If I could rate this less than one star I would. We ordered the two for $25 deal. We ordered Texas cheese fries for our app. and a steak and cajun chicken pasta for our entrees and the skillet cookie for dessert. The fries were probably the hottest thing we had all night, but that couldn't save the fries from cheese that looked like it had set out for two weeks before being put into a microwave. Then the entrées came out the steak was over cooked (she ordered medium rare) and my pasta came out cold and chewy so the server got us a new steak going which ended up being raw and cold definitely not a warm pink center. After all that we were looking forward to the cookie, so we could get the heck out of this place but our hopes were quickly dashed when we cut into the cookie and it was also undercooked as well! They were out of multiple things by 1pm (corn dogs, chocolate milk for kids). They messed the order up, forgot things and had to go back and have it made or brought the wrong thing entirely. They forgot my soup so had to wait for that, they brought corn on cob for daughter instead of corn kernels. I asked for the sizzling citrus sirloin (medium well) with avacado on asparagus and received a plate that wasn't sizzling, had no asparagus, and was extremely well done. It took the waitress 10 minutes to bring me a refill after she said she would be back with it, she brought the wrong drink back. I will not be going back unless the manager is fired since there was a lot wrong with the entire visit. And now that I am looking at my bill before I pay... The employees that work here are some of the most incompetent people I have ever had to deal with. We called ahead and they told us our table would be ready when we got here in 20 mins. When we arrived they told us there would be an additional 40-55 min wait. After waiting for 30 mins and asking what the new wait was they told us it would be an additional 30-40 mins. The restaurant was half full. There were several large tables that were empty and no one was sitting at. The waiting area was packed and they weren't sitting anyone. The employees and manager at this location have no idea what they are doing. We will bring our business somewhere else from now on. read more

We went as a family on a weekday between the lunch and dinner hours, so we were seated promptly and attended to just as promptly. The place was quiet which was perfect. I have to say that I was impressed with how our waiter accomodated to my grandmother. She wasn't sure if a soup was spicy, so she asked for a little sample of it. He immediately gave her a small bowl, which she liked and that was all she had (in terms of the soup), and they didn't charge us extra! It was perfect! Three words- chicken enchilada soup. Out of all the restaurants on this strip I cost chili's because there were no cars in the parking lot. Walked and was told there would be a 15 minute wait. Umh OK. Go to the restroom and on they way see 8 tables unoccupied with food and dishes needing to be cleared. Umh ok. Get to the restroom and both paper towel rollers are empty,floor soaked and tissue wet and everywhere. Typical Chili's. This location is always busy but they do a good job of turning tables over quickly. Food is average. Service is usually great. The nice thing about a chain like Chili's is you always know what you are going to get: food preparation, decor, everything is exactly the same. However, if you are visiting Columbus and looking for a local culinary adventure, there are plenty of restaurants I'd go to before this one. read more

Awful! The place was half empty. Took a little bit to get served. Had chips and salsa for appetizer. It was inedible! Over-salted, some chips not cooked others too greasy, and salsa was watery. Worst appetizer ever and how in the world can you mess up chips and salsa? Returned it and waitress didn't offer anything else in exchange. We've visited this location twice. The first time we figured there was a fluke with the service and decided to give them a second chance yesterday. We arrived and quickly got our drinks (opposite of our first experiences) and put in our order. The wait for food was nearly 45 minutes for burger bites and a pasta. When the food arrived, it was clear that the waiter placed the wrong type of burger for my husband. The waiter apologized and rushed the original order. I started eating my pasta and found a hair in it. The burger arrived and it was extremely sloppy. The waiter then took 15 mins to get our bill to us. There was no additional apology or anything. This Chili's is so far behind any other location we've visited. We will not return! read more

Me and my boyfriend are in chili's at least 4 times a month. We always order off the 2 for 20 menu and we always receive great service. We usually request Eddie as our server and he is beyond amazing. We always get our food in a timely manner and it is always hot and delicious. Eddie is very attentive and is happy to request his favorites as well as let you know if he himself doesn't like something. He is also very friendly and just amazing at his job. The place is always clean when we go in, including the bathrooms which are always stocked when we go to use them. Over all its always a great visit and we leave full and happy. read more

We love Chili's, but we will not be back to this location. We have gotten several to-go orders in the past few months and they have never been ready even close to the scheduled time, but we loved the food enough to keep going. However, we will absolutely not be going back after our latest experience. We waited 45 minutes past when our to-go order was supposed to be ready, and the incompetent and rude girl you always have running the to-go orders waited 45 minutes to tell us they somehow never had our food ticket. She tried to take our order and said she would put a new one in for us. Considering we had already waited 45 minutes, I told her we would just go somewhere else. She ignores what I said, continues to try to jot down our order, and then goes inside. We leave like we said we were going to, and Chili's still has the nerve to charge our card for the food order they supposedly never had. read more

I took my mom here for an early Mother's Day dinner. I don't think I will be coming back. We all ordered fajitas. Two of them arrived and by the time we were done eating those, the third finally showed up. I saw my waitress maybe three times in the hour and a half we were there. We made reservations for 20 at Fridays across the street. When we arrived they told us the had a reservation for 20 but did not have a name. They knew we were waiting and continued to sit other parties while we waited. After 20 minutes we were told it would be at least another 90 minutes before they could seat us. We asked for the manager who told us they didn't accept reservations and offered no apologies for the mess they caused. While the rest if my party waited I went across the street to Chili's. Within 10 minutes my party was seated and that included waiting for tables to be cleared. The hostesses, Celeste and Ashley were AWESOME at pulling the team together to accommodate us and can I just say RICH WAS AN AWESOME SERVER!!!! Every order was brought out correctly. He kept our glasses filled and kept checking to make sure we were alright. This was my granddaughters 17th birthday dinner with her family and friends and while we thought Friday's had totally made a mess of it, Chili's made it a great memory for her and the rest of us. I have just gotten home from Chili's. Went in for a to go order of luncheon steak fajitas. However they have chicken and shrimp luncheon fajitas but no steak. I had already had my mouth set on steak fajitas so I ordered them off the regular menu. The cost was astronomical ($16.99].so I justified the cost by thinking I can get two meals out of this order. So I get home and wanted to refrigerate this meal as I was going to eat it this evening. This is my main complaint...the sour cream, cheese, pico condiment and guacamole were in ridiculously small ramekins that I would be lucky to divide the toppings much beyond one. Very very disappointed. They should at least give you two of every condiment listed above or a larger ramekin for each. $17.00 is already a hard pill to swallow and then getting home to find out I will be able to have 1 to 1-1/2 fajitas with the amount they give you. You know what to expect for food when it comes to Chili's and its usually pretty good. However, the service leaves a lot to be desired. Waiter was extremely unattentive and only saw him to place an order, and for the bill. We had to ask other waiters for re-fills. Decided to go to chili's because we were in the mood for fajitas. We started out with an appetizer of chips and salsa with chili and cheese dip. The dishes were all dirty and had left over food from prior patrons. My wife ordered fajitas and they were bleeding when she got them so we sent them back. They finally came back and we finished the meal despite the nasty dishes. I had pulled out my card to pay when a pile of dishes came raining down on my head and broke over my head and landed in my lap. The waiter decided to load the dishes up on a large platter above my head on the partition separator. He decided to try to pick them up with one hand while looking in another direction talking to someone. My five year old daughter and myself ended up totally covered in chili, salsa, and the rest of our food to include the nasty fajitas. They offered me $5 coupons to make up for it. We went Thursday evening, around 6ish as a party of four, wasn't too busy when we arrived in fact the one or two tables in the section where we sat were finishing up. The server took our drink orders and brought them back and didn't ask about an appetizer which both couples in our group wanted.. finally came to take our orders and we ordered our apps..after a LONG wait my boyfriend said wow hope they don't bring our appetizers with our food.. we started a game of "LIFE" on the game tablet on the tables (which I was going to pay the 1.99 for but it ended up being split to 1.00 on both party's tickets) ANYWAY we were just about done with that entire game when food finally arrived.. except mine.. my chicken tenders had been burnt and the server kinda laughed it off no biggie to me really whatever, when he did bring my food the chicken tenders were way over bearing with pepper it was pretty bad I barely ate them when the tickets came they were badly mixed up between both partys, only one of the guys drank and we had his beers on our ticket and honestly I don't know how because my boyfriend is always carded NO ONE ever believes he is 22, so how did he get the beers mixed up? lol I was confused long story short I'm hard to disappoint and I'm not picky at all, but I ate 1 and a half chicken tenders and spent way more time than I would of originallt planned in the restaurant, everyone in our section that was seated after us was server WELL BEOFORE us and one table which arrived after us was even leaving before we we even close to being done read more

I stopped in TO Go section today to order a couple of salads for a meeting. A sign at register said to "see bartender to place order". I proceeded to bar, sat down with menu that I found at entrance. A group of my friends and I arrived at Chili's around 7:30pm on Tuesday the 24th of January were immediately seated and our waitresses arrived, service was awesome. We had a slight accident when the food was brought to the table, One of our party members accidently had sour cream and guacamole dropped in his lap. the employee that dropped it was very quick to apologize and bring him the items need to assist in his clean up as well as bring out a new tray of sour cream and guacamole. on top of the excellent actions of the employees the manager came over and checked on our part to ensure everything was ok. at which time they did offer the member of our party a free dessert which he accepted and enjoyed. WE will definitely be returning to Chili's because of the great food, excellent employees, and with hopes to see my friend once again covered in dressings(the funniest thing of the whole evening, even he agrees). read more
