Drip #2 (takeout version) Xtra Hot: a little too powdery
    April Y.

Spice levels here are legit. Across the fam, we had Hot and Xtra Hot and this spicy loving family approves. BUT it's all powder and we felt like we were just inhaling dust. It was just WAY too "dusty" that we weren't choking because of the spiciness but it was over how dry and sandy it was. Not a fan. At all. The fries were good. That's about it.

I came here with some friends late at night and it was great. They have good prices and some seriously spicy options here. I personally went for a non spicy option and it was perfect for me. I'd highly recommend trying it out if you're at The Plant! Parking: Lots of plaza parking Service: The cashier was very kind.

So we've been discovering new spots, to get Uber Eats food delivered to us, and this one is definitely one our favorites. Definitely tastes better than Cane's and Chik Fila. I love the tenderness of their chicken and the sauce is smacking! Very simple, but delicious food!

Love a good Nashville hot chicken joint, and Chikin Drip did not disappoint. I'm a spice lover & was blown away but the flavor to spice ratio on the tenders. I choose the combo 1- which was a slider & fries (added cheese to both) and this turned out to be the move. Fries were thick cut and the cheese was such a great topper, helped balance the heat for sure. Got the 'hot' flavor and had to take breaks so def proceed with caution. The establishment itself was super clean with plenty of seating. Service was top tier, my casher & the support staff were on top of everything. Bonus they had some jams playing. Will def be back when I'm craving the spice.

Came by for lunch on Monday and it was pretty empty. Asked the worker a couple questions about the chicken and she didn't seem to know the answers... We all ordered the combo #1, a slider with fries. I got medium spice and I thought it would be much spicier. However, the chicken was really juicy and fried well. The fries were really good, hot and fresh, and a side of their sauce with it is perfect. The worker had offered me honey, disappeared, and when he finally came back, he seemed to have forgotten I wanted honey. For me, the touch of honey on the sandwich was the perfect addition.

I thought it was just ok. The restaurant was pretty slow when I came on a weekday. Only 2 workers. The place itself is very spacious and looked new. I wished the team worked with a sense of urgency tho. Probably about 4 people waiting on their order when I was there. Luckily the wait time was about 15 minutes. I got the loaded fries and it was decent. I wouldn't say it was amazing. The loaded fries consists of slaw, sliced pickles, secret sauce, fried chicken, and crinkle cut fries. I do wish the chicken was seasoned a little bit more? I got medium spice but felt it needed more seasoning. Wished the sauce had more flavor. I've had better elsewhere.

Large interior with tons of seats. Service was quick. No complaints at all The food is alright. I'm already not too impressed with Dave's, and this place is essentially another Dave's. Portion size is good. Spice level at medium isn't too spicy at all. Mac and cheese needed more cheese in my opinion I'd rate it a 5/10. Not much to be said, it's alright. The combo costed around $20

The interior is so clean and nice. I think this place opened like a few months ago to a year so it's great to see how great of an upkeep they've maintained. Alsooooo!!! Outside they have their own freaking Lambo! A lambo?! Yes, a lambo dripped out in Chikin Drip everything. I thought it was the coolest thing ever. Lol. Chicken was pretty solid. The cashier Luis was pretty kind and took care of us. My BF got the second spicy because he's psycho. He actually just said that he'd come back to try the spiciest one next time. Yeahhh... he's psychotic. Anyway I liked my sandwich. The only thing for me is that I wish the fries were more crispy.

Huge! The portion on the loaded Mac n cheeese was massive. We shared and still took home leftovers. I didn't get any spices since my kid doesn't like it but I would have- it looks like it would be amazing. High quality chicken. For the tenders. Massive Mac n cheese portion and the fries did taste good even after reheating. Kids friendly but good comfort food. Or after a long night of fun.

I can see why it is empty. Food is not good, and the workers are just playing around in the back. Very expensive portion, ask for extra chicken but end up with regular amount. The mac and cheese is very plain. The wait time for this was long as well. Tbh you are better off cooking at home or getting chic fil a across the street.

I don't know about everyone, but when a business has business hour sign and doesn't go by the sign, they display and advertise very disappointing. I rushed over here before closing hours and I made it just at 12: 54 8 AM as I pull up, the open sign is on and I park my car and begin to open my door and take one step out and before I could get my other foot out the open sign turned off and I couldn't believe it I look at the clock and I see it's 1254. I just drove away very disappointed.

