The waitress was kind but the food took a long time about 30 min to come out. It was not just for our table but everyone's who was there. The issue is with the manager or lead on site. My friend did not like the food she ordered. The waitress was kind but when she asked to get something else the manager or shift lead was extremely rude, short tempered, and made the whole situation extremely uncomfortable. We were calm and he was very hostile. He should not be working in customer service. We understand that it was an inconvenience. We asked nicely and explained about the food. The waitress was very kind and receptive but the manager disgusting behavior. Please be aware when you go you may have a different experience or you may have the same. He is unkind. My friend asked if she could get Arron con pollo. It came out and then we asked for the bill. The bill had the original entree on it and not the arroz con pollo. It was a dollar or two different. We didn't care. We said we would pay it to the waitress. The manager came over and abrasively told us the price was the same and said okay then snapped his neck and rolled his eyes and walked away. Completely disgusted with his behavior that was uncalled for and we were polite and respectful. We know how it is to be in the service industry. Beware of the manager or shift lead. La diferencia de precio era de uno o dos dólares; a nosotras no nos importó. Le dijimos a la camarera que pagaríamos lo que indicaba la cuenta. Entonces se acercó el gerente y, de manera brusca, nos dijo que el precio era el mismo; luego, con un gesto brusco, giró la cabeza, puso los ojos en blanco y se marchó. Upon entering the hostess informed us they were currently only serving the late night menu. We said no problem and elected to grab seats at the bar. There were several empty tables and a few empty seats @ the bar. However, the only two seats together at the bar needed to be cleared from the last patrons that were seated. We stood there for over 20 mins while Jacob continued to walk by never acknowledging us or the fact that we couldn't sit. When he finally cleared the dishes he just walked away, never cleaning the area. When he returned he still never greeted us or apologized for the wait, the mess... nothing.
