatta bread instead of focaccia, which was quite disappointing as the only reason the sandwiches were picked were specifically to get the focaccia. And, one of the sandwiches we asked for no sauce as it was spicy and she can't eat spicy, and it arrived with sauce, smothered all over. I understand everyone has an off day but almost half our orders were wrong. If they had run out of focaccia for example, I wish they would just have called us so we could have adjusted our order. I would usually go down to brooklyn to get certain foods, especially eel for my mom. this spot is great for being close, the low prices, and carrying the fresh items they offer. the owner is really nice. my mom is beyond enthralled lol.
