We were told the wait for a table of 5 was 20 minutes. It had been 1 hour and 15 minutes and we were still waiting!!! Be honest with your wait times. Once we finally got seated ( we requested a booth and squeezed in) the service was terrible. It took forever to take a drink order( we ordered food as well) .When my husband asked what the Sam Adam's seasonal was waitress said she didn't know. My husband said ok if it's Octoberfest I'll take that if not I'll have the IPA. Only 3 of 4 soft drinks came and no beer. Then the food. We had to ask for the 4th soda and the beer, which they did not have. Waitress did not check on us. We paid at the table kiosk and left. We are frequent Chilis customers in New York. Decided to go after our game Saturday evening. The place was packed but we were seated quickly. Our server was fast and attentive. We both had the three for me. My appetizer was chips and salsa while Debbie had the house salad. We both had the Big Smashburger with fries. To say the burger was incredible is an understatement. Me and my family like going to chillis! It was our first time coming to this one. We loved the livelyness of this chillis. The host was ready for us when we came through the door and she was very nice. Our waitress was very sweet too but she was very forgetful.. my husband ordered a beer and it took from the time we ordered til we got our food that we finally got the beer so I'd say 25 mins to get one beer. We even asked her 2 times when she checked on us before the food came.. The place wasn't very packed either. I know she didn't mean it though. The plates the waitress brought, were so wet I had to ask for additional napkins to dry four fkkng plates. Furthermore, the place stinks. My daughter got wind of their Nashville Hot Mozz sticks and begged me to take her to try them. So, I decided to go on a Sunday afternoon. Of course it was pretty packed which was expected. Thankfully we were able to walk right in and be seated right away. Our waiter came right to the table and asked for our drinks and appetizers. I tell him we wanted the triple dipper including the Nashville hot Mozz sticks for him to say they were out of Nashville Hot. What could improve? Everything...The food quality was horrible, the young who took my order was the only positive experience tonight. The service was extremely slow. All the sauces I received were ROOM TEMPERATURE, the health department will have a ball in this kitchen. All the hot food was COLD... This is unacceptable,I spent $60.00 and received this type of service, the servers were eating in the kitchen, running their hands through their hair,on the cell phone. Kitchen looked very chaotic, didn't see a manager in the dining room. I'm hoping someone actually read this and reach for some critical feedback. I have roughly 25 plus years of experience as a food service advisor and corporate level restaurant management. There is a reason why I eat here once in a blue moon. Firstly, it's took our server AGES to even get a drink order in. Then it took another 15 minutes to get our drinks, then it took and additional 20 minutes to get our order taken. She repeated back the order correctly. But everything in our order was completely wrong. My fiancé practically got the wrong Burger and was missing ingredients. I was charged for a Mac and cheese that I never received and after trying to see if she'd come check on us and tell her our issue, still had to wait 20 more minutes for even that. I mean, even drinks were wrong. I get you are busy and what not. I've worked in food service for about 7 years now. I'm a patient person. But we can only wait so long. read more

I go all the time for take out AND dine in We went yesterday, 2/3 meals were wrong One of us ordered a quesadilla and was given a burger (??) and one of us ordered no mayo on our sliders and they slathered them in mayo. We ordered 2 triple dippers and got ONE ranch (typically when you get egg rolls you get the special avocado ranch, this ranch was not that. It was a watery, bright white ranch. Tasted awful). The egg rolls were also definitely old and falling apart. We couldn't even cut them like we usually do. This is all on top of waiting 30+ minutes for our order, not being allowed to call in a To-go order, aND an insanely rude worker taking the order. When we entered, we were greeted by the hostess. She spoke so softly, though we couldn't hear her we were seated in the bar area, which was fine. Then I waitress came over an asshole, and like to order, we ordered our drinks which was a raspberry tea and a sweet tea, and then we placed our order. My husband was extremely distraught that my raspberry tea was green. I didn't believe it at first until I looked down and realize that I was drinking something that look like antifreeze. We asked the waitress why my raspberry tea was green and she stated it was blue raspberry. However, I never asked for blue raspberry. I asked for regular raspberry tea. This tea was so sweet you might as well just drink a liquid ring pop it was awful. The color was frightening and not at all what I asked for my husband, sweet tea resembled really light brown colored water. I wouldn't even have considered Tea. My husband ordered the three for me which came with chips and salsa the chicken crispers and his sweet tea. The chips and salsa came out and that was really the only thing good about this experience I ordered the Cajun Ribeye with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. I asked for my steak to be cooked rare, but this came out blue and still cold as you can see in the pictures. This was not rare. My steak was literally cold y'all. My husband's chicken crispers were the size of chicken nuggets which is very unappealing the ranch I came with my husband's chicken crispers looked old because it had a crust on the top of it. My broccoli has zero flavoring on it which normally chilies. Broccoli has great flavor so I don't know what's going on with this place but it was awful. I'm only giving one star because my husband like his burger. First don't be a vegetarian and want to eat here. I ordered some kind of burger that looked sooo on the picture with a black bean patty. It was disgusting and the patty was way over cooked. It wasn't even the burger I ordered. The ranch is mad runny and has no flavor. I am sooo disappointed.
