I sat at the bar tonight to grab some food before seeing a movie at the Regal next door. The bartender was super nice, attentive and worked diligently with everyone at the bar. It wasn't packed but there were enough people that she had to multitask a bit, and she nailed it. Very impressive. I ordered the Triple Dipper w/ honey bbq boneless wings, honey chipotle chicken crispers, and Nashville hot mozzarella sticks. All were good, and it was super filling. I couldn't finish the whole thing. The place was clean and well kept. It's been a while since I've been to this Chili's but tonight they were certainly on their 'A' game. First of all I haven't been to a chilis in forever that said, our server today was Evan and he was the best server I have had in a long time very personable attentive and solved any situation before it was even a situation. Which was the reason I gave it 4 stars the food itself was nothing to rave about but it's chilis. The tables were clean and the place was all decorated for Halloween which was spooktacular. The prices are in line with this style restaurant and there's have been in the same range for it seems quite a while. Let me start up by saying that if I could give Jenny 20 stars, I would she was so great. She made the experience so awesome. Her customer service was phenomenal. The food was delicious and fresh and the place was clean and she took in even helped me figure out how to use their kiosk to pay she is the greatest greatest Waitress there in my opinion, and if her boss sees this, I think she not only deserves a raise, but she deserves a plaque to acknowledge how great of a job she did and I will definitely come back and I would definitely ask for her again. Lunch for three was a nice experience on a early Saturday afternoon. Arrived at Chili's around 12:30 and were seated right away. The restaurant was clean and less than half occupied. Our waitperson quickly took our drink order which was served within 3 minutes. We ordered quesadillas explosion salad, brisket quesadillas, and chicken quesadillas. The salad was huge and delicious. The brisket quesadillas were a bit skimpy but good, chicken quesadillas were better. The portable kiosk on our table made it convenient for paying the tab. read more

Went here for a late lunch on a weekday. We had excellent service. The waiter brought water before we ordered which was amazing. We ordered off the $10 lunch menu and it was worth it. I ordered the chicken enchilada soup and a chili veggie bowl. I was not a fan of the enchilada soup but I did like the bowl. Went here before going to see a movie at the regal Bellingham right next to it. The food there is always good and they have big drinks when you get them. I went here with my friend and we thought there were free games on the tablet and we did trivia ended up having to pay for it just a little bit misleading. I usually love chili's! Don't go out much because of covid but wished to celebrate. We were early the place was quiet. Drinks delayed but bigger than I thought so I was happy. The food was wrong and was promised some grilled shrimp to fix the order. 20 mins later as we were paying the bill the shrimp arrived,so I was ready to get a box to put my uneaten meal in. They were busy we were told. The place was almost empty except the screaming kids they placed beside us. Perhaps they should have comped the meal. I had two of the blue Curaçao margaritas but they were very weak. I do not recommend them. If you want to drink something that gives you a lot of alcohol for a better price, I recommend any of the El Presidente margaritas but especially the strawberry. It is served to you in a shaker. It gives you the equivalent of 4 to 5 martinis. I had the just bacon burger which by itself is extremely big. It is very good. The cheese was amazing. It is drenched in grease but for someone like me, I love that. The bartender even gave me the recipes for the blue Curaçao and El Presidente mixes. read more

Well I've been going to Chilis for years, but the last 2 trips have proven to be on a downward spiral. The prices a high for what you get and the drinks have just become a ripoff... the presidente margarita has just become gross and the glass gets smaller and small but yet you get charged the same. Looks at how small this margarita glass is, never mind the Rita is highlighter yellow and tasted like sour mix. Just terrible. The food was cooked as ordered. However the waitress could not have been less attentive if she tried. We finally found a different waitress to ring us out. Just skip this place... go to the BBC or Longhorn in Franklin. read more

So I have been to many Chili's, and this one use to be on par with all the rest, but for the last few years has been lacking. I thought I'd give them one more try. Its been a while. Ordered Cascadia explosion salad. As has been the case every other time I have gone here for the last couple years they get it wrong. No corn and beans. Instead of cheese strips in top with the grilled chicken they have fine shredded Mexican blend. You know the stuff you buy at the grocery store to melt on things. Melted all over the top. So missing ingredients and completely wrong presentation. Then manager was rude like I did something wrong. Never again. That was the last try at that location. Manager should be fired. Can't follow the menue then gets mad at the customer for pointing it out. read more

He was a shorter man with a red beard, and he berated staff only a few feet from our table consistently throughout our meal. Made the meal extremely uncomfortable. Wow. I understand there is a staffing shortage but how do you feasibly open with literally 6 people working. A cook, bartender, manager and 2 waitresses. Went on a weeknight and they had an influx of takeout orders and said that was why it took us 2 hours from putting our name in to getting food in front of us. I understand they have a staffing shortage like most places as a result of the current climate, but at some point wouldn't you shut off the online ordering to prioritize the people physically sitting in your restaurant? It also wasn't even busy they just weren't equipped to handle less than 10 tables. I also don't typically look for handouts or meal comp but after admitting they weren't at their best, they didn't even offer anything! This place is only going to be saved by the fact they're next to a movie theater and the plaza it's located in and across the street has no direct competitor to draw away from them. read more

Came in today (6/07/21) at 1:30 with a party of 7 to celebrate my daughters k5 graduation .... I normally would never choose Chili's, however we let our daughter decide and that is where she wanted to go. We arrived and were asked to wait a little while.... there were only TWO people on staff in the entire restaurant! We saw these ladies hustle back and forth between tables and the kitchen and the bar, as well as tend to the doordash orders. Seeing this, we continued to believe our experience would be terrible.... but these ladies really came through for us and the food was actually great, drinks on point, and wait time was normal.... whoever they are, I hope management gives these women a raise read more

