WOW. Just WOW. First let me apologize for not writing the the night we returned home from our FANTASTIC and memorable experience. My kiddo turned 16 on April 27th and she so wanted to go to Chili's - as did I because it holds special San Antonio memories growing up. My daughter had eaten your Triple Dipper dish at the Chili's Marble Falls location by the lake, with other athletes from San Juan Diego Catholic High School after their District Track & Field Meet. A great celebration was had by all. From start to finish, we had THE BEST, most delightful, most relaxing, most wonderful experience we've had in a long while. Upon walking to the door, your darling Hostess, Jennifer, smiled as she held the door open for us as if to say: "We're glad you're here." WOW. Total vibe setter. She set the tone and made us feel immediately welcomed. We chose a booth in the bar area and I immediately settled in to the comfy seat. The A/C was perfect and flatscreens adorned the walls. I loved the vibe and looking around my senses absorbed all the activity and hustle and bustle. One thing stood out. Every employee genuinely appeared to love what they were doing. They were smiling, walking with purpose, and loving being there. Drumroll...then Kylie arrived with a big smile, endearing demeanor warm personality, and genuinely good soul. She greeted us and took our drink orders. She is absolutely such an asset to the Chili's brand. What a phenomenal human. Plus, I watched her really rocking the bar, serving her customers seamlessly. She extended impeccable customer service. I ordered the salad and Chicken Crisper sandwich - wow. The salad was perfectly sized and super chilled. It tasted so good and of course, left me wanting more. But, alas, when my Chicken Crisper arrived, I was astounded at its size. WOW - so big, and so perfectly cooked. I could only eat half. The fries were hearty with a nicely cut large size. My birthday girlie ordered the Triple Dipper and it did not disappoint. The portions were huge. She took half of hers home, too, for lunch the next day. I loved Kylie asking us if we wanted a happy birthday sang to my daughter when they brought the Chocolate Molten Lava cake out, but she smiled with a no thank you because she does not like being the center of attention (smile). Ohmygosh, it arrived and it was sooooo huge. It filled the entire caramel drizzled plate with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream in the middle. We giggled at how full we both were but mustered room to each squeeze in a couple bites. And, Leslie, the Manager even stopped by our table to say hi. Another WOW. This leadership speaks volumes to me about the kind of company Chili's is, and who they employ. Great hires who care about their customers. I said to Leslie, "So often a company only hears what does not go well, but I'm here to tell you we had a fantabulous experience." We packed up our food into a colorful Chili's to go bag, and I hugged Kylie goodbye with profuse thanks and gratitude. We shall forever remember April 27, 2026 because of the beautiful dining experience your team extended to The Potyka Girlies. By the way, my glass of Chardonnay was excellent. Sometimes you get hit with a craving for some mozz sticks served via the "as seen on internet" Triple Dipper, so you make your way over to Chili's. I thought I knew what I was going to order, but I pursued the menu anyway because fomo and was swayed by the *new* bacon ranch loaded nachos. I really tried to eat the whole portion because it was so dang good especially with guac but ended up taking a third of it home. This location was dressed up so cute for Halloween and they delivered the most attentive service. They brought everything we needed without us asking including new waters before we ran out. Ordered take out and when I came in to retrieve my order the young 304 who works the to go area was positive that one was there to pickup orders so she proceeded to bs around and once she finally realized that people were there waiting for food that was ready and sitting she came up with an attitude. I told her my order name and she attempted to look at my phone screen which I don't know what for, because what's on my phone that can help you? She proceeded to ask for my receipt, I was confused as to why I needed a receipt because clearly my order was either placed online or over the phone. Absolute banger of a place - vibes, immaculate. Food, sure to blow up your stomach and some other things later in the evening. Drinks, so sugar-y your dentist will think you've been slamming gummy bears like your millennial-necessary daily Tylenol. If you go to Chilis expecting anything other than exactly what chilis provides, that's on you. The triple dipper can easily feed a family of 8 and the double burger my husband got is easily illegal outside of the US. Go for a great time. Stop being a snob. read more

