Even though it was a busy night we got seated relatively quickly. Sever Erwin was phenomenal. We waited for some time due to the high volume of customers, which he apologized for. After waiting at the front to be seated, a manager had to go find the girl. Then she wanted to seat people that were behind us first. Then we wait at our table for a server and a girl serves a table next to us that came in after we did. Finally, T.J. showed up and took care of us. My wife ordered the Ribeye steak and after waiting 20 minutes the kitchen sent her a sirloin $16.99. Cooked just right but the wrong item, T.J. had the manager look at her steak and he changed the price on our bill accordingly. T.J. seemed to try hard but I had to ask for a refill of my iced tea. Worst customer service ever ,,I ordered online and put the wrong address I KNOW IT WAS MY MISTAKE, I called right away to cancel the order before they started preparing it and they put me on hold for 15 minutes, call again and speak to the manager to cancel the order and she told me that my order was ready and of course if they put me on hold for 15 min, I asked her to cancel it and refund the money and the manager hung up on me, I called again and they never answered, however When I called from another cell phone, the manager responded immediately with an attitude and told me that my refund would take 5 days. read more

This has got to be the worst restaurant in all of Aventura. If it wasn't for their 2 for 1 special, they'd be wiped out like a bad case of lice. Food: D- Service: F- Drinks: C+ You walk around the restaurant and the floor is sticky. The bathroom looks like a homeless shelter, and the place is full of screaming kids. Not the typical place you would want to spend your money. This establishment is disgusting, and the GM is very rude and disrespectful to his workers. I've seen it with my own eyes on how he speaks to them and also how he treats them (typically his black employees) The food is awful, and the service is very slow. The servers are very unprofessional and they expect you to tip just for nothing. It takes them on average about 30mins to come to your table once you've been sat. It's ridiculous here, it's a circus house. Don't waste your time or money here! read more

I FN love chili's and this is the only location I've been to here in Miami And to me it's great. It serves it's purpose as a chain restaurant with yummy food that's bad for you. Everything I get is always good, I even had a corn on the cob that was seriously mind blowing good. Hahaha like really it was, my group was totally done with me and the corn. During the evening this place is packed and a line is expected but once inside it's all good, except for the two for one drinks. Horrible. Just bad. But all in all it's good. read more

Everytime i come here i sit in the bar area as it's open seating and there is usually a table open which means no wait. Since i've been here many times, i can say that the server in the bar area, a nice gentlemen with a nice smile always makes us feel warm and taken care of. While the 2 for 1 margaritas may be a bit on the light side and won't really give you a buzz, you do get free chips and salsa in the bar area. Our car was broken into and all of our luggage stolen while we ate dinner at this Chili's location on 10/17/2016., 8:09pm. The police informed us that that area is a "high crime" location. So consider yourself warned. The car was locked. They broke into the car very professionally (the driver door) that we didn't even realize we were robbed until after we had driven off from that location. I informed the manager at the Chili's this happened but I mean our items are just gone. I cannot explain the sadness I feel- having been violated and robbed like this. Now onto the actual meal- The food and service were very polite and delicious. Horrible management!!! My food was sitting for over 30 min to be delivered and the evening manager (Sheila Lewis-- not sure if it's the real name) refused to re-do the food. Mind you the food contained meat and dairy products (isn't there a protocol to throw out the food if it's been sitting for a long time??) When I said I coming to pick it up instead the manager said to put it under the heat lamp. When I finally got there the food the manager said the food was given to the delivery driver. She refused to give me a refund or even re-do the meal (1 appetizer, 1 entree). In the middle of the convo she kept taking down her mask (during a pandemic) which makes me concerned if she's doing that around the food. There were no apologies and she was completely inconsiderate of the time, gas, and money I wasted. She needs to be demoted or fired because that not only did she not try to reconcile the issue but there was a food safety risk. Worst Place ever!!! I asked if I can order the nachos without the Hint of BEEF. Since I had order it before without issues. I trusted them and my nachos arrived,the first bite i got had meat. Sent them back they made a second order still had meat. Sometimes the pleasantest experiences come from a chance encounter. And so it was on this occasion. We were stuck in rush hour traffic after leaving Aventura Mall and spied the inviting Chili's sign at exactly the right moment to turn into their parking lot. In the main, it was a good decision. We relaxed for an hour or so while traffic dissipated and we ate well in a strange city. Rob, our server was attentive and competent, he bought our first drinks quickly and then gave us time to peruse the menu and decide on a main course. We'd grazed and drank Starbucks during our afternoon at the mall, so we passed on appetizers and chose the Ancho Salmon (for my wife) and loaded Texas Cheese Fries (for me) as our main course. We both enjoyed our choices. The Ancho Salmon was flavored with a spicy citrus-chile sauce and topped with chopped cilantro and queso fresco. It was served with rice and steamed broccoli. The Texas Cheese Fries were delicious - as definitely not "light." French fries, topped with Monterey, Pepper Jack and Cheddar cheese, bacon bits, jalapenos and green onions and served with ranch dressing for dipping. My one complaint is on the selection of beers available at this Chili's. The usual selection of lager type beers were available, some from the larger craft breweries, including one from Yuengling, but there wasn't a single beer available from a local craft brewery, and there are several of them within 50 miles. We survived this disappointment when we were told it was happy hour and I could get two Yuenglings for the price of one to wash down the Texas cheese fries. This worked for me, so I enjoyed my fries and beer and the excellent company. read more

He heard what I had to say and he was very understanding, he took care of my needs and provided new food which was amazing and provided a little something for my troubles. The service is not acceptable. When you place a to go order and arrive home and completely different is very disappointing. My daughter is diabetic and she should get what I ordered. This has happened twice. No utensils, no napkins, no dressing and the side orders were whatever they wanted to put on the order. The chicken pasta had no alfredo sauce, just all wrong. We ordered the 3 course special. I'm totally unimpressed with this meal except dessert. The salad that was provided was wilted iceberg lettuce, some carrot and cheese shreds and a few soggy croutons. It didn't look anything like the picture on the website that has nice dark green salad greens. The chicken breast meat was indeed covered with BBQ sauce. Very salty sauce. The chicken meat was salty as well. As for the meat, it seemed to me that it wasn't grilled. It seemed very soft -- maybe it was was steamed or microwaved, definitely not grilled. The fries? You guessed it. Salty. And then dessert. Chocolate. Chocolate is always good. Dessert didn't disappoint. Save your $$. You can do much better cooking at home. read more
