Ridiculous how they will not honor Moe Monday anymore unless you have the PRE-DOWNLOADED App. Then, when you have already had the app, it's so glitchy that it doesn't except the Moe Monday deal through the app and doesn't pull up the QR code in the store. Then the manager STILL doesn't honor the deal, but now your sitting there with your food so you end up paying twice the amount that your supposed to. This has happened to us so many times. The new owner made some great changes the first two weeks. However, my last two trips here have been unpleasant. They have only had two people working and they tell you as soon as you walk it - "it's only us and it's going to be a while". They left us and one other family up front waiting g while they had conversations in the back. We have been waiting for 10+ minutes no service. It a shame this restaurant could be more profitable. read more

Same great Moe's food you get at every location, with this restaurant being in a large shopping area of north Columbus. Store was empty when I arrived for dinner around 6:00pm. Staff was friendly and restaurant appeared clean. My go-to is their burrito bowl, but really everything I've tried on their menu is good. Due to COVID they have pre-prepared salsa cups in ice water at the salsa bar. The hot salsa was good, but I wasn't impressed with the green salsa here (mostly just tasted like watery green tomato). read more

Food was good, those dumbass employees should not be working there, i never leave reviews but they pissed me off so much that i am. First of all i got a burrito with extra meat and guac and then in my face the female worker got so mad over this minor inconvenience and was complaining "he got extra this extra that, extra extra extra" i even told them 3 times just use a extra tortilla and wrap it on the other side so the food doesn't fall out and he kept saying "huh. huh. huh. huh" with his airpod in and i raised my voice like hell just for him to hear me then instead of wrapping it how i asked he just dumped it in a bowl. Food is okay BUT, I ordered on line and when I went to pick up the order, the staff was goofing around, looking at nails and ignoring me. When I gave them my name for the order, they said they didn't have it, didn't get it, maybe sent to wrong store. Drove all the way back home and checked my email and there was the response from their very store for my order to pick up. I tried calling when I got home and it kept hanging up. When I did get through, some girl picked up and was giggling and stumbled over her hello. Very unprofessional. My son returned to find that the order was there all the time so he asked for a refund since the food was cold by now. We will never go to Moe's again with the type of staff there. I stopped here for dinner on Friday after a long week of a two week work trip. The workers were extremely helpful in suggestions and just seemed to be in a good mood. The menu had changes since the last time I was at a Moe's, the quality of food had not decreased. The downgrade in stars was for the extremely long line. At my beginning time in line, it seemed like it was not moving however, it eventually did increase. I'm not sure if this was attributed to someone who had a massive order paying for their food, a couple of massive orders ahead of me or if another worker came to help out. I had the nachoes again because this was what I came here for. They were decent. Nothing to write home about but not the worse fast food type nachoes I have ever had. The salsa bar must get customized based on the environment that Moe's finds itself in. I know the last one I went had more variety in salsas to try and sample. Whereas this one had more in the mild side. Which was fine, I just wish I had known prior to being done with my nachoes being created because I would have had it made differently. My husband took me here for lunch and I found it to be good and bad. Good- the choices and food quality. I had a burrito bowl and got to have exactly what I wanted on it instead of subtracting and replacing items. The chicken was of great quality and I love all the drink choices they have. The salsa bar was also really neat! Bad- All of the employees were sitting around, including the manager (well, I'm assuming he was the manager) who was playing on a laptop. Only one employee was doing anything and he was the one who had to do everything. I really didn't find that to be fair, and I think the manager needs to step it up. Watch out Chipotle and FREEBIRD there's a new kid in town!!! MOE's is pretty awesome and extremely tasty. So many choices and their menu is HILARIOUS!!!! I picked Earmuffs which is a burrito bowl with meat and guac. It was fab! They have great queso and yummy chips! Military discount! Which is very nice treat to the men and women who serve this great country. If you see a Moe's and you like to create your own meals this place let's you do so in a relatively healthy manner. I love this place! We were greeted by the entire staff upon walking in, the menu is displayed big & clear (with great selection of Tex-Mex), and they have the new 100+ drink soda fountain! My order was screwed-up (beef instead of steak) but they compensated me handsomely! The food was great, beer was tasty, the salsa selection was outstanding, and employees stayed busy instead of standing idle. Moe's is another new favorite of mine! read more

