Worst service I ever had at a restaurant mainly because of my waiter German very unprofessional person. He kept majority if not all his attention to another table because it was full of women, not alone he kept asking me if I was open to making more money with his side business. If I wanted to make more money it will surely not be someone that takes my food order for a living. Do not go here and if you do make sure it is not German that serves your table, unless you bring a lot of girls with you so he can drool over them. read more

Absolutely the worst chili's ever. There is a lot of dust around inside and also steak fajitas are probably the worst I have ever had. The meat seems like it's processed and in weird shape. Never eaten or had seen steak like that. Won't be coming back here. read more

My power went out, needed air conditioner and a margarita. Went to chilis, the air conditioner worked, that was great. The food ...well, that's another story. Drinks were alright, the server keeps talking to me in spanish but I only speak english. My order comes to the table and is wrong. He offers to replace the missing part. 10 minutes later he comes back with my potato skins. I ask for the check, get my credit card back and the pen my server hands me is full of ink. I think this place is a really poor example of a chilis establishment. When I visited I hoped to have a great time as usual. Unfortunately the waitress was pretty rude. She was almost unwilling to give food reviews. She doesn't eat at chilis. I placed my order and she did not return until I received my food. The food was normal. Place get worse every time I visit it. Once a great place now a cheap restaurant with expensive menu. When we walked in yesterday the place was dirty and most of the tables were full with leftovers of the previous guests. Service is slow and bad. Me and my mom came here to have a simple good lunch only to have the complete opposite . I eat at chilis least once every 1-2 weeks and I normaly go to the one in Hollywood BTW witch is excellent love that location . But back to this location me and my mom came was not greeted by the waiter at all just simply "What will you guys be having" and to add on top of that the food was undercooked and and had to be remade and the waiter kept forgetting to bring us napkins and refills when asked for , I am staying away from this location . read more

Last night 10/22/2016 my husband and I went to have dinner there after been there for awhile we went to our house . Around midnight i received a text saying that we had left a phone and they where letting us know so we can pick it up. We didn't realize that my husband had left phone until that text, we got up and went to pick up the phone. We are really happy and appreciated with the staff that found the phone and return it to us. Don't bother ordering ToGo- the order will NEVER be ready on time. Officially giving up on this place after waiting for 30 minutes after the food was supposed to be ready(on multiple occasions). Now I understand why this restaurant has the lowest reviews ever. Never have I been to a chilis where they charge you for the food for finding a piece of fatty bone and letting it sit on the table for solid 20min. No manager wanted to talk to me but they give me a free dessert. I told manager there was a piece of fatty bone in my food why did I need to pay oh because you were rude to me at the bathroom. I asked to speak to another manager and he said He is going to call the police because I'm hunting down his servers. Wow the lies of this place. What suppose to be a friend get together became an accusation of all times. Police were called- 3 people; 2 managers & 1 server said I ate 70% of my food yet they refuse to look on the footage (security cameras). In the end I was forced to pay for the other food I had hardly ate. I know it's a rainy day but this unbelievable. I will be contacting corporate first thing Monday morning. Chilis if this is how you treat your regulars/first comers you indeed highly disgust me with the behaviors that has taken place today. The Chili's in Adventura, FL has taken a drastic turn to ugly. I haven't been in several months, but at my visit tonight I was terribly disappointed and don't plan to return. The floor was filthy, I mean food and trash everywhere. The hostess tossed our menus on a table and turned and walked away not even offering to clean the food and drink left on the table from the previous guests. My tacos were so full of grease that I had to lay 5 napkins on the table to soak the drippings up while I tried to eat. My husband's burger was so dry he could barely eat it. Wow what a breath of fresh air. My Wife and I are on our honeymoon and have eaten at just about every delicious and horribly expensive restaurant in the sunny isles resort area and really wanted to just eat at a normal place, get some drinks, and smash some apps for a change. We were shopping at the Aventura mall and while leaving stumbled upon this Chili's. We sat down at the bar and Jen greeted us, directed us to some much needed food and drink and after that we just stayed there for a couple hours enjoying not being pressured and kicking back. Jen was the most professional and most helpful keeper of the bar, and all around nicest person I have met since coming to this area. Even when busy she continued to dish out consistent and delicious libations to everyone while still continuing to treat us, and everyone around us, like we were the only people there. Our next leg of the honeymoon takes us up north a ways and she was knowledgeable about the place we were going and shared great insights with us as to where our time would best be spent. This is the most relaxed I have felt during this trip thanks to Jen. The food was also delicious of course but Jen's attitude and delightful demeanor kept us there eating and drinking as long as our full bellies would let us. I haven't written a yelp review in quite a while but this experience forced me back to the keyboard again. read more

I would never give a 1 star but where do I start. Yesterday some family wanted to go eat. We decided Chilis and headed that way. The service was okay, the game was on. We then ordered our food. It took forever to check on us, pay our bill just ridiculous. I get home and decided to lay down (around 12:30am). Not ever an hour and a half later I wake up by throwing up. Chilis food made me sick af and I never had a problem with them before. Everything I ate just right back up. So I thought I over ate and left it at that.(plus it wasn't much). An hour later throwing up even more. I realized they gave me food poisoning. I am not sure what is going on in that place but I would avoid it until they resolve the problem. Not worth it. read more

Noisy, crowded, spotty service, so so food...gave up on it even for a quick burger

The only good thing about our experience was our server, who was in the weeds, but still expressed true concern. Food was bad bad tonight, but we didn't complain to the only staff we saw, which was servers running around like crazy- why burden them more than their management had tonight. Saw One lethargic manager, and that was IT. The food we got was horrible tonight, we got an order of texas fries that looked like they had been sitting under the heat lamps for 30 minutes. The cheese was solid and cold. Our entrees were also cold and overcooked! Salmon overcooked, my Mexican bowl thing with steak was cold and missing avocado and had like 10 pounds of cheese. Clearly this place needs new management, as every time we have been here, servers are struggling. Struggling with way too many tables, especially in the bar. Struggling as I have never once seen a food runner or a busser! There are always dirty tables everywhere and I see the servers and hostesses seem to be the only ones cleaning them up. This is probably why our food was cold- you cant give good service if your servers are understaffed, have to bring bar drinks, bring food, buss their own tables... You guys are lucky you have some good servers, treat them better! And make your kitchen and management better, both are clearly the only ones slacking. read more

Have gone to this place 3 times and each time was worse than the last. The first time there were termite wings falling everywhere. They tented the place so we felt it deserved another chance. The last time there was a curly q hair on my plate. It was beyond gross! When I refused the food or anything else after that, they only charged me for my Ice Tea. What great customer service.
