Overall it's good enough to continue going. As long as their management cares about providing reasonable service and food quality and treat their workers professionally, the atmosphere and business will be sustainable. We come to this Location at least twice a month and we have seen ups and downs in terms of food quality and service. For the most part , both are good enough to get us as a repeat customer. There is areas of improvement of course. For example, the coffee and ice tea is often not so good and tends to lack taste. We still order it because we can't drink anything else besides water. Staff could use a bit more on the courtesy side. We occasionally have gotten a server that seem to not want to be there, which at our age and decades working is understandable. read more

Update: I decided to give this restaurant another chance and they have proven that they are the absolute worst in the area. Don't order anything from Doordash through them because you won't get your food for an hour after you order and it will be ice cold. Then they will claim they can't refund you because it's a Doordash issue and Doordash will claim it's a Chili's issue. You can't even contact corporate because they don't respond either. I was told by their manager that I would be taken care of and I was not. I haven't even received and automated email reassuring me that my email was received. I would steer clear of this place, there are other places with better customer service and integrity in the area. This Chili's has the absolute worst customer service there is. Majority of the staff are rude and when you ask to speak to a manager they won't even show their face. They send messages through the servers. This is my last time dealing with this restaurant. Door dashed a meal from here. They were so slow the first dasher left and another had to come get the meal. The order was incorrect. Horrible service. Got seated quickly but, waiter took a while to take our order. When she finally arrived, we ordered drinks, salad and then our dinner to come last like most people would. Our food came quickly with no salad, no drinks and not even a glass of water. We overlooked it as we were hungry anyways. Finally got some water after half way through our food and we politely ask the waiter 3 times about our drinks and the waiter tells us the bar tender is backed up. The lone tree location has increasingly gotten worse and worse since COVID. They don't have enough staff to handle the customers that come in. We've ordered delivery 3 times and we've had to drive back to the restaurant 2 of the times. Where do I even begin, what a nightmare. We walk in, fairly empty. No one greets us, so we stand around the front desk and about 5 min later a young girl approached us. We tell her 3 and she seats us but doesn't give us menus. 10 min of sitting there the same girl comes to our table to let us know that they aren't doing open seating. So I reminded her that we were sat there. She just says ohhh and walks of. Another 5 min go by and the waitress comes and tells us that it isn't open seating. The server was ok but she can only work with what she is given and clearly she hates being there too. Wow what an experience. We came hungry. We left hungry. Waited at least 15 minutes for someone to even come out and greet and seat us. This was while at least 4 servers made eye contact and decided we were not worth their time. Then 15 more minutes while seated and no server even came to us. After 30 wasted minutes got up and went to BJ's. This store is always under staffed and very poorly managed for quite some time now. Chili's is one of those restaurants where you aren't really expecting much out of it you're just hungry and it's not costing you a fortune. They have a lot of different options so you're bound to find something you like. My personal long time favorite is the Queso dip appetizer. Hot cheesy beefy goodness cook in a skillet served with chips on the side to scoop! Ok, I can wait that long, but then it happened. People who obviously arrived after us were being seated before us. Now, as far as I know Chili's doesn't accept reservations. I let it go the first time, but after the second, I had to say something. I was met with an I don't care attitude from the young male host. 10 minutes later we were seated. My wife and I ordered the same thing, yet her meal came first , along with my daughters, my meal came 5 minutes later. Last night my husband, our kids and I came to this location. Wait time was 30 mins, wasn't a big deal. We were seated, our server was very nice. We placed our meal orders. 3 "Classic" Ribeye steak, medium rare and a kids meal for one our kids. My husband mentioned his opinion to me and said the steaks looked boiled, which they did after he said that. My broccoli on my plate was completely undercooked and could still taste the rawness of the broccoli. My mash potatoes tasted a old and not fresh at all, the coloring of them looked tan? I was confused. Nothing on my plate was good at all. I guess this was their version of the "Classic" Ribeye steak? We spoke to a nice young black man who was the manager. He apologized to us, took my plate and let me replace it with another order. This time I ordered steak fajitas. They came on a hot and sizzling mini little iron plate. The steak meat was overcooked but had somewhat of a good flavor... as we walked out after paying, we over heard other guests telling our same server that their baby back ribs came extremely HARD! I saw him flipped them in front of her and his fork wouldn't even go through the ribs? They actually LOOKED COOKED... It was mind boggling! I guess we weren't the only ones with bad food. Came here for dinner Fri around 4pm. We were seated in the dining room, and Corrine was our waitress. My husband started