Our waiter for the night did not tell us certain things would be missing from orders when we ordered them due to the kitchen not making them at a certain time so we got our food and had to ask why 2 sides were not plated. My meal was $16 and I gave her a $20, I waited for my receipt and change back, she never gave back either, a friend had to ask her to give my money back. Tonight we decided to order some takeout from Chili's... BIG MISTAKE! This is BY FAR the worst takeout experience we've had. Let's start from the beginning. We get to Chili's around 5 minutes after our scheduled pickup time. We get there and stand for several minutes before anyone even acknowledges us and then when we tell the girl that we had a take out order, she gives us a look and walks off. Several minutes later she comes out, says nothing to us, but proceeds to the table where her boyfriend is sitting to take his order, cleans tables, gets drinks, but says nothing to us. Several minutes later, someone who was off of the clock comes over and asks if we've been helped. We tell her that we are here for a to go order and she tells us to go to the bar to pick it up. We get to the bar and wait (not a big deal) several minutes before we get our food. I check our order quickly and we were missing food (big shocker) we tell the bartender and she brings our chips and salsa, salsa dripping all off the side and the lid half way open. We FINALLY leave, get home, get our food out, the steak that was ordered MEDIUM was WELL DONE, we have 4 orders of street corn (we ordered 2) and only one salad, again, we ordered two, and our food was cold. This is the worst service/food in Cleveland so I highly recommend that you go somewhere such as Outback, Longhorn or even Taco Bell. Don't waste your time or money on this place. read more

The customer service at this place is absolutely atrocious!!! I've never not left a tip for my server... Until now. They are lucky I paid at all! It took me 45 minutes ( 45 MINUTES!) to get an order of nachos. After I finally got my food I never saw my server again. No one came to check on my table at all. After sitting for another 20-25 minutes waiting to get my table cleared. I had to go get a bus boy to find someone to bring me my check. So for the greasiest sit down food chain restaurant in Cleveland look no further. The slow forgetful staff make the experience all the more pleasant. Avoid the ribs unless you want to spend all night in the bathroom instead of with your significant other. Actually avoid everything. Even the nachos have grease dripping from them. The cajun chicken pasta is amazing. Especially with shrimp! Also love the big mouth bites, skillet mashed potatoes, and the sirloin.

It's about the best you can hope for at a chain restaurant. Bartenders seem pretty solid. Menu is also.

Awful service!! We were told 15 min wait at 1pm. We were FINALLY sat at close to 2pm. I had a very hungry 2 year old!! The food was horrible. The salad I ordered had black slimy lettuce and looked as if they dropped it only to toss it back in the bowl. Don't do it! We always trust chili's, but not this one. We were there at 2 in the afternoon. They were not busy. It took over 30 minutes to get our food and then it was cold. I sent my plate back to be reheated. When it came back, the steak was hot and the potatoes were cold. I ate them anyway. We ordered dessert and it was prepared incorrectly. It was still good, just not as expected. Then I made the mistake of visiting the restroom. It was nasty! My feet stuck to the floor, there was trash all over and mold growing in the caulk (not grout) around the sink. --SHOW UP! -- That is if you wish to waste your money on below unsatisfactory food and even worse service. We have just moved near the area and since there was no Chili's in our prior location, we were excited for the visit. We decided to do a Valentine's Day lunch. The restaurant was far from busy and we were immediately seated. It took almost 15 minutes before our drink order was taken and that was only after my husband asked if we were going to be waited on. The server that he asked was within 5 feet of our table at the area where the orders were placed on their computer. She was not assigned our area and we understood this. She took our drink order and was very apologetic concerning our wait. She also took our appetizer order . Our server finally came to the table asking for our drink order. Strangely enough, this same server had walked by our table more that 4 times to use the computer and never acknowledged our presence. (We must have slipped into an invisible realm for a brief time.) We placed our very simple order of 3 drinks, chips & salsa appetizer .enchilada entree, a buffalo chicken salad with blue cheese dressing on the side and no ranch dressing, and a pepperoni pizza. 30 plus minutes into our being seated and after asking about our appetizer, a manager brought the appetizer to the table with "Here!" as he tossed them onto the table. 50 or so minutes after being seated our food arrived.(I should have warped into my "Invisible" mode, entered their kitchen and made it myself.) They should have kept it. The salad was swimming in ranch with no blue cheese anywhere. I could not wait another 50 minutes for it to be prepared correctly. A simple pepperoni pizza tasted like a dessert pizza with cheese and pepperoni; considering our 16 year old lives on pizza and he could not finish this...it must have been horrific The enchilada entree seemed mushy and a ravenously hungry husband could not finish this. Without a doubt, the three of us will NEVER darken the door of another Chili's Restaurant. I know that this may be harsh, but in today's economy, if dining out, I would expect something to be a positive. The only positive was our agreeing to never spends a penny on a dining experience at Chili's (Cleveland, TN). HORRIFIC experience! read more

