Horrible customer service. Ordered from The app and checked in online. But since I didn't pay online I was waiting for about 30 minutes until I called and asked them how much longer it was going to be then they told me I had to go inside to pay. When the manager came out and brought me my food the salsa was all lopsided and dripped all into the bag which he didn't offer to get a new one. Lately I've been hearing a lot of bad stuff about this location but I thought I would go ahead and try it out but I will most definitely not be recommending nor coming back. read more

I have never been treated so poorly on first impression to a restraunt in my life. I am an out of Towner going to lunch with a friend and I walked up to the register with two cups to throw out from my car and the girl offered to take them and throw them out. A skinny guy who was carrying two plates said this is not the dump or a refugee camp and walked away without saying anything. I told them i was there to eat and he said he didn't care. The girl apologizes and the guy proceeded to go on without apologizing. It was embarrassing and this place definelty needs to get rid of that guy. The food & service were great, but they were out of menus. They had bearly been open 15 minutes, there were maybe 15 tables seated when we walked in. The hostess asked if we needed menus, I mean yea? Then said they were out already & we'd need to download virtual ones. We have made it a rule to not touch our phones when we eat, & focus on each other & the food. So my family of seven went to eat at Chili's in Casa Grande for Father's day. We get there and they tell me it's a 1 1/2 hour wait and asked me if I want to wait. I say yes. There are two black men waiting and a white family of four waiting before us. Ten people come out. The people before me go in. Another family of six drive up and they go in and are seated. I ask the lady what the hell, they just drove up and are seated. She said yes, they were on the wait list before me. So I told her I was told that it is first come first serve. This other family is white too. So I walk away. Now another white family of six wAlks up and are told to wAit 1 hour. The dad goes in and tells them there are only four of them and they are seated before us as well. I am extremely upset because this is the second family that is seated before us, even though we were there first. They tell my husband, that the wait is another hour and that it will be an hour or more before we get our food. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else. read more

Can I go lower than 1 star???? We normally LOVE Chili's and it is our go to place for meeting up with family and friends however, we just had the WORST experience at the Casa Grande Chili's. We were basically ignored by the served and manager and when we finally got her attention she was argumentative and never apologized for staying away and walked off without any customer service skills at all. Then the manager was equally unhelpful and offered nothing in the way of an apology or discount. They preceded to ignore us and not refill our drinks for the duration of our meal or offer to go boxes once we were ready to lea. They were awful and should not be in the service business at all. On a positive note, I was contacted quickly by the company and they seemed genuinely interested in what happened and trying to make it right. read more

Oh if only they could cook a steak correctly. I keep trying to like this place but they never stop disappointing me. Medium well is very easy to cook but I either get burnt or raw. I give up Chili's! Went for the first time last night - after everyone telling me how fabulous it was with the new menu and all -- ummmm K. All three of our meals came out missing included items that we had to ask for, to which the waitress was like it comes with that... along with one entrée came out... Then the actual appetizer then the other two entrées then somebody finally remembered the salad..... which was served on a hot plate, making it in edible because all the produce just wilted. Will not be returning. Waste of money. Would have been cheaper and more enjoyable to actually just drive into the city read more

If I could leave a rating of less than one star I would. The food was not very good, lettuce in salads were browning, not fresh, meat over cooked and the service was the worst we've ever had. It took 20 minutes to get our soft drinks, another 25 minutes to get the one appetizer we ordered. Had a difficult time getting the waiters attention for service and many tables around us had been left dirty for almost an hour. We left a low tip for poor service and the waiter actually chased down my husband on the way to the restroom yelling because he thought he deserved a better tip. He waited for him to come out of restroom and proceeded to call him names. Needless to say we will never return to this restaurant ever again. This was a family celebration for our 2 granddaughters who just graduated this week and it turned into a very bad experience not to be repeated I promise. read more

I received a text telling us where we were in line... and we waited. We waited 30 minutes when we noticed that people who got there after us were being seated. We finally left. We have been a very regular customer of Chili's at the time of them offering the "Awesome Blossom." Since then, we have been absent due to the continued menu changes and the departure from Tex-Mex foods. Yet, we give it a chance once in a while in order to see if we can find a favorite that is cooked to our hards. Unfortunately, our experience this time around with this particular establishment has been less than satisfactory. It took them a very long time to bring us our dishes, and out of four meals, three were not hot, lukewarm if not cold. Obviously, the three dishes have been sitting out for quite some time. One of us returned the dish while two continued to eat without much satisfaction. On the plus side, the manager really made sure that the one person refusing to eat cold food had a chance to order something else. However, because everyone was already eating, the person chose to not order anything else and simply wait for everyone to finish. We were, of course, not charged for that one dish that was returned, and upon learning the three out of four dishes were cold, we also got an extra discussion. This is the only reason why Chili's gets two instead of one star. Their management did everything right. But it still does not deter from the fact that the food was simply not good. In fact, two of the chicken dishes seemed to have been cocked with old chicken breasts or microwaved with frozen (old) chicken. It certainly was not fresh at all. If we hadn't had a good experience last time around, we would tell everyone to avoid this restaurant. So, give it try and see for yourself, but be warned as it might just not be what you are looking for. Chili's, you seriously need to look at your quality management. After this dinner, we have no confidence left in your desire to be a place worth going to. read more