I've been putting off writing my review of Chili's because honestly it's an experience I want to forget. Let me start by saying the place is extremely clean, I was a bit shocked at first with their level of cleanliness. Being a clean freak this restaurants cleanliness exceeded my expectations. There were about three or four other parties eating, when we sat down and waited for our server. As soon as our server approach our table, we got a whiff of cigarette smoke. I really wanted to look past this incident and still have an enjoyable lunch. However when you can smell your server before she approaches your table, it's a bad sign. My cousin and I both ordered the fajitas Trio, which come with steak, chicken and shrimp. My cousin added a side order of beans and rice, while I had a side order of guacamole. Our food arrived within a reasonable time period. However, once we started to eat the fajitas we noticed that first the shrimp, were chewy and burnt. The chicken had no taste whatsoever and finally our steak was just plain gross. It was tough and a bit slimy. When we noticed this we immediately wanted to find our waiter and tell her about our food. However, we were unable to find her or any Chili's employee for that matter. After a couple of minutes, we gave up and decided to write a letter to Chili's corporate instead. We came to the conclusion that our waiter was taking her smoke break because when she finally stopped by our table to drop off our bill, the stench of smoke the preceded her was stronger. When she finally arrived to check up on us, she asked about our food and we told her the meats were tough and burned but she didn't seem to care and simply dropped off our bill and left. BAD SERVICE, HORRIBLE FOOD. Honestly you'd be better off going to McDonald's for lunch; at least there they have a level of food quality that they uphold. P.S. Once we paid our bill, we ended up getting a customer survey. I took the survey and gave Chili's a piece of my mind. read more

Haven't been to chili's in a long time and I was greatly surprised how great the food was and the service.

Why would I go here for a 3rd time knowing it was going to be awful? Because our closest theater shut down last year and the next closest is in this area of Bellingham that has Chili's and McDonalds, end of list. Poor service, wrong food brought out late, as usual. For F sake it is a family restaurant and they had MMA playing on half the TVs at 5:30 in the afternoon. Hey son, how are you enjoying that undercooked burger? Great, dad, and I just watched that guy break that other guy's leg! My suggestion if you are headed to the Bellingham theater is to check out places either 1 or 2 exits north or south on 495 to eat prior to showtime depending on where you are coming from. read more

my husband and i ate here a few times when we were in the area, and it was fine. i mean, it's a chain, so nothing great, but nothing terrible. fast forward to COVID19, and this place has fallen apart. we've twice gotten takeout, and twice gotten zero chips with our queso (a month ago) or our guacamole (tonight). it gives me serious pause when CHILI'S cannot figure out how to include CHIPS in to-go orders that clearly require them. additionally, the queso we received a month ago was legit dog food. i refused to eat it. yes, i wrote to corporate. yes, i received a gift card to go back. we went back (and didn't use the gift card, actually), and i'll never eat at a Chili's again. beyond ridiculous. if you want Mexican in the area, try Acapulco's or Cancun, or Moe's across the street. avoid this joke. read more

Yelling at every one coming in because he " only had one server today". Never witnessed someone turn so many customers away with his awful attitude. Terrible. Ordered To Go from here Checked in 5 minutes prior to my "food ready" time saying I was waiting outside in the spot like you were supposed to do, per text message after ordering. Waited 15 minutes PAST the window of when my food would be ready only to have NOBODY come outside at all during that time. Ended up going inside 15 minutes later to find my food sitting on the shelf waiting. Got the food home finally - some was ovrecooked and MISSING items with the meal, and the rest was COLD. Traveled all over MA in many restaurants and never was told had to leave after 1.5 hours. Then paying my bill I wanted to split the tab as I get reimbursed for food only. Was told they can't do this. My girlfriend and I went here for dinner tonight and had such a wonderful experience. I did write a good review on the receipt but words cannot express how impressed I am with our visit. A young man named Wyatt had started off very friendly and was exactly what you would expect from a fantastic staff member. I went to place my order and I got chicken tenders.. he asked me what kind of sauce I'd like, naturally I chose one and asked "Surprise me!" He was so excited to answer and was instantly putting in the order. When the food came out he told me exactly what it was and to let him know how it was! He came back during our meal a few times to check in and asked if we needed anything at all! We ended up ordering a desert and he kindly adds, "I do recommend the caramel drizzle.." Yes please! So my boyfriend and I went here for lunch recently and it was very cold outside....about 33 degrees. They had only 1 section open of the restaurant and it was freezing like the AC was on. I used the restroom and the other side of the restaurant was nice and warm. I dont understand why if you are going to have 1 part open you have the AC on on a cold day. read more

Normally we have decent service and food from Chilis, but this location twice now has been a disappointment. In this instance I realize some of the fault lies with our delivery driver as well. Our containers were all in the bag sideways leaking juice all over everything. The food wasn't cooked properly. I had a 10 oz sirloin that was half well done and half rare to medium rare, tasty but inconsistent. The mashed potatoes were cold when they dished them as the shredded cheese that was added to the potato's wasn't even close to being melted. My wife's steak was supposed to be mid rare, but was very rare. It was supposed to come with asparagus, which was missing, and the avocado they sliced for her steak was raw and under ripened making it inedible. We may go to Chilis again but definitely not this location. read more