I thought that this restaurant would be a little nicer because it's sit down but it's basically an overpriced burger joint that takes forever to get your food. It's also very busy and noisy, my kids are well behaved but got bumped by servers several times just walking to the restroom. read more

Tonight I came with my sister and friend to eat some dinner and celebrate my sisters friends bday. It's also st Patrick's day. I myself can't drink alcohol bc I am pregnant. The waitress said they didn't make virgin, non alcoholic drinks. So I got a water. Usually places have them. I was disappointed. She said she would be back to take our order and then got caught up at another table so another waitress came by. She seemed way more knowledgeable and was very surprised that we were told they didn't make virgin drinks. So I ordered a strawberry drink. They returned with our drinks. I was excited. It tasted good. And then a few sips in, the second waitress who took our order returned and swiped the drink from in front of me, and disappeared to come back and say they had made it with alcohol and she couldn't let me drink it. Kinda funny but odd. I didn't taste any alcohol honestly. But thankful she caught it. The original waitress didn't help take any of the dishes off the table and we had to make room and fumble to pay. She could have offered to take my sister and friends extra empty drink glasses. Or even tried to say anything about there actually being a drink made with no alcohol. She finally returned at the end of our meal and quickly spouts out what our checks would be separated like and then returns and we had to check to make sure. Just an odd night I hope read more

My wife and I had the MARGARITA GRILLED CHICKEN and chips and salsa. Great meal, great price. Our kids had corn dogs and corn on the cob. Would have give it 5 stars but the corn was ice cold. Third times a charm! After repeated bad experiences I have finally decided to write a review. We place to-go orders frequently and have had the most unpleasant and inefficient experiences from the point of ordering over the phone to the cold and overcharged food we receive. Recently Steve, in particular, was rude and unfortunately is the manager there. He kept being rude and then apologizing for being rude. However, he never stopped being rude... Once we waited about 15 minutes for our order after we arrived (having already waited about 15 before we actually went to the restaurant) we received cold food and discovered they had overcharged on another. We have ordered take out from this establishment multiple times, rarely having a good experience and frequently being overcharged based on their lunch menu prices on their website. This was the worst one yet and we have finally decided to place our "NEVER EVER EVER GET TO GO CHILIS AGAIN" sign back up. There are a few staff members that are unbelievably pleasant, however this will never include Steve. read more

I have never had a bad experience at Chili's. The servers are always very personable and diligent.They always put your needs first and will do anything to make you feel right at home. Chili's use to be one of my favorite restaurants. Remember back when they had the awesome blossom, and the chicken fingers were always hot and fresh. That was back when the food seemed freshly made. It seems like the food quality has slowly declined over the years. My last visit I decided I would not be back. Food seemed like it had been cooked in a place far far away and just warmed up at the restaurant. My sons grilled chicken almost looked like it had been pressed into the form of a chicken breast. I like Chili's, but the service at this location is slow for no apparent reason. I have eaten here when 3/4 of the tables are empty, and it takes forever to get served. When we want Chili's, we drive to Chattanooga where the service and food are always excellent regardless of what time we visit. read more
