i'm being generous with giving this place 1 star ... the service is okay but the food is disgusting. we ordered the chips and guacamole and it is just tasteless. it tasted weird so we sent it back and got a new one , tasted even worse. The serving sizes are so small. the burger is okay but comes with about 20 fries ... unbelievable. ordered the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla and only cheese was inside. will not be returning to this location ever. read more

Tonight was by far the worst experience I have ever had at Chili's. I ordered via their app and was given a time for pickup. After arriving at the appointed time, I was ignored by the ToGo staff for the first 10 minutes, before being made to wait another 30 for my order. In all, it took over an hour for an order that they quoted me as 20 minutes. The manager and wait staff that finally talked with me were very condescending and after all of this, when we arrived home, we discovered that the one meal (chicken fajitas) was completely screwed up. The meal contained no sour cream, no tortillas, literally half of the ingredients were missing. After an hour, one would think they could at least manage to not forget half of the dish. read more

Stopped in for an afternoon snack after jonesing for some chips and salsa. Katie waited on us and was fabulous. She brought us new drinks when we were both at the halfway point. We decided to order some southwest egg rolls as well. Katie brought us more chips while we waited. The chips are perfect in their thinness and saltiness. So delish. The egg rolls were just spicy enough and served very hot. The service is usually good, but I think our visit with Katie was probably the best yet. Our last visit was less than favorable with a snotty bartender who was obviously put out by having to do stuff like pour our drinks. read more

