Update: the bartender has been gone for a year, and we've come back a few times hoping for the same experience. No such luck. The service is consistently awful (as it was before from most employees) but the food quality control is completely gone, so we realize it must've been the bartender doing that as well. Hard pass on the mediocre food, weak overpriced drinks, and awful wait staff. I've been coming to this Chili's once a week for a year now. I have had bad service and drinks, and I have had amazing service and drinks. The food is always on par. I didn't have great experiences with any of the waiters or waitresses, but persisted coming here each week until I realized the bartender is the best. She has a memory like a steel trap (she remembers my food preferences even if I don't), makes an amazing and not weak drink, and I've seen her smile through some really difficult customers. She is truly a find and this restaurant is lucky to have her. As long as she is here, I will continue coming to this Chili's for an amazing experience once a week. read more

Very curious why it was so scarce on patrons in here on a Saturday afternoon, especially being located within a busy shopping center. That still didn't stop the waitress/chef/whoever from being SLOW, literally and figuratively. I went with my Gramma and 2 young nephews. When we walked in there wasn't a host to seat us. We waited a few minutes while some creepy-looking chick wiping down the bar silently eyeballed us as we waited... Food was typical Chilli's, just eat if you're hungry. The waitress kind of annoyed me because she brings my nephew chicken tenders and offers no sauce. When I ask for BBQ sauce she brings him a container of HOT sauce, to a 5 yr old...I mentioned to her that he wanted BBQ sauce and that what she had brought was hot sauce, she kind of chuckled it off and Never brought the BBQ sauce :-/ Strange, not sure if she misunderstood/didn't hear me/or just didn't know the difference. Went into this location yesterday afternoon, this place was filthy. From the moment you walk through the doors finger prints everywhere, table we was sticky and had food on it, it was gross. The lady yelled over told us to sit at the table next to the bar. After listening to them talk about how much they get an hour we tried to order a drink but they were out of coconut Malibu lol. My brother who spent 32 years in the Army serving this country visited this establishment on Veterans Day and was treated rudely by the manager! First he walked in and was yelled at for entering the business when he was told he had to leave his number and wait in his car! No sign was on the door specifying this and no employee at the door! This does not give you the right to verbally attack a innocent customer! He left and refuses to frequent this business again and so will I! I've frequented this chili's often. Today I was surprised by their silly new table top ziosks. We sat down and the kids grabbed it and pushed play games. Ding. There went a $1 charge on our bill, no parental permission button to prevent this. There's also a reorder drinks app which was cool, but there are no safeties to ensure that my kids were not racking up a large drink order. The food was ok, but my corn was way over cooked and mushy. I sent it back and got another over cooked mushy corn. The good news is that they have a happy hour, but it's hard to read the happy hour menu when the kids are playing games on it. I'm so glad that this Chili's is still open during COVID. It's our go-to place once a week when it is just my son and I at home. I try something new everytime we go. Highly recommend the texas cheese fries appetizer! So much better than Texas Roadhouse and the 1/2 portion was perfect for just the two of us. Love the Chicky, Chicky bleu sandwich, fajitas, and the ranchero chicken tacos. Everything is fresh and delicious. Staff--from the friendliest hostesses this side of the Rio Grande to the awesome servers, and even the managers--everyone is there to make sure that you have an amazing experience. I used to come here a lot and enjoyed it very much. I hadn't been back in a few years and decided to get lunch with my Grandpa. We went in around 1pm on a Sunday and, surprisingly, it wasn't busy. The first thing that I noticed was they had changed the design of their menu. This menu was about 5 pages long and I feel it could've been simpler. My Grandpa and I decided to both get the chicken crispers. He wanted the blue cheese portion. Our food took a long time despite it being so dead on a Sunday afternoon. The crispers came with corn on the cob and French fries. For as long as it took for the food to come out, it seemed like it was made in a rush. The chicken seemed undercooked and the corn had only been seasoned on one straight line. The rest was bland and tasteless. As for my Grandpa's food, they added some other, vinegar-like sauce in addition to the blue cheese and it rendered the blue cheese tasteless. He couldn't even enjoy the reason he ordered the chicken. We weren't even interested in finishing the food, even the fries which were unfortunately the best this chef could do on a slow Sunday afternoon. Haven't been to chili's in a couple years after a bad experience (different location). But it was late, and this was open, so we decided to give it another try. I'm SO GLAD we did!! The menu is completely different that what I remember. We started with the southwest egg rolls that were BOMB. Loved them. My husband had the chicken fajitas, those were outstanding. I had the Chicken Bacon Avocado sandwich, but with the veggie burger instead of chicken, with onion petals. Needless to say, I want it again tonight lol. We sat at the bar with Melanie and she was AWESOME. I'm a server myself, so it's the little things that I notice when I go out to eat. She was on top of her stuff, answered all my annoying questions about the menu, and also made light conversation with us the whole time (which always makes your experience that much better.) this place is gonna be our new go-to. read more