I drove by Chikin Drip and noticed they were open late. The parking isn't that bad. Tons of outside seating and inside also. A lot of windows, so it can get bright during the day. They have house music and two restrooms; one unisex and one women. I ordered the Combo #1 (medium spicy): one slider + slaw, +pickles, secret sauce + fries. No drink included. The bread was soft and absorbed all the slaw and spices. Though, I agree with another reviewer as the spiciness wasn't as spicy as one would imagine. Still the white meat was juicy and tender. Their secret sauce is pretty darn good. It reminds me of a tangy remoulade. The fries were nice, hot (temperature hot), and crispy!

First the good, Your favorites are still there and are just as good served across a counter as they were handed down from a food truck window. We split their sliders with Louisiana Rub and fries and loved them as we always have. Secondly, it was a bit slow on this Thursday night. I believe Jojo's Kooser road customers haven't found their new home. Third, some thoughts on the location. It's clean but utilitarian and basic. I'd love to see it get a little soul and perhaps provide more of a nod to the food truck past. Maybe also expand the menu with the larger kitchen? Jojo's still has the sandwiches we love and it will be fun to watch it grow into its new space. (Loved the Jeremiah and Corinthians references too. Appropriately hopeful)

The portions are serious, the chicken is juicy, and the breading has a great crunch. What really sets them apart for me is the spice. I've had levels 3, 4, and 5, and they're not simply the same seasoning with progressively more heat. Each level actually has a different pepper profile and flavor. Level 3 brings cayenne and Thai chili, level 4 moves into Thai chili and habanero, and level 5 adds habanero and ghost pepper. You can taste the difference, not just feel more burn. The seasoned fries are great too and they definitely don't skimp on the portions. It is a little pricey for a chicken sandwich and fries, but when you see the size and quality of what you're getting, I think it's worth it. Scratch is easily one of my favorite hot chicken spots.

We ordered the Texas chicken sandwich and chicken strips. Portions were generous, and the sandwich was super tasty. The strips were fresh and flavorful, but be careful with the spice levels! We ordered level 1 and it was flaming hot. Even level 0 has a kick, so I'd recommend going one level lower than you normally would. The curly fries were also great. Overall, a solid 4/5. The only star off was for the spice-level calibration. Great food and portions, and we'll definitely be back!

This time, at one of their brick and mortar locations, there were many pros and cons. For one, I love that they actually put the "hot" in nashville hot chicken. Their medium packs a small punch unlike similar spots which are overly mild. Second, the fries and sauce here are amazing!!! The thick crinkle cut fries are not my favorite style usually, but here they make em so crispy with a soft pillowy center. Also so well-seasoned. I also like the seasoning on the hot chicken- it's less salty than most places and more of a real chili pepper flavor to it. Now for what wasn't my favorite: the chicken was a tad bit on the dryer side and the batter was an in-between of crispy and stale. The loaded mac came with both fries and mac n cheese. The mac itself was a bit bland, but everything out together was not bad. They had what seemed like no AC or proper ventilation when we went and it was so warm! Had us sweating by the end of the meal from both the spice and the heat. Workers were bare minimum of taking your order, and it took around 10 min for everything to come out. Overall: 3.6/5

Kao Gai Sap (5/5) - The chicken was soft and juicy on the inside, and crispy on the outside. It came with a chili dipping sauce, and I opted for white rice instead of chicken rice. This has to be by far the BEST chicken I've ever had. The chicken was seasoned to perfection. Cucumber was crisp and refreshing, although I do wish there were a few more slices. Would definitely order this again. Also, this Kao Gai Sap also came with a small portion of soup which was also equally as good! When you order this, make sure to ask for it LAAB STYLE! Crispy chicken skin (5/5) - I mean it's fried chicken skin, but I'm pretty sure they used the same salt/pepper seasoning on this as they did with the Kao Gai Sap, which gave it a nice flavor profile as opposed to being plain. The lemon-pepper dipping sauce was the perfect pairing with the chicken skin. The lemon flavor was there as well as the pepper, but both were very mild and didn't overpower each other. That dipping sauce made a HUGE difference. ALSO GET THIS LAAB STYLE! Will definitely be coming back because I'm hooked now. No one does chicken like Tuk Tuk!
