I don't know Sarah Beth personally, and I can't tell her how she felt about an interaction, but What I can speak to is the experience of the table she referenced--and it was nothing like what this review suggests. Throughout the evening, everyone at our table was laughing, having a great time, complimenting the food and talking about how much fun the night was. Several people specifically said they would absolutely come back. There certainly wasn't ANY indication at the table that someone was having a "zero-star" experience. I also think some context matters...This was a busy Friday night during a special event. The restaurant was packed, the POS system had crashed, and the staff was simultaneously dealing with three unruly guests who ultimately had to be removed. In the middle of all of that, an attempt was made to have a business conversation with Christopher. From what I understand, the issue wasn't that he refused to have the conversation--it was that right then, in the middle of dinner service and everything else happening, it simply was not the time to have it. Apparently that response was received very differently after the fact than it appeared to be in the moment. Everyone is entitled to leave a review, but when you specifically reference the other 14 people sitting at your table, I think those people are entitled to add their perspective too. So please allow me to to share mine... I enjoyed the food, the comedy, the atmosphere and the company. I watched Christopher and his staff juggle a ridiculously chaotic night and still provide our table with an experience that, based on everything being said at the table that night, everyone seemed to genuinely enjoy.