This was our second visit to this location. I was not impressed. The music volume seemed to be louder than normal. We had a difficult time speaking to each other over the music. This is another great Moe's location. Standard, cheerful greetings you expect when entering a Moe's and of course, the beloved Coca Cola machine of awesomeness. Because of its location and proximity to a large shopping area and the best movie theater in town, expect a line but you won't be there too long because they are very efficient. Their guac is delicious and their chips, especially if you get them freshly fried with a salsa of your choice is a wonderful way to accompany your Coca Cola creation and burrito/taco/etc deliciousness. read more

As soon as I walked into the door I was greeted by the employees . I order the stack that came with salsa and chips. Then made it a meal by added Gauc and drink . Very simple when it come to ordering . Food was great although they forgot my Gauc and the Tomatillo (Green) salsa wasn't all that. I just went to Moes around 8:30 tonight. Can you believe it? they ran out of rice. I walked out of there as did a bunch of other people. What kind of Mexican restaurant runs out of rice? The staff was basically unapologetic about the whole thing like it was no big deal. Rice is the staple upon which most of their items on their menu is made out of- and they run out of it? In my opinion they should close the restaurant if they are out of rice! read more

The food is always great at Moe's, but can you please put descriptions on your menu?!? We shouldn't have to check your online menu to figure out what the difference between The Earmuff and Band Camp when choosing between two burrito bowls. Same for all the other menu items. At least the staff was helpful since every single customer had questions when ordering. Moe's Southwest Grill = Top notch burritos I have eaten at these places all over and they remain one of my favorites, consistent quality and very tasty food. If you have never eaten at Moe's the menu can be confusing as the names of their selections are not based on the food any of the characteristic of the food ( Joey bag Of Donuts, Homewrecker, etc) The meat in the burritos ( If you choose to have meat) has always been good , never had a tough , grissly peice make its way in, the rice, beans and all the trimmings are always fresh also. They have a salsa bar where you can get some for your burrito or chips with many different kinds that are very tasty. They also have a small selection of bottled beer. The only negative to the Columbus place is the cleanliness of the dining area. read more

Love Moe's! They have all sorts of options for the whole family. They are always very nice and clean. The burritos are amazing. The quest is to die for! They have the new coke machine where you can make whatever you want to drink. They have a salsa bar with a variety of salsas and spicy range. Great to take kids! read more

If you go on Mondays, the burrito is $5! You can also make it into a bowl. They have grass fed beef, chicken, pork, and tofu. Then you add rice and beans and tons of toppings. The guacamole is included, which is great because other burrito bar places charge extra. Also, every entre comes with free chips and salsa. read more

This was my first time at this particular location, and I was not happy at all. I ordered the John Coctostan (quesadilla), which is what I order every time I go to any Moe's, but instead received the Joey (burrito). I told the cashier that this is not what I requested, and I let her know that I asked for the John Coctostan. She apparently needs to learn the menu because she told me that the Coctostan is a burrito and my order was correct. She's a short, Black girl with glasses if it helps you all. That way you're fair warned she doesn't know the menu! I politely took it back to the prep guy that I'd initially ordered from, and he remembered right away that wasn't my order and that I had, in fact, ordered the Coctostan. He remedied it but left off my black beans. I didn't worry about that, though. I just appreciated that he immediately recognized that I was correct and fixed the problem. The food was up to par with what I have come to expect from Moe's, so I was happy about that. I will go back again but steer clear of the 4 ft tall chick who doesn't know the menu! read more

Needed a replacement for my Bubbakoos burritos from back home and this place did the trick. Love the food and love the app where I can easily order online and just walk in without waiting.
