This one is clean inside and the staff is nice enough, I do not go here very often but I was in there recently and we had great service and the food was hot and prepared well. We had the two for $20 special with the Honey chipotle chicken crispers, The Margarita Grilled Chicken and we shared Skillet Queso and chips for the appetizer. We spoke with the manager, he did nothing, we asked to cancel the meal because 1: 15min had already passed and the food did not come out. My first call-in "To Go" order experience here was anything but stellar. From calling and being put on hold (without the obligatory "can you hold?") for over 2 minutes, to waiting an additional 15 minutes for my food after arriving, this will not be a location I will bother ordering from again. After placing my order, I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived 15 minutes later (giving a 5 minute buffer to ensure I didn't have to wait) and was promptly rung up. After paying, the woman informed me my order was still being worked on, but that she'd have it to me "in less than 5 minutes." Ten minutes later I stood at the counter explaining to another employee that I was still waiting for food that was ordered 25 minutes prior. This second woman listened to me, looked around the corner at the woman I initially spoke to and walked away. Simply walked away without saying another word to me. I was