Ordered the 3 item combo. the combo order was brought out with the wrong sides. ordered the grilled cheese for one of my kids and they brought him the grilled chicken tenders. Was told the manager would come talk to us which never happened. Filthy! You'd think being closed for COVID would have afforded this restaurant time to properly clean the dining room. The walls are disgusting and covered in crusted food. Went there to celebrate my coworkers birthday with a group of 8-9 people. Our server, Katie, had treated us well and was very helpful with accommodating the group. Unfortunately, it came down to the tips we separately and one of our friends had tipped her a ten. To which she went to the back and said fairly quickly " They gave me a f****** 10 dollar tip". We first got there and sat at the table after we ordered we waited for over an hour. Then the food came to the table after hour and someway the chicken tenders were so tough you almost had to cut them the first drink that I received was a strawberry lemonade was OK. The second one was horrible. They brought my pasta seafood pasta to the table and the pasta noodles were dry. There were no crab meat anywhere and they were tough. Sent it back. I don't even know where to start. My party of 8 was seated in a timely manner. Shortly after we were seated, a party of 5 was seated but we had different wait staff. Please keep that in mind for the next part. We waited 10 minutes for our waiter to even take our drink order. Their waitress took their drink order shortly after they sat down. Our waiter seemed to have issues taking our drink order, the other table got their drinks right away before we even got ours even ordered. We had the same issue with our food orders. When the waiter came back 40 minutes after we placed our order, we should have known something was wrong. He needed to verify some of our party's food order. Are you kidding me?? We should have gotten up and walked out at that point. Because we had been waiting so long, the waiter convinced the manager to let us have some chips and salsa. When the food finally arrived, only seven out of the eight people received their food. The waiter blamed the long wait on the kitchen. I don't think it was entirely the kitchen's fault. The French fries were cold and my burger was lukewarm. Which means the food was sitting out for at least a few minutes. And the salads my husband and I ordered came out with our main meal instead of before it. But not all the food arrived at the same time or complete. My BIL was missing part of his order and my nephew didn't even receive his food. When I complained to the manager, she did take care of the situation and discounted our meal but never came over and apologized. It took us another 30 minutes to get the bill straightened out (because were charged for food that we didn't order), get to go boxes and the dessert that was part of the two for $25. Overall, we were there for more than two hours for a mediocre meal and even worse service. Oh and that table I referenced earlier? Got their drinks and food and was in and out in about an hour. I wanted to tell all the other tables that we passed on our way out to go somewhere else but I didn't. The worst experience! We had to wait for over 45 minutes to get our food and when we got it our food was room temperature and our daughters' shrimp taco and raw shrimp in it. When our server finally came over to check us, she apologized and asked if there was something else my daughter would like. Came here a few days ago with my daughter for some lunch. We were seated as soon as walking in. The waiter was kind & patient and took our drink orders and gave us as much time as we needed to pick our meals. Their Corona-Rita's is a must drink. The meal took awhile to arrive at our table but we finally were served and also love how they have the tablet in table to make kids entertained while waiting and using it for the same purpose of paying your meal without the hassle of waiting up front. read more

Our waitress was FAST and on top of keeping us happy... free chips due to a little delay in the kitchen and everything came out better than expected. This location must have a super special cook because my steak Fajitas were seasoned like I've never had before. My mouth waters just thinking about it. My entire family was happy with what they got except the boneless chicken wings, we've since been back and my son ordered a diff style and they still have a sweetness to them regardless of the style he orders and he likes them hot... not sweet. Had an early dinner at this location today. The serving staff left much to be desired. All of them seemed tired and, frankly, unhappy to be there. There was not one smiling face or peppy attitude amongst them. Although very few people were in the restaurant, my waiter (Mike) was extremely slow. I had to ask for napkins, containers, the bill, and the bill to be collected while three members of the service staff chatted with the hostess two feet from me. All glanced in my direction. Three waiters attempted to close the shade of a window beside me without asking permission. I had specifically requested that table because it was the only sunny spot in the entire restaurant- all other shades had been closed. The food was mediocre and the service was horrible. I am in town on business for an entire month and I eat out daily. This location will NOT be getting any more business from me nor a recommendation. read more

I don't often do this, but when someone is this good at their job, they should be recognized. (I think his name is) Theondre works at Chili's Grill & Bar (Columbus, GA). He is without a doubt the best server I have ever had at any restaurant ever. We had him before when we came in, and soon as I walked in with the wife and kids he recognized us. And we hadn't been there in a month. As he walked by he said he was just about to take his break. I said "Well damn, I guess we don't have a server." He said "Say no more boo boo. I got you." This boy came off his break to take care of us. Drinks came out immediately, Appetizers shortly after. And when he took our order...I didn't see him write a darn thing down. But, when it came, it was perfect. Now here is the crazy part. He had four tables. I didn't see him write anything down for any of them. So, it was Me, my wife, and my twins at one table, There was a couple in the booth across from us. There were two couples in the booth behind us and there was what looked like a Girls Soccer team (at least 8 of them) to my left. How do you remember all those orders, get them right and not write anything down!?!?! He never hovered, but my refills were on my table faster than I could finish the drinks, and he was constantly aware of everyone's situation within his area of responsibility. I just have to say it. That was the best experience I have ever had eating out. First time ever I gave someone one a 50% tip, but he really really deserved it. read more

Where to start? What point was there total failure at this Chili's. Server greeted up promptly and got took our drink order. She came back dropped off the drinks and took our order. So far, so good. Fifteen minutes went by she said she was checking on it. Then another 15 minutes she stopped by our table she said they were working on it. Within 5 minute I notice one of the managers came out and was walking towards our table. I knew at that point there was an issue going on. He said it will be 10 more minutes and everything will come out fresh and hot. We did get the food. My husband's plates was beautiful, fresh and hot. My meal consist of cold mushy broccoli, loaded mashed potatoes that was under a hot lamp to long and the final was rubbery cold chicken tenders. We paid for the drink, tipped the server and left. Horrible service, good was extremely late although it wasn't even busy when we arrived, wrong burger for my husband after 40 mins of waiting plus the replacement burger took 20 more mins and we had to get it to go. IF the waitress had bothered to apologize or explain or even come check on her table still sitting around waiting (my son was in his army uniform...maybe that was a problem?) I have always loved coming to chilis since I was a kid even when I turned 16 I made it a mission to come to chilis whenever I was in Columbus, the last 4 times I have came I did not feel welcome as in first we get on a waitlist and wait outside and they "forget to send the text" then you get the joy of sitting at a table for 15 minutes before even getting drinks ORDERED I am ordering my drink, appetizer and main entree all at the same time. What should be at most a 1-1 and a half hour ordeal turns into a 2 and a half hour ordeal I'm not sure if it's short staff, carelessness by the host the servers not wanting to take an extra table but if this issue could get resolved because every single time it's an excuse as in " the kitchen is very backed up" when in fact the place isn't packed out I mean there is a decent crown but me getting there at 8 and leaving at 9:50 is wild. Spent two hours here waiting for lunch. Came here on Saturday 27 October from 1230-1417. Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a restaurant. We literally waited for everything. We had to ask multiple times for things. My wife's food was cold and soggy so we sent it back. They tried to overcharge us at the end and spent another 15 minutes fixing the bill. I was in town for business and ate here on 4/11/17. Unlike so many of the other reviews, I didn't see anything to really complain about. It was pretty slow that evening and my party of two were seated immediately. We were put right behind the front desk, but it wasn't really distracting and we actually had really good service because of it. Manager came out while in a phone call (didn't even remove the earphones and clearly said "Hold on for a minute, so I can greet these customers.").
