Totally disappointed with the service tonight. Our server spend a lifetime around the bar doing general cleanup and barback work. She didn't pay the atypical amount of attention to our needs (refills and general swing bys). Our food not only came out incorrectly (wrong table) but also 25 minutes past the usual time frame of 30-35 minutes. We had to wait nearly an hour, to eat; if this was say the dinner rush hour or they were totally filled up I could see this being a legitimate excuse. Instead this was just sloppy service by the wait staff all around. It seemed like they just didn't care that they had a nearly empty place. (Two Stars for "sucktacular service" from this shift, minimum tip). In comparison on our next trip to the same restaurant; our hostess and server was continually swinging by on a 3-5 minute cycle, even if we didn't need anything. Our drinks and appetizers were brought out inside of 15 minutes after we sat down and ordered. Our meal was delivered at the 25 minute mark with a nearly as empty level of customers. (Four Stars: for good service and got a generous tip). Which is why I've give this place a 3 star rating overall. read more

Me and my son came to have lunch we were seated and sat for 10 min before I went and asked the hostess for a server to at least get drinks ordered Clearly they don't work as a team because 3 other servers were rolling silverware and just staring at us must be very difficult to help a fellow team member out an it's not busy at all I work in the industry and I'm usually very understanding The server then comes over and apologizes and said we snuck in on her um no we did not I have been sitting for 10 min while at least 6 other employees have passed me but we shall see Apps came out very fast But if your in a hurry I would definitely go some where else read more

Road side service : is the worst if you go in from the front they would tell you to go to the back, a dirty little spot where no one would acknowledge you for a least 10 mins . You can go in from the side but you would suffer the same fate . Ps if you have fries with your order , when you get home they are hard . trust me read more

This is probably my least favorite chain casual dining restaurant. We were just killing done time before attending a ten year old's party. So we ordered the never ending salsa and tortillas, and the fried pickles. They weren't bad. The guacamole was pretty basic. We also ordered cocktails. I had a bloody Mary, they ordered margaritas. Mine was just average, but no shot of beer, and no garnish but I lime and lemon. Pretty basic now days. The margaritas were just plain awful. It was obviously a premix they used, but even Jose Cuervo mix is 1000x better than this swill. It was undrinkable. The worst in history. read more

I can't say the service was bad because they wouldn't even serve us. Our party of 16 waited patiently outside for them to open, and as the second party to walk in the door, we became the first party to leave when they immediately refused to seat us, stating that they didn't have enough servers. We offered to split up into as many smaller groups as they needed, but they still wouldn't budge. Finally, we asked if they were going to deny service to the groups lined up behind us, and they just stared blankly and said once more that they couldn't seat us. I went in and placed and order to go, when I got home they didn't give me any tortillas for my Fajitas, they also forgot a couple of other things. By the time I went home, then got all the way back, my food was cold so I asked to just return it. My meal was over 50.00 and the manager said they would put it back on my card. This Chili's used to be really good, but not anymore. My husband & I went there last night about 9PM. We love Chili's & go to the one near us in St. Peters often. They weren't crowded at all & our server, Mikaela started off really nice. However, after we placed our order & got our chips & salsa, we sat unattended with empty cups of water & salsa for about 25 minutes. When she finally came back, she had our food & apologized for her absence, saying, "I had to get those other servers out of here so they could go home." I mean, what does that have to do with us?? Our food was lukewarm & our Fries were hard. Normally, I would say something, but it had been a long day & I was just ready to go. This was the best dining experience of my life. Our waiter (I wish I could remember his name) gave PHENOMENAL service. Was nicer than any waiter I have had in my life! let's start with my kids love coming here to eat because the little computers on the tables. Visited Saturday to have lunch with family and ordered the sampler for my meal. Two out of the three items were horrible. The chicken crisper were mushy and not edible and the spinach artichoke dip had no flavor at all. The saving grace on my plate was the south west egg rolls and the are frozen so it was disappointing overall. I was traveling, we love the Chili's at home, and my granddaughters wanted to go here, sounded good by me. But they needed to get control of the kitchen. We were near enough to hear yelling going on, things weren't going well, our food took much too long. Then when delivered to the table spilled fries to the floor, they brought another order right away to fix that - but left the spilled ones on the floor for us and others to step in or step over, what? Nice spot for a late lunch. Denise was our server and was fantastic. She probably refilled my water 8 times. I was nervous about all the poor service reviews in the area but she was excellent. We started with chili It was great and had the triple decker appetizer the appetizer came with Southwest rolls onion petals and Chiles sliders all very very good. my wife had spicy shrimp tacos. She definitely enjoyed them. I had the old time burger and fries. The burger was perfect. The fries were similar to English chips. The one disappointing item was the smoked bone in wings. They were tough and rubbery. Good flavor but needed wrapped and put in the oven for another hour. I'm guessing they were going to be served later for dinner service. Our lunch on Sunday, Sep 24, 2018 was the worst service I've experienced in any restaurant! It took them 30-40 minutes to discover we hadn't received our food, then they brought us 4 out of 5 dishes that had been sitting under the warmer for who knows how long, we had to returned them, took another 30 minutes to get new dishes and some of our orders were missing items. The manager stopped by once, asked if we need anything we asked for a couple things, she said right away, had to ask our server for them again. Never saw the manger again! We have been coming to this Chili's for awhile now & usually have good service. Recently we received an email that gave us $17 using the Plenti program. Chili's website honors this program and even gives directions as to how to redeem these points as you eat. When we tried to redeem them we were told that franchise DOESN'T honor that program even though nationally the company promotes it. When the manager came to explain that to us, he said he would honor that for us tonight but that's it. Instead he took $6 off our meal cost. We understand that some things are out of the employee's control, however the fact it is on the website and we received an email this week from Chilis to use it made us feel a bit deceived. We also didn't feel like the manager did much to amend the situation other than to tell us it won't work & took $6 off the bill. Needless to say, unfortunately we will be finding somewhere else to enjoy margaritas and dinner. read more

Worst meal and service I have ever had. We went in at 2 pm in the afternoon and the place was not busy. The waitress sat us and we did not see her again for 15 minutes. When we ordered she was more worried about who was coming in the door than waiting on us. She asked if she could take our order and immediately turned to look to see who was coming in. Chicken Fajitas are suppose to be served hot, but mine were cold, just like they took them out of the refrigerator. I complained and then they burnt it.
