The drink specials are what keep me coming back. This particular location tends to draw a larger crowd on weekends/evenings so be prepared to wait unless you are lucky to snag a spot on the bar side. Bummer that chips and salsa are no longer free on the bar side, but if you sign up for the rewards program, they'll send you a free app here and there. read more

I was at Mall at Millenia when my daughter placed an order at this Chilli's. The time given was 25 minutes for a burger and fries. I got there half hour later to a crowd outside the door waiting on orders. There was a young lady who tried her best to quell the angry crowd and would bring out orders as they came out the kitchen. It was a disaster and the rest of the staff had poor attitudes. Laughing, eye rolling, etc. I sat in the car and waited, and waited, and waited. This was on a Tuesday evening no less. Finally got the food an hour and a half after I arrived!!! The garlic aioli was so liquid that made the bread wet the French fries, and blossom petals were also cold and greasy. When our food finally came out it was cold. We asked to speak to a manager. The manager came to the table, never apologized but rather looked at me and blamed me for ordering fried food. And lied to us claiming anything in the frier was a 30 minute wait time, but everyone around us who was seated after us had fries and fried food on their table. She never offered to make it right. We were offered a dessert and a to-go box. Do yourself a favor and don't eat here - especially if you are hungry. Tiny even smaller than a burger. Had it with fries and corn on the cob. Hubby asked for triple dipper same as the photo in the menu. When we finally got back to the hotel we found one hot side and 3 ice cold, congealed, inedible entrées. And the kicker? No silverware or napkins. It is unbelievably horrible, the service is terrible, the food was a waste. My sister order was mistakenly mixed up and when we went ahead and told our server her response was "Well that was what I understood" I kindly asked if she can correct it and her response was "It'll take a while before the food comes out sooo..?" Our chips tasted old and the guacamole was not fresh. We asked to change it and she practically brought out the same batter with the remark of "This was freshly made today and it's all that we have" I should've spoken to the manager, but once our meal was done we all just wanted to get out of there. Asked for all 5 burger meals no pink, all had pink, not too bad though, nothing a few seconds in microwave can't fix, weren't too picky, we were tired from traveling all day. Portions were big, thank you for that. Fries soggy but expected that in takeout. Tex fries not worth almost $10. However, like I said, we were starving so not a lot of complaints from us. Even though it was packed for lunch on Sunday, service was prompt and the food was exactly as expected, which is to say fresh fried and loaded with several thousand calories. At the time, I only ate the soup, and took the sandwich with me. The soup was excellent! Flavorful, hearty, with a little kick that didn't overwhelm me! I'm a soup person, (I love soup!) and I'd get this one again in a heartbeat! I ended up eating the sandwich later, cold from the fridge...and it was delicious. I'd joyfuly order this again as well! The service was fine, a bit lackluster by the end, but you now can pay at your table (HANDY!), and all I needed to get was the to-go box, which took longer than it should have, but wasn't interminable. My wife and I are locals and have eaten here 4 times. We have entered this establishment several more times however and had to walk out. On several occasions (3+) we were sat as a two top and had nobody take our drink order or even say hello in the 10 minutes we were there. This occurred across a variety of times of day and different days of the week. I just can't tolerate poor service. Just a "table touch" or even a "hello" would have done wonders. Hopefully when the other restaurants currently under construction open next door it will show this Chili's that they can't rely on being the only option to drum up business. They'll have to actually be a worthwhile establishment. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because of the young man who works the online order pick up desk was kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. Like I said on my Delta review, our plane was 3 hours delayed and their was nothing sustainable to eat on the plane. Used to be good...not sure what happened to this place. To go order was the worst ever! Had to order in the bar, smelling of OLD, alcohol. Had to wash my arms just from leaning on the corner of the bar at the "to go" entrance, when no one was available there at 4pm to take orders. All food tasted like it was drenched in the stinky, old alcohol. The smell of everything really affected the taste of my food. After more than 30 minutes waiting, family (husband and two kids) in the hot car, THEN, someone stopped and asked me if I had been helped as I stood inside waiting for my order, as she passed me in the waiting area. She continued to help others in the dining room and clean up, do something with a ziosk, then responded by saying to me after 10 more minutes watching her do her thing, that the manager is taking care of my order personally in the back. Ten more minutes go by... Then, after giving Dave at the bar a glance, he told me they are checking on my order. He came out ten minutes later with my order himself. Where was the manager? He never came out even when we asked for him. Guess he was hiding in the back. Nasty food, not cooked to order. Limp fries AT PICK UP and steak NOT medium! Was sooo well done we could not saw off bites with a new steak knife! After taste an hour later still like something rotten and stinky old alcohol. Service is hit or miss here. I live close, so my girlfriend and I go once in a while. As a party of 2, we've always been seated quickly even when there are a number of people waiting. Large parties usually have to wait. If you're lucky, you'll have Richard as a server. We have a great dinner when we're seated in his section. He works hard and makes it entertaining. I would give this restaurant a higher rating based on him. But sadly, not all stack up to him. The last time we were there, our server just truly looked unhappy. Half of our order came out cold. My girlfriend told him when he finally asked how everything was. He did offer to bring us another order. But by then most of our dinner was finished. I wasn't going to ask for a whole new order when we were almost finished. And forget about drink refills. I don't think it was refilled until we were ready to pay. It's your typical chain-o-matic Chili's. Be prepared for a wait due to it's location to the parks/hotels. What's cool about this place is the wait staff is superb (hence the 4 star rating from me).
