I took my fiancee to Chili's since he never been. The service was horrible. When we arrived we waited 15 minutes before the waitress came. She had 1 large table with 8 people and our tabnle consist of two people. She was more attentive to their needs. We ordered an appetizer that came out with our food and was very cold. We sent that back. Then my entree which was the Fajitas, no sizzle and very cold, had to Send tht back. We had to keep asking the waitress for refills on our drinks. This was the worst...I will think twice before returning. read more

I have been to this Chili's 3 times. I have left on 2 out of 3. Tables not bused, wait staff looks to care less to wait on you. In this economy they should be happy they have patrons and have a job. But guess that is not enough. If you want to work then do your best. If not then find a way to live off the government. read more

This was my first time coming to this Chili's and I won't be coming back. To start, the host did not follow the Covid-19 protocols and wore her mask as a chin strap. It took our server 10 mins to even greet us. Our food didn't take too long but I ordered the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas and they were disgusting and bland. My friend ordered the cajun chicken pasta which was good so I ended up having to eat off his plate. I would've told my server that I didn't like my food but after she dropped it off, she was no where to be found. We didn't see her for another 20 mins. We also ordered a dessert to go and we waited another 15 mins after paying the check just so she could bring it to us. Not to mention she gave us the wrong check the first time and walked away again. Waited so long for our meals that the manager gave us free desserts. Good customer service doesn't mean waiting an hour for a slab of ribs. Chet the server blamed the kitchen. The kitchen and the manager blamed Chet. To be fair to him, I saw Chet put our order in, so it wasn't all his fault. It was just way too slow. My son kept complaining of hunger while we waited. Food is good usually, just double-check they cooked it all the way (I have twice gotten fajita that were stone cold in the middle & bloody), plates are usually clean- forks less often. Wait staff are slow and terribly inattentive, outside of the bar, especially when no one at the table orders booze. I ordered the fajitas that came with chicken, steak and shrimp which I have ordered before. The steak was overcooked and the shrimp was cold surprisingly cause it came out on a sizzling tray. When I told the server which was also the bartender he politely apologized and told the manager who came over and didn't introduce himself just stated that he heard the problems I was having with the food and tried to explain why. Them said he would only charge me for the lunch portion which had only one meat. As I was waiting for my check a roach climbed up my leg which was very disgusting. The manager says oh really. I eat at this Chili's often for lunch because it's near where I work. The staff is usually pretty good and so is the food. However, they have horribly inconsistent portions. A month ago I ordered the Triple Dipper, boneless wings and a double of the onion petals. It was so much food that I left stuffed and didn't even eat it all. Last week I ordered the same thing and left hungry because I got 5 small boneless wings and literally a handful of the onion petals. That's not good for an appetizer that costs over $12. Today I decided to try it one more time. I ordered the same thing and despite mentioning the issue to my waitress, I received the same small portion. They did split the onion petals into two tiny piles as if to show me that was 2 of my 3 choices for my triple dipper. Not fooled. Sorry. Fried onions can't be that expensive that your food costs keep you from giving customers their money's worth. Needless to say, I won't order it again, which sucks because it tastes great! It's just not worth the money. The waitress was friendly and attentive. I guess my only other gripe is the bartender who is obnoxiously loud EVERY TIME you go in there. It's lunch time. The bar is quiet. Your customers don't need you yelling at them. I think it will be a little while before I try again. Just not a relaxing, fulfilling lunch today. read more

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THE CURB SIDE TO GO! No one ever came out, had to go in, took forever. When we got back to work, the lunch combo fajitas had no tortillas, and the "side salad" was a freaking joke. It's in a small paper soup cup. Maybe 3 bites of salad max. When I called, the only solution they could offer was for me to ride back up there ( I don't work next door to it, so it's not that simple) and they could re-fix it. I recently found out I have an allergy to cayenne pepper. They weren't able to tell me for sure on some of the items on their menu I asked about, but they were very accommodating. They even printed out a list of things and googled things they were unsure of. They really went above and beyond on working with me and my newfound allergy. A + to the staff! read more

The manager stated the guy was fairly new but how do you bring out a to go soup with soup running down all the sides ‍. I usually love Chili's but my experience today has made me change my mind. We started out with one server who was pretty decent but the he left to go home -after stating he had worked 15 days straight so we got another server. This server -Nico I think- did not come and check on us once not fill our drinks. I sat there for 15-20 minutes no drink while he flirted with some girls at the bar. This has ruined my experience with Chili's. Btw he did not get a tip and I have been in the foodservice industry for going in 18 years so I know bad customer service when I see it. read more

I absolutely love Chili's!!! Every time I go there, I'm greeted with a smiling face. The service is wonderful. The servers are kind and friendly also. The food there is extraordinary as well! The food was okay! I had a "to go" order. I ordered online and was told the order would be ready in 18 minutes. I had to wait a few minutes when I arrived, but not a long period of time. My biggest gripe was the condition of the restaurant. OMG! It was dirty. The doors had not been cleaned lately. They were filthy. The tables looked like they had been wiped with greasy towels. The floor had debris (food, paper, and dust) all over it. The seats were dusty as well as the baseboards. Even the cash register was dusty, yet there was wait staff on their cell phones. We came here wanting burgers, with a family of 5 our options for dining out are small. Chilis is usually a please all. This location didn't meet the expectations, which aren't high to begin with. Our server was in training and had another server coaching him along (no big deal). My burger was supposed to have BBQ sauce it was non existent. The burger was under-seasoned and my lettuce was wilty. My portion of fries was incredibly small. Two of the children's burgers were also obviously over cooked. Had to ask for refills and this chilis doesn't have the chilis rewards system in place. I would've traveled a little further or paid more for better service/food. My family and I went to the chili's just off of two notch tonight and it was HORRIBLE! Our server ,Elizabeth, took our drink order and then took a hot minute to come back to see if we were ready and THEN brought me the wrong drink. Then, when we finally ordered she brought my husband the wrong food and then said that she "grabbed the wrong one" and she would be right back with it. Then over 7 minutes later, she said that someone accidentally grabbed our food too and that it would be ready in a few minutes. I love Chili's! It has always been a favorite of mine since I was in highschool. Over the years, I have moved several places, had kids, gone up and down on the financial ladder and haven't visited Chili's as often as I used to. Well my family and I miss Chilis so we paid them a visit a couple weeks ago and it was a flash back of the first time I ever bit into a chili's crisper. NO ONE in any industry has been able to master the crispers, nor their desserts. It didn't surprise me that not only were the old favorites still there and still going strong in flavor and consistency, but there were new ones that blew me away. This Chilis has horrible service. My family and I tried to have dinner here on Tuesday evening and it was a horrible experience. First of all the hostess was not helpful at all, we have a toddler who has trouble sitting in a chair so we asked for a booth. We were told all where taking even though 3 of the larger booths were empty. We were 4 people and we could have been offered a large booth but we were not. After we were seated at a table instead another party of 3 was seated AFTER us at one of the larger booths. Also it was early so they were not busy. Then we waited for 15 minutes and NO ONE came to our table. We decided to get up and leave and no one asked us anything and the hostess on our way out said have a good day after she saw us struggle at table with our toddler and no one served us rather than ask us what the problem was. I have a Chili's location on Two Notich Road close to my house. Everytime I go I consistently get great service. From the hostess to the server to the busser, I am treated like a valued guest. The food is delicious and my entire family love the Strawberry Lemonade drink. The menu has everything from ribs, chicken to salads and soups. Prices fit our tight budget well. On the rare occasion I have to wait for a table, the wait is usually slight. The location is spotlessly clean. I highly recommend my location. read more
