The service is good.. Can't complain but I will say the servers tend to just stare at me. It's kinda creepy, both men & women just stare or have their other friends pass by and stare.. But besides the stares... I like their food.. I always get the Cesar salad & the molten lava cake. Always dependable & hits the spot! I'm not a big drinker so can't say much about their two for one deals or their different types of margaritas but their Cosmo was great! I really am not a fan of big chain restaurants like chilis, but I give this place a five star only because the service coming from mike g at the bar was impeccable. I walked in with a friend with only 30 minutes to eat as I had to rush back to work. He got our drinks the second we sat down, helped us choose a dish that will be out the fastest, all the while complimenting and chatting with us. Exceptional service from a stand up guy. Wow. What a horrible experience. Floors and table were dirty. The food took forever to come (40 minutes) place wasn't even packed. The food i ordered was cold. And half of what I ordered they waited to tell me they didn't have it after already waiting for so long. I was so turned off that I didn't even accept a replacement order. I flat out asked it to be removed from my bill. I took one bite and instantly knew the entire entree wasn't going to be worth it. After telling the waitress about the issues and receiving the bill it was explained that she wasn't to blame and I was sure it wasn't her fault. She turned her nose and wouldn't even accept the response. Wow. I will not be returning here. Bad food is one thing, but poor service is unacceptable. WORST chillis EVER. I wish I could rate this zero stars. Took ten minutes to even get a greeting. I then had to return my meal twice, and at this point my whole table was done eating and my food still was under cooked and cold. The manager gave us a Chili's money to make up for the poor experience, unfortunately when we used the credit our 2nd time wasn't much better. We ordered fried pickles and they decided to give us 1/2 pickles, 1/2 fried GARLIC CLOVES. They also offer curb side drop off when you order, and have 5 designated spots. After waiting 20 minutes out front we went inside and were told they don't do curb side drop off. They even have the TV screen that faces the spots. I told the cashier that I had been waiting and she just said oh. We threw out the rest of the credits and will not return. The manager did not respond to this complaint. read more

Ok as an avid Chili's customer I am comparing the Boneless buffalo wings. In NY and CT the wings are good although after visiting Florida there's a difference in the chicken. Either NY is over cooking it's Buffalo wings as well as serving smaller pieces of meat or Florida Is Under Cooking and the Pieces Of meat are bigger and imvredibly moist. Great server, manager Al was a complete asshole though. Watch out for him. I have a emotional support dog that I keep right next to me, sometimes on the chair but never on the table. Al decided to go ahead and stop everything he was doing to tell me In a very rude manner to remove my dog and that he won't move until I did. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant and that is saying a lot. When we go to this Chili's we have learned that unless we are sitting at the bar with Mike the bartender we shouldn't expect great service although there has been at least once before where the girl working along side with our waitress was phenomenal. Yesterday we went around 2:30 for some drinks and munchies. when we walked in it was pretty empty as usual and we were sat pretty quickly, the hostess was nice a bit quite but that's a nice change in Miami. Once we sat down we looked at the menus for a few secs and watched our waiter walk past our table at least 2 times before actually greeting us. No specials were spoken of, a brief greeting and he took our drink order. 2 for 1 blue moon, a presidente Margarita which he offered a flavor choice on, so kudos on that (no mention of doing the 2 for 1) and a watermelon cooler and a ginger ale. He walked away before even offering to take a food order and my friend actually had to walk up to him to place her order. She upgraded to Onion Rings which was a $1.00 more. ( no big deal) When the drinks came to the table, he forgot the Ginger ale, (2nd time now asking for it) He served the Margarita from the shaker and walked away. He came back with the burger and onion rings and the order of Boneless wings My Bf ordered. Still no Ginger ale. My friend asked for a manager cuz shes extra and she doesn't understand (nor do I) How you pay additional and only get 5 onion rings. The manager came and basically stated " It is pre portioned we cant give you more, Its crazy and I don't agree with it, but its what it is, we have no control" As someone who has worked in the industry for over 15 years, I found it ridiculous that the manager said anything like this as if stating the company was wrong. I will say that they sent out a free order of Onion rings and that was nice but not necessary. I finally got my Ginger ale!! Hallelujah. I was not happy with the service but decided to not burden the manager or throw the server under the bus and tried to just take it as him being over seated or lacking help. But wait it continues. We are all finished with our food and drinks, he came by asked how we were and then disappeared for a good enough amount of time for my patience to wear thin. After sitting there for at least close to 10 minutes with no service. W e then get to watch the girl hes working the station with finally comes to bus her table only to take a rag and throw all the mess on the floor, Looking like she hated every moment of being there. I not only was upset by lack of a enjoyable environment but by how unhappy everyone that works there looked. I finally requested to speak to a manager because I honestly couldn't not say anything. The manager comes over and asks what was wrong, So I explain to her that the service was incredibly slow, and uninspiring her response was Why didn't you say something in the beginning? ( I would've agreed with her, but when she came the first time and my friend stated the service was great I definitely stated it wasn't) I try to explain this to her and instead of listening she starts saying its our fault for not telling her sooner . Tables are looking at us now (instead of being greeted) and the server is just standing there forced to listen by his manager. After being unable to speak because of her not allowing me to, she walks to the nearest POS tells a server ( not even our server) to get our check and get us out of there. I couldn't stand one more second in this place I walked out. My Boyfriend waited patiently to pay the check and they comped a happy hour Margarita off the bill. I will never walk into this Chili's again and I suggest that anyone who expects even somewhat basic service do the same. Comps and free food doesn't make up for poor service and unprofessionalism, You probably have one of the best locations money and clientele wise if you are incapable of creating a environment that promotes happy employees and guest close down and save the locals. read more