It was really unfortunate that I finished my meal, went to the bathroom, passed the kitchen and saw a young curvy woman in there with her mask down around her chin. She was on the other side of the the food line putting together orders. She had a white mask with blue and pink designs on it. No mask, no gloves, touching food. Come on now! If the people at the mall working behind the plexi glass-surrounded registers need to wear a mask, then you need to if you are touching my food. I used to enjoy Chili's back in the day particularly their quesadillas and turkey burger. The turkey burger was great. Visits to the Marlton Chili's were something to look forward to. However, I think chain restaurants have changed. Less quality and more quantity. We had a number of entrees including onion rings, fajitas, quesadillas and enchiladas. One word ... greasy. Way too greasy. I had a similar experience at Friday's. Just not good as they used to be. That being said the portions were pretty big. In fact the leftovers made for two more dinners. I can't imagine eating all of it in one seating. Also, the 2 for $20 is a great deal. Bottomline. Chain restaurants cater to a certain crowd who don't adventure outside the norm. We ordered out from our closest Chilis in Deptford, NJ. They had a special on the 3 for $10 deal included the 1/2 rack of ribs order. But it only had 4 ribs a half rack is suppose to be 6 ribs. Part of my order was 2 of the rib specials. I was charged $10.00 for 1 and $15.00 for the 2nd. I guess you could only get 1 $10. Rib spec. The ribs were ok. 4 hostess standing around took my number down wrong after showing them my number on my phone. Waited for a hour & half in the cold outside to just come in and be told my reservation has expired because they wrote down the number wrong. The service was slow, waitress had no personality whatsoever, she took forever to come around to refill our drinks which the mango tea had no flavor! I am going to start this off by saying the Chili's was not always bad. The have definitely gone down hill in the past 2-3 years. I give a star because the food is ok- mediocre at best but hey- it is a chain. The wait staff is horrible!! We had to ask the server for refills. We sat with dirty dishes on the table the whole night and had to ask for them to be taken away. Then we accidentally left our leftovers on the table. Realized 2 minutes later & the bus boy threw them away! So let me get this straight... you let us sit with dirty dishes around us all night? But yet the minute our butts leave the chairs, you throw our leftovers away? We probably weren't even out the door yet!!! My food was over cooked. My guacamole was grey on top. GROSS!!!! My fiancées food was over cooked. The cheese on his quesadilla was burnt. Maybe they sat under the warmer too long? Maybe the cook just doesn't know what he is doing? I do not know. All I can say is glad we had a gift card because I never would have spent my own money for that garbage. This was the second time in about 4 months my experience at Chili's has been horrific. My husband and I go to this location only because we have found other Chili's suck. We order the honey/chipotle chicken crispers and they are always fresh, delicious and to die for. Have ordered other entrees and they too are delicious but, we prefer the chicken crispers. If you can request a server you must get Kristen!!!!! She is undoubtedly the best server ever!!!!! RUN. DON'T TURN BACK. My boyfriend took me here for a celebratory meal. Our waiter was nice, that was pretty much the only "highlight" of our meal I guess. Every time that I have come to this Chili's I've had a horrible experience. The last time I ordered a chicken dish and I got this dry, crusty slice of chicken with tortilla bits thrown on it and uncooked rice. This time I thought that it was going to be better. I ordered a Mex bowl and my boyfriend ordered pasta. We waited at least 45 minutes for our food to be cooked. When our food arrived, my bowl was completely ice cold. Nothing tasted cooked and, once again, I had uncooked rice, plus what was listed in the description was not in my food. I decided not to eat it. My boyfriend had found multiple hairs in his food. It was disgusting. His meal was supposed to come with garlic bread, once we received that only one side was toasted. We talked to the manager and he refunded only the meals (which we understood, we got drinks as well). Our waiter was understanding, we left him a fair tip. Where do I start... So we came to celebrate a late valentine's day. It lookes very busy so we expected to wait but to our surprise we were seated right away. It took quite some time for anyone to come to see us. During that time I kept seeing dust float by. Looking up you could see globs of dust on ledges, blinds etc. The waitress, Janae according to the receipt, brought water fast but no straws. Apparently the straws are supposed to be in the utensil bags (it looks like they may outsource cleaning?) Either way, not her fault whatsoever if they are meant to be in that bag. We could hear issues in the kitchen being so close Nd didnt see her for a long period of time. Drink finally arrived, dripping all over since it sat at the bar so long. Again, still not her fault if the kitchen was as backed up as it seemed. She was very professional addressing the long wait, Huge kudos to her because I know how it can be when things pile up! Appetizer finally came out and was honestly delicious and hot. The food came out really fast after before we were done the app. His salad was kind of a disaster and my corn had zero seasoning and my pickles were missing. A runner brought it so again, kitchen at fault. He hated his salad, my food was very good, when I finally got them the pickles were killer. Our waitresses was a sweetheart who held it together under pressure. Food was so so. I begged him to take me here and we left a bit disappointed. The did comp our appetizer which was very kind. worst Chillis i've ever been in. the food is always cold or dried late or messed up. there is always trash on the floor. the tables are never fully cleaned. the temperature is always uncomfortable. the silver ware and everything else is NEVER cleaned fully. bathrooms are always disgusting. always out of toilet paper, and smells like sewage along with the smell throughout the restaurant. after eating at this location for awhile it's obvious managers are aware of the issues for years+ and are too lazy to do anything about it. i once was waiting to checkout a to go order with my gift card, and the manager JULIA took 10+ minutes and the worker said it was because she was in the bathroom? also seen her prior to that on her phone in the kitchen ?? the managers are DISRESPECTFUL, LAZY, and do !NOT! follow the protocol that comes with their jobs. the whole restaurant mine as we'll be run with kids. get it together. read more

My review is not about the server that took our table he gets 5 stars. We arrived at Chili's and called ahead and still waited 15-20 minutes to be sad when there was 6-10 tables open. We then got sat in the bar. Took 10 minutes for a server to come to us. I overheard the server who should have taken our table say I don't want that table because they are 3 women and they don't tip women (we end tipping our server 50%, so don't judge a book by its cover) then forced the guy to take our table which is fine because he was great. We order relatively quickly after we sat down maybe 10 minutes. Then it took 35-40 minutes for food to come out. We asked to speak with a manger mind you the manger was to busy helping a table and comping their bill for every complaint that was made (here's this lady's complaint I want to things of nachos and only want to pay for 1). So the manager came over we told her about our whole experience she never asked who was the server that say the rude things, asked my friend if she wanted a refill and never brought the refill to the table. Didn't even apologize for what we went though. Then made us may the full bill. There was a table who sat 15 minutes after us and left 20 minutes before us. My daughter Nikki and I had lunch today. The service was excellent, we were in a booth at the bar, had to wait just a minute or two while the hostess had it cleaned, no problem. The waitress was fast and efficient, the dressing on the side was forgotten and she promptly delivered it. My grilled chicken salad was delicious. Nikki's fajitas were good too.