out a 22oz. Stone IPA for $7.39. I wanted a Blue Moon beer but they were out, so I got a 22oz Sam Adams Summer Ale for $6.89 instead. Unfortunately it was a little flat. We shared Chips/Salsa $4.89 which were yummy. I got the Buffalo Chicken Ranch sandwich & fries, with the buffalo sauce on the side for $10.19. My husband got the Crispy Mango-Habanero Crispers, that came with Roasted Corn on the cob, and fries for $10.99. Both our fries temperature was hot but they seemed like they were reheated, so after about 5 mins the fries were getting chewy. I'm not sure if they were short staffed, but as we were eating I noticed there were quite a few tables that still had the dishes from the previous customers. The hallway light leading to the restrooms was out, which made it a bit dark. I ordered ahead online at approx 11:30 am to make sure they would be open for orders and not just setting up shop for the day. What I noticed is there was no room in my order to state preferences or make changes: USUALLY, I would change the fajita order to a double beans no rice option because I'm not Fond of Chili's rice. It's bland and doesn't have the FLAVOR I've come to expect with Mexican-type foods. And usually I ask them to leave out all the side stuff and just give me a large tub of the pick de Gallo diced up veggie salsa, and ask for loads of napkins for the inevitable food across my shirt as this is a messy meal with lots of bits and pieces that tend to drip or fall. So, if Chili's would make a section for these things on their ordering app, that would be FABULOUS! My app said 12:00 pm order pick up time. I clocked out for my 1 hour lunch at 11:50 am allowing for my time to walk out to my car and drive over. I parked in the shade under a tree a distance away and walked to the door at 11:58 am. They had signs up to call a number and stay in your car. I was standing there already so I called. Machine answered. I'm thinking if this is their method of customers letting them know they've arrived to collect their HOT food, they might have a HUMAN answering the phone in this SERVICE industry, but nope. On the third try and 4 minutes later I got a human who didn't greet me kindly, didn't ask my name, didn't acknowledge she had my food ready. I walked back to my car and drove back to the waiting area and waited another 5-10 minutes for her to collect my payment (gift cards can't pay online) so she or someone came out to collect my payment, she came back with my receipt and card and my food at 12:15. So okay, I had taken a 60 min instead of 30 min lunch today as a special treat to myself, I'm ok for time... I search the bag for the fork. No fork. They specifically asked if I wanted eating utensils. My work provides utensils to employees but I didn't grab any because my lunch was supposed to come with them. Ok, so I get out of my car to go get her attention again. A few minutes later she comes back with a fork set and I had gotten into my food while I was waiting- I told her they need to keep an eye on where they're holding food orders because my food was cold. She didn't really reply just walked away. I wasn't wanting her to take my food away and make it hot. I didn't have time for that, I'm used to semi-warm food from drive thru windows, I can eat a $10 semi-warm shrimp fajita, ONE TIME. The entire order, anything that was meant to be hot was warm. I didn't eat the tortillas, they were rubbery because they had been heated up then cooled. The rice, I don't like it much to begin with but now it was cold. The beans we warm-ER than the rest, I polished them off first while still semi warm, they make a great bean dip with the chips. Salsa was meant to be cold and it was room temp, still good tho. Hot cheese dip usually comes in a cast iron to keep it warm for dining in, it was just cooler than the beans but probably good because I was running out of time. So basically, I paid for shrimp fajitas and a side order of chips and cheese and ate a mostly warm build your own nachos with shrimp on top. It was OKAY. And if what you're looking for is OKAY, you're all set. If you've got an hour for your lunch, you're all set to wait 15 minutes past your pick up time for your food. You might need to have eating utensils and napkins on hand for your in-car dining experience if you're not going back to a table to eat. You probably won't burn yourself with scorching hot food. And as a bonus, if you tip a reasonable amount for reasonable service and don't tip for non-existent service, you'll save yourself some cash so when we can dine in again you can tip like a rock star for stellar service that will exist again because I don't see a place like Chili's keeping servers who don't get tips, they will find some other place to work that will pay them a flat rate instead of them raising the service level to get stellar tips. So, I made it back to work and I did get full from my lunch, so job done. Will I be back to Chili's? ABSOLUTELY! I love their food! Will I be back to THIS Chili's? MAYBE once done in is an option again. Will I take a long lunch from work to come back for take-away? NO F'ING WAY! Will I try for lunch at a different Chili's? Depends, I'll need to have a microwave, a supply of napkins, and eating utensils standing by! read more

Big parking lot but this is a popular spot. They have an entry way then a sitting area. They should put benches in the entry way. The wait time depends on how busy normal for any restaurant. They have tv's all over the restaurant which I love. The servers have iPads and the order gets in a lot faster. The fajitas and ribs most popular thing on their menu. They have one of the best drink menus. My favorite is president margarita. The food is good and I like that when you're done you can check yourself out, you no longer wait on the waiter.