Arrived around 7:30pm and ordered fajitas and salad. When my food arrived the wooden platter that the skillet was on looked as though previous diners food was left on it. The pot holder on the handle of the skillet looked even worse. When I mentioned it to the waitress she asked if I wanted my food recooked, and we all know that you NEVER get an item recooked! I didn't want to get a serving of ass crack fajitas. While waiting for my food to arrive I should have guessed the place was nasty because the couple the table across from me got 2 wine classes of wine that the sun was shinning through as the waitress placed them on the table and you could see all kind of prints and debris through the sides of the glasses. As chain restaurants go, pretty much the only reason my wife and I come here is because they send us coupons pretty much once a week, and so, coupled with some gift cards we received for my birthday, it's pretty cheap for a meal for the two of us. However, the service at this location definitely demonstrated the word cheap. First we came on a busy Friday night, which was fine, we wouldn't have minded waiting 10-15 minutes. But when we asked for a booth, the hostess did a once-look and just offered us a table for 6. By not bothering to look, we located a 2 person booth in the back which would have been perfect for us, but we had to complain to our server who then in turned moved us to a 4 person booth. Overall, everything was kind of blah after that. Pizza was suprisingly the star of the show as my appetizer sampler did whet my appetite, but it wasn't anything hot or fresh... more like, I got it because I knew what I was getting. My wife's pepperoni pizza with extra cheese (for 10$) was exactly what she was looking for... slightly greasy goodness. After our coupon and gift card, our tab was about $10 for the two of us, but i was nice and tipped on the normal amount... it wasn't our server's fault the hostess was a lazy 16 year old. We will probably go to Canton Chili's from now on... at least until they give us our next mediocre experience. read more

I love chili's food, but it not consistent on freshness, sometime you might get fresh hot food other times you might not. I love this location as it is so close to my home, but believe they need to be consistent; I hate having to send food back it messes up the eating experience, and then you have to wait longer to eat when you're hungry. I have been eating at this Chili's for over 7 years and have never had a bad experience. It is my favorite place to catch up with old friends. I generally get their cajun chicken pasta which is excellent and on the 2 for $20 options. For an appetizer We usually split an order of cheese fries which are always great. I have always had great service there and never had to ask for a manager once, or had my order gotten wrong. I will eat there again. read more

This chili's has been kind of a staple for us for years now. it's chili's good, which means you may not get some kind of world class good but you can usually order whatever and enjoy it. I also love that they've updated the place and have more beers on tap, and the beers are served cold. Too many places where 30 seconds after your beer is served and it's warm. We went back yesterday and they've changed some things and I thought I should mention it. My girlfriend had the ribs and said they were delicious. I had the mini burgers, and wow, where they delicious. They were cooked the way I ordered and done right, with the burger crispy and juicy, with sauteed onions on top. It was also cool that I could eat two and put two away without having a mess. The fries, as always, were good. Ask for a side of mayo to dip them in. So, don't expect to find the best food ever, but you can depend on this place to deliver a good experience every time. read more

I have been to this location on several occasions. Today, was by far, the worst experience. Our server seemed uninterested in serving anyone at all. As if making money is a hassle to him. We had to ask several times for silverware and water. Finally, the hostess started making things happen and filled our waters. I honestly could've ran circles around our server, and he would've never knew it. Our order was also messed up, leaving us to wait for someone to venture by so we could flag them down to ask for the fixes to be made. Now, admittedly this should have been done a while ago, but on February 18, 2013 my family and and went there after shopping. I remember the food being quite mediocre but we were in a hurry so we just finished up and left for home. I usually pay for my meals on credit and leave a tip in cash - which I did this time. I have just discovered (almost 3 years later) that our waitress (Kaitlyn), 2 days after we were there, refunded our credit card and then rebilled it with an approximate 15% tip. We already left a tip - more than was merited considering our meal. There is a crook here (if she is still there). If so much time hadn't passed I would have called and complained.
