Went to Chili's for the first time in a looooong time. Service was great until I got my burger which was literally missing half of its ingredients. Took a bite and realized and waited about ten minutes for our waitress who still hadn't come back and there was no other employees around (thinking they were short staffed). I decided to eat my sandwich because I was hungry and I had already waited ten minutes. The waitress finally came back after we were done our meals and I told her that my sandwich was missing half of the ingredients, she asked which ones and told me she would let the kitchen know and said sorry. Gave us the bill and left, didn't send the manager over or offer to make a new burger to go. Will think twice before going there again considering there is a Red Robin's across the street and their expo clearly knows what the sandwiches are supposed to look like. read more

We did an online order. We were in the mood for the big mouth bites which is what I usually get here but didn't want to sit there and eat. Food was ready quickly and service was friendly and fast. Their sliders are really good with bacon crumbles, fried onions, cheese of course, a nice side of fries actually it seemed like more than when you dine in and their ranch sauce. Ok I love their ranch to dip my sliders and fries in so much that I always ask for an extra cup. It must be homemade because I don't like bottled ranch dressing at all. If you never tried their curbside ordering give it a try sometimes I like the restaurant food in my home without the noise of a busy Saturday night atmosphere in the restaurant. Update did an online order tonite 2-14-19 for dinner get together with my family. Didn't want to go out because it's Valentine's Day and figured it would be super crowded. We ordered 9 meals 4 were 2 for $25 and one single. Meals were good and correct thankfully. Wasn't a fan of the salads that we received as an appetizer. It had cheese on it which I didn't like and there were a lot of hard stumps. The salad was limp and kind of unattractive and the dressing that was supposed to be citrus balsamic was a disappointment. The size of the salads were great especially as a side. My other complaint was that any of our party that ordered fries were cold and kind of hard. We live very close so it wasn't from the ride. I will be going back because my burger was very good and chicken crispers were all good. They need to work on fresher lettuce, no clumps in the salad of the ends, and fries that are hot. read more

Hostess was quoting 30 minutes seating time with 25% restaurant full. 20 minutes had gone by and party of 8 walked in, did not like the quoted wait time and left, they came back 10 minutes later, changed their mind and hostess seated them right away. For Mother's Day we decided to have a little Get Together at the house since everyone was finally all going to be home. We all just felt like relaxing and not really wanting to be out in the hectic chaos of Mother's Day so we decided to order online and pick up and chill back at the house. We ordered for nine people and online it said to pick up in 40 minutes. When we arrived the staff was very friendly and our food was ready and waiting. I have to say they packaged e it very nicely with all the sauces that you are supposed to get with your meal and didn't make one mistake! Awesome job chili's. I have been here a couples times before and received subpar service and food, but gave it another chance. Sat outside, had the nachos without beef, they came out with 8 tortilla chips with cheese and beans on them, lying flat, that's it. I took one bite and felt sick to my stomach. We needed to split our bill and we explained we had cash, she proceeded to walk away and we were left using the machine to pay with our cards. The lid on the side of ranch was not on properly put on and spilled all over the boneless buffalo wings and the wings were ice cold. We asked for extra honey chipotle sauce, they forgot it. The fries were all extremely stale. The burgers were overcooked and dry. The honey chipotle crispers were tough and had no sauce. The cups of salsa and queso were tiny and queso was cold. Me and my friends went 2 nights ago and the food was delicious. Even with the assumed short staff because of the pandemic, the food came in a timely manner. I would like to first start off by saying I visited this location for years, and I usually have decent service. I placed a lunch take-out order from the Deptford Chili's today. I ordered a bowl of the baked potato soup and requested to hold the bacon. When I returned home I opened the sealed plastic bag, then proceeded to remove the clear lid from the container of soup. To my surprise there was a bug (appeared to be a roach) sitting on top of the soup partially buried under a green onion. Thankfully I did NOT eat any of the soup, not sure how anyone could place a clear lid on the container and NOT notice, that a bug was sitting directly on top. I can't say this was done maliciously or if this happened accidently, either way it is unacceptable and DISGUSTING, not to mention very unsanitary. Of course I immediately returned to the restaurant and asked to speak with a manager. I showed him the disgusting soup and all he could do was stand and shrug his shoulders as if to say "I don't know". Yes I did get a refund, and was offered to order something else. Why would I ever want to order ANYTHING else from the restaurant after this unsanitary incident. Now I'm thinking not only should I have asked to hold the bacon, but to also hold the bugs smh. I love Chilis. My favorite night is Monday for the fajita and margarita special. Happy hour is