Food was great, if you like seafood boils (which we do)...Service was lacking on the other hand... We ordered the Cajun green beans & wings with the 'Juicy' sauce, both were reallllllly good. My husband and I both had the pick 2 combo, with Dungeness crab legs & shrimps (heads off), with the juicy sauce medium spice level. All tasted fantastic!! Just took a long time to get the order in, once the order was put in, it was pretty quick getting the food, but drinks took way longer than we're used to. The restaurant & bathrooms were very clean... Service on the other hand was lacking...Maybe it was just one of those days were they were short staffed. Very good boil! It is a lil on the expensive side - expected with seafood and we've had our order messed most times we've gone there for takeout. They don't give us our bibs, or leave eggs or some other item out of our boil. But we keep going back because the food is great. The calamari and that Boom Boom sauce is it! Welp, I really wanted to like this place, as I've been craving good seafood for awhile. First off, I realize its open during a pandemic, but maybe they should stick to dine out. Those reviews were better. First impression, the bar seating is closed, again due to Covid, not a problem. And they are "distancing" and seating every other table. BUT they are filling the larger tables in the aisles and the people were literally sitting 3 feet away and the table of 5 adults with several children running about freely concerned me. We were seated, handed 2 menus, and when I asked for the liquor menu, I was told they had only one and she never offered to bring it. My daughter got a beer and I got a margarita, but would have been nice to see the drink menu. The Beer ($6) came in a bottle, wasnt offered a glass and my margarita ($8) was okay and ironically came in a beer glass. They have the usual appetizers, but we settled on the mozzarella sticks and calamari. The "sauces" they came with were small individual ones in sealed little plastic containers, but would have preferred warm marinara and not cold. The calamari was definitely a frozen product, and very rubbery. Mozzarella sticks were ok. For dinner we both decided to go with the Seafood Combos where you pick 2 items and it came with corn and potato. I got the Dungeness crab and shrimp, and my daughter got the sausage and snow crab legs. You have a choice of the flavored sauce its cooked in and then heat level. My daughter choose the lucy with medium and i choose the same with mild after I told her I couldnt handle heat. I wish she would have told me that mild was a bit on the spicy side, as I could barely eat and wound up with upset stomach most of night. Dinner arrived and I think its great they give you a bib, gloves and a bucket. BUT, we were not given silverware, enough napkins and absolutely no cracker to open legs. We were told they didnt have any left (they were NOT crowded btw) but she would see what they could do. After a few minutes of struggling, I asked her if she had anything and she eventually brought me a pair of scissors. My daughter and I got a good laugh, as we said they probably came out of office. My daughter enjoyed her meal, and if mine was mild (as i ordered) , I might have enjoyed it more. Oh, and they arent kidding, its one small potato that they give you per person. Also, the shrimps say head on, which is ok. But when I ordered them, she asked me if I wanted the heads off. I told her sure, not realizing that they upcharge you to remove the heads. Would have been nice if that part was on menu or they told you when offered. All in all very disappointed and the meal was a waste of $75 to me. I cant complain about service, as with them wearing masks and gloves, it cant make working that great, and I definitely left a 20% tip despite the issues as she didnt cause it) BUT if your going to sell crab legs, at least offer people something to crack them with and warn people MILD is still HOT read more

This time we went for our anniversary a few weeks ago. It was much better. Food was still very good, and the waitress was much more efficient. I'll start by saying I don't love these types of places but we tried it with our daughter, she'd been waiting for it to open. We had mozzarella cheese sticks as an appetizer, not mind blowing but decent. I has she tilapia fried basket with fries, I ended up separating all the food out so it wasn't just greasy food piled on each other. I even took the fries out of the basket into a napkin. The food was ok, but the tilapia was a little fishy. Best part of the meal was the mich ultra and the fries. Sorry no pics, but I wouldn't eat there again. I love going to Juicy Crab but this location was a first. The food was great. I got the hungry feast with extra corn with the juicy special sauce-mild. My corn was a bit overcooked but edible. I didn't return it. The facility was very clean and our waitress was very nice and attentive. We ordered hush puppies for an appetizer. As a seafood lover, I really love the spot. Great atmosphere, great service and the food is top notch. I normally get the juicy crab cuisine which comes with shrimp, muscles, potatoes, eggs, corn and a cluster of crab legs. whenever I come here, the service is always really good and I'm always satisfied and happy with my order. But today, they decided not to answer there phone, so we were unable to place the order over the phone. So the order was made online. So I went to pick up an order, I gave my name, She picked up the bag held it in front of me, and asked for the email address. I told her I didn't know, I showed her my card I used, to pay for it, she insisted that I provide an email address, I asked for the Manager, She told me, "I am the manager". There was a wait on a Saturday at 2:00 PM. Once seated, it took 25 minutes to get two ice teas served. The food was fresh and tasty. No complaints regarding food. It took 15 minutes for the server to locate a pair of crackers for my crab legs. Overall a good experience. The server was new, and we tipped her well. So, as I always love to go to Pier 88, I thought I'd try a new place! It started off well, the hush puppies were really good! They were honestly the best part of the experience! I also ordered a Fishbowl drink and a boil with crab and sausage, and all flavors and medium heat. The fishbowl, that was also pictured in a fishbowl was in a cup, which was still an ok drink. It just came around the end of the meal which is a little frustrating when they were very slow. The boil was, ok. You could not seem to get to the flavor though the oil and salt, it was honestly a bit of a let down, the only good thing was the crab was not soaked in it so something was not too salty. It was not a terrible experience, but for a $15 drink that was not a very big drink, and super salty food. I will probably not go back. I'll stick with the one right down the road. read more

Absolutely not!!! Not sure why your crab leg bags have grease in it instead of butter. The grease is ridiculously to much half the bag was just that, grease. I ordered two clusters and shrimp. I could only eat one cluster and three shrimps. I couldn't eat the rest because it was so greasy and it was messing my stomach up. I went to go wash my hands and after two washes it was still greasy, I looked in the sink and the grease was stuck on the inside of the sink along with whatever seasoning they use..