I was just reading a lot of the reviews and was very surprised at how negative many of them were. We are snowbirds in Casa Grande, and this is really our favorite restaurant in town. Went tonight for a nice family dinner. Had to wait an hour to be seated even though they had clear tables open. We ordered the queso and had to send it back because it tasted weird. Then we had a burger that was over cooked and the bun was burned. Next was my chicken quesadilla that was poorly made. The only good thing was our chips and salsa. We don't eat at chain very often and pretty much just stopped in because we were in a hurry and we knew what wanted - Southwest eggs rolls and queso dip. Every time we eat here it seems that there are changes to the food, I don't mean what's on the menu, I mean how it tastes. The egg rolls were good but the queso dip had a very tomato(y) taste. Just left. We got seated right away, and that was the best part of the experience. We had three in our party. Two ordered Triple Dippers and I ordered a salad and onion rings as an apetizer. They brought us half the order of onion rings first for whatever reason. Those came out cold and hard as if they'd been under a heat lamp. No taste at all. When they brought the second half they were at least hot, but still no taste. One of the tripple Dippers had southwestern egg rolls. Those were soggy and looked like they were thrown on the plate. They lacked the crispness they are known for. The cheddar bites had zero flavor as well. There was absolutely no cheddar cheese flavor in them, as I tried one. My salad was a disappointment as well. My plate looked like they had put the lettuce on it while it was still wet. The lettuce was not firm and crisp like you would expect in a good salad. We didn't see our server for the last 15 minutes or so that we we there. Guess he didn't care how we were doing or what we thought. Maybe he heard us talking. Thankfully they have the machine on the table so we paid and left, not to come back as this was money wasted. I guess the cooks and management don't care about the quality of food they serve. Great Patron margarita but that's about all I'd recommend. We had a larger but friendly party, and made a reservation, still made to wait almost an additional hour. The food delivery was uneven, a couple of the kids were finished with their dinners before the last adult meal came out, and the salad I ordered was so soaked with dressing it was hard to enjoy. Our server was inattentive, drinks were not refilled, and had to ask a bartender for help wrapping up any leftovers. Disappointed that we were basically ignored for half of our time in the restaurant. We could have been rude about our service, but doubt it would change the server's attitude; we just won't return. read more

We have frequented this place about once a month for several years. It has its ups and downs but in general it is like a slow motion wreck. Service is usually pretty good, sometimes great. Food preparation is very hit and miss and the last few times it has been terrible. Mrs had chicken somethings. The sauce is delicious but the chicken was cold. I had the cheeseburger and the hamburger was burned hard as a rock. I kid you not it crunched when you bit into it. Some loud alarm from the kitchen kept going of the whole time we were there. Like I said earlier the place has slowly eroded And now it has reached a new low. Been a long time since everything has been right. A little more competition from Another restaurant and this place would close up. Bathroom was absolutely filthy. We were seated back by the kitchen and it was chaotic from the sounds we heard. Ive never felt the urge to leave a review but since it was such a bad experience i will. . brought my daughters after school. Ordered their drinks, asked for straws could not get a straw to save my life. Had to get up and ask the nice hostess after five minutes(the place was not busy around 4). Asked for ranch with my food. never got it. my daughters wanted hamburgers no cheese(i was specific) and when the food arrived, their hamburgers had cheese that obviously been been picked off and left pieces still on there. When their food came as well they didn't get some of the sides correct. Their drink had a bug inside of it as well(took a picture incase i could leave it for the review). Asked for dessert, tried to pay but it was added to another customers receipt so had to wait for the correction to be made. the whole experience was awful. Arrived at Chili's at 5 pm (early)! They advertised Baby Back Ribs on the menu and, also, a Large Marque inside with 3 foot letters said: "BABY BACK RIBS"! It took 25 minutes to wait on us--we ordered drinks and Baby Back Ribs! Again, it is 5 pm (early)! "Oh, I am sorry, we are out of Baby Back Ribs"! So, we both ordered the serloin steak, mine was medium rare, and also ordered drinks! The drinks came after "too long" and I asked where our meal was? I don't remember what that answer was; however, when the steak arrived, it was ice cold in the middle and the color of purple and the waiter suggested that, "that is medium rare--as you asked"! I will NEVER patronize this restaurant--ever again! And, the floor was so dirty that my wife said that she expected a rat to run across the floor. Yuck read more

Every time I come here the service is either really great or just terrible. It gets really busy by around seven at night, so you better be prepared to wait. It's one of the smallest Chili's I've ever been to, so when you get up watch out for anyone running by you. It's not the best Chili's and honestly, I wish they made this place bigger. read more