great 4-6- I always go with the margarita for 1/2 price. The bartender is responsible for handling anyone at the bar, servers who need drinks and all grub hub/Uber eats etc orders which seems not fair. I could tell she was a little overwhelmed by all of this. I think it would be advantageous of the manager to have someone help considering plenty of servers were just hanging out at the greeter desk in front. I noticed plenty of people waiting for drinks due to the bartender having to handle the dozen or so online orders that came in in just the hour I was there. Service was really good. Food was ok. I came here tonight with my girlfriend and we had a nice dinner. It was busy when we got there, which was expected since we went during dinner at 7 pm. We were told the wait was going to be 20-30 minutes, but we were seated within 5 minutes. Our waitor was very attentive and our appetizer was out within a matter of minutes and our meals were on the table within 10-15 minutes, which was surprising considering how busy it was. Overall, the place was packed but we still got our meals fast and our waitor was great. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and we will definitely be coming back. I know restaurants are under staffed but I should have just gone to chipotle where I've never had a bad meal. The place is filthy, bathroom was gross, no locks or handles on the stalls, burger was mooing, fajitas were undercooked, peppers and onions weren't sautéed, just wilted. Worst chilis I've ever been to. The menu was sticky. Page after page. Opened my partner's menu, it was the same. Their seats in the booth are broken. You feel like you're sliding forward. Switched sides, same deal. Looked at my neighboring seats, all but one look like slides. The lighting is terrible. DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY! I haven't been to this location in several years and now I remember why. This place is filthy. I was sitting in a window booth and the window was covered with a childs greasy dirty handprints, dust and dead bugs on the windowsil. There were crumbs all over the seat, and let's not even talk about the sticky nasty floor. The tabletop kiosk had what looked to be week old BBQ sauce all over the keypad. The only reason I stayed was because we had waited 40 mins for our table and I was starving. They are extremely short staffed with only about 20 tables open at a time. Waiter was nice but one dish came out completely wrong and the other dish was missing all of the dipping sauces. The host did not crack a smile and it was obvious that he did not want to be there. I am ultra impressed with the new features, and foods that are offered at this Chili's location. I was very pleased with the varieties of food that came to our table. My daughter's and son in law both enjoyed their meals. The variety of foods that is offered is great. They have really stepped up their game. It's hidden mostly too, right there on Clements, like a hidden gem. Their chips and salsa alone are worth going there for. This has really revitalized my opinion of Chili's as a whole. We really enjoyed it, and the service was TOP NOTCH. Not one mistake. We really liked it a great deal. And their bottomless soup and salad is less expensive than the Olive Garden version and better tasting in my opinion. The appetizer special was really great too, with homemade hand dipped fried pickles, southwest eggrolls, they have 4 different types of Queso, and their tortilla chips are fresh made, They even have a table side guacamole feature where they come to the table and make the guacamole right in front of you and serve it with fresh homemade chips. I've eaten here a couple of times and wasn't disappointed. The service was pretty good, the wait wasn't too long, and the food was okay. I had realistic expectations and they were met. But 4 to 5 star ratings? Come on, people. You obviously don't get out much. Even at this price level you can do MUCH better. -Want a better burger for the same price? Go to 25 Burgers in Woodbury, or Five Guys right around the corner from here. -Want better ribs? Go literally anywhere that sells them. That song was a lie. Notice how they stopped playing it? -Want a better club sandwich? Go to Rastelli's Market Fresh, right down the street. -Want a better salad or pasta? You must be lost, because this is not the place to go for that. Oh well, go to Filomena's or Marlina, right around the other sides of the mall. -Want better bar food? Ordered online from their Chili's to Go menu. Did the 2 for 20 (2 entrees + an appetizer). Decided on chipotle chicken crispers and fajitas with some guacamole. Arrived about the time the online order confirmation said it would be ready but to my dismay they had no order whatsoever for me. The friendly girl at the pickup counter said she received attitude from the bartender when she inquired about it, apparently that is where the online orders get printed. She said sometimes there are glitches in the online ordering system. Regardless, she said they would add a free appetizer if I decided to place a new order and wait for it, about 20 minutes. Tonight was by far the worst experience I have ever had at Chili's. I ordered via their app and was given a time for pickup. After arriving at the appointed time, I was ignored by the ToGo staff for the first 10 minutes, before being made to wait another 30 for my order. In all, it took over an hour for an order that they quoted me as 20 minutes. The manager and wait staff that finally talked with me were very condescending and after all of this, when we arrived home, we discovered that the one meal (chicken fajitas) was completely screwed up.