By far the worst service I have ever had at a Chili's. It started when I began to worry because my food was taking a little longer then usual but once it arrived I noticed that my chicken fajitas came with no tortillas. Once I brought it to the waitress attention she said "oops" ran to the back and seriously 12 minutes later after my food has been sitting there I get the tortillas and on top of that the extra cheese I had asked for literally came when I was done. I saw the waitress maybe 3 times through my whole meal and never asked until the end if I needed anything. After going through this, observing that non of the tables were being cleaning after customers were leaving and seeing the floor that was sticky and messy. I don't think I will ever go back and I suggest to anyone try other restaurants in the area. read more

I think I was on an episode of Kitchen Nightmares!!! We went there about 1:00 PM from the mall with 4 adults and 4 kids because we had a coupon. The some kids food came out about 2PM and the adult food was still not out at 2:30PM. Two of the orders were just soup and salad! We asked the waitress and she said their computer system went down and there were other tables waiting longer than us. FYI, the restaurant was not very busy. My fajitas arrived at 2:35 PM and they weren't even sizzling anymore! My wife had to leave early, so she never got her soup and salad. Then the billing... It took another 30 mins and 3 or 4 revisions to the bill before we could leave. First, they charged for two beers that we never received. The waitress said they accidentally went to the wrong table. Second, they double charged me for my fajitas. Third, they didn't let us use the coupon for one child because they comp'd the soup and salad that my wife never received! Finally after we left, my mother in-law told me she never got here salad with her soup and salad. Not once did anyone from management come over and apologize to any of the tables around us. In addition, during the entire two hours not a single table around us was cleaned. Every table had dirty plates sitting there for over an hour. Remember, the place was not that busy. I don't expect to receive such terrible service at a chain restaurant that must have plenty of rules and procedures. Chili's needs to make some serious management changes if they expect this location to survive!!! read more

Their 2 for 20 deals are amazing. I love coming here for the chicken crispers and any steal they have to offer. I wish I could drink because their bar looks nice but alas I am only 18 therefore I cannot. They just added this little iPad thing that allows you to order drinks and deserts from the table with out your waiter being there. It also has a full menu on it and some games. read more

What a mess. This place was dirty and the staff was incompetent. The hostess sat us at an un-wiped, sticky table. I wish I had kept my receipt with my server's name on it, but at this point it doesn't matter. Everyone was incompetent. We should've had a clue when the table next to us asked for a manager "immediately!" The service was slow. The food was less than mediocre. All of that is not what prompted me to write this review. My friends and I got separate checks. My bill came to $24.61. I wrapped my receipt around 2 $20 bills. I was planning on tipping for myself and my friends, but when the server brought me my change...she only brought back $6, keeping $10 for herself. I WAS planning on tipping her more than that, but her assumption aggravated me. Servers survive on their tips. Without tips, they make about $3.20 an hour. I know this. I requested to speak to her AND her manager. Only the manager came over. I explained the situation. She went back to speak to the waitress, returned to the table with my money. She said "She told me she mixed up your money with another bill that was $30. At least that's what she told me. I don't know. I spoke to her, she's been coached. That's all I can say." and she shrugged her shoulders. It's funny, if she mixed up my money with a check that was $30, I'd still be getting $10 back, not $6. They were all full of BS.