Always a good time. When I go to my local Chili's down the street from me! I've gone a couple times in the service. Hasn't been all that responsive but that is just because of the lack of stuff and they always made up for it! I went a couple days ago and the service jumped up and stepped up exponentially. My go-to is always the triple Dipper for the table and personally I'll get the big smasher Burger combo! You can't beat the value and the amount of food you get for the price! Inside. Our experience at this Chili's location was incredibly disappointing. My boyfriend ordered the Surf & Turf Ribeye cooked medium rare. Instead, he received a Surf & Turf Sirloin - 10 oz. cooked medium well. He asked for the correct order, and it took so long that by the time the new dish arrived, he requested it to-go. When the takeout order came, the surf portion (shrimp) was completely missing. At that point, out of frustration, he asked for the meal to be returned and removed from the bill. However, when we tried to pay at the kiosk, the incorrect meal was still listed. The manager got involved, but unfortunately showed very little concern or urgency. Eventually, they removed the item, but by then, the delay had caused us to be late for an event we had planned. The lack of attention to detail, poor service recovery, and overall apathy from the staff made this a very unpleasant experience. We will not be returning to this location and cannot recommend it based on our visit. read more

I frequent this place A LOT!!! Like there's weeks when I'm he's 2-3 times (I know that sounds horrible). I've had some AMAZING experiences but also some not so good. Yesterday I think was the actual worse. We were sat by the booths near the bar and it took nearly 1 hour for us to get our order out in :-/ I understand the bartender is in charge of our booth but if they're extremely busy at the bar and have full booths next to her I feel like they should have someone helping too. It took almost 2 hours for us to get our check. If it wasn't for this experience it would definitely be 5 stars. Regardless I will continue to come here as often as I do. read more

Chili's is pretty much consistent and I have my favorites that I tend to order almost all the time. My drink is the presidente margarita. I've always liked it and its a good amount they give and leave the shaker at the table so you can finish it all. My food I loved was the crispers but now not so much. The chicken seems dry now and they didn't give the same sauce they used to give with it but the drinks are still good and the fajita plates were enjoyed by my mom and hubby. The service was good. Attentive and with a smile. Didn't have to wait long to be seated. We sat at a booth, place was clean and bright in there. I definitely recommend the place. It was late, after 10pm and we had just had a failed attempt to get food at the nearby Buffalo Wild Wings--after sitting in a near empty restaurant and not getting approached by a server for over 10 minutes we peaced-out to Chili's and were not disappointed! Our server was quick to take our drink orders although they were busy and after taking our food orders the food was brought out literally 10 minutes later, hot and delicious! Not bad for a 4 top group of guys who ordered a lot of food! None of the food was new to us, old faves like the honey chipotle chicken crispers, sliders, southwest egg rolls, etc but all hot, fresh, and delicious! What more could you ask for! No rushing, no too much of checking on you. Very appropriate and attentive but not annoying. Also, she is quite friendly, but also professional. I saw her she help and manage overall restaurant hall for other servers. She is very informative, responsibly support her fellow workers and a customer. I was a bit hovering around with the menu choices, she was politely assisted me to help on deciding the menu options. She pays attentions to her customer in extra level, but manages in a good quality. Here is the thing about this location - it is popular and it is located right off of IH35 south so you may have a wait to get seated here depending on what time you arrive. But you should definitely utilize the WaitList feature on Yelp to minimize that waiting! Bar area is almost always open seating but be sure to check with the hostess first for this. This is also the only area to get Happy Hour deals and prices so be sure to ask to sit in the bar area if that is what you came for. Otherwise you will have to wait to be seated by the hostess. Food here is good but we have noticed a few differences in how some food items are presented (compared to other Chili's in south area of Austin) but overall great food. The only food item we have noticed was the roasted corn - when ordered as an extra side this item will come right on to your entree tray verses the times we have seen it get placed on it's own platter (silver too!) and brought out. Service is always great as well and fast. I definitely favor sitting on the bar side of the restaurant as it just feels more informal and more fast paced. Parking never really an issue although it is kind of dark outside near the stone wall at the entrance of Chili's. I think once the place next door is up and running the lighting may enhance itself and you shouldn't have a problem. read more
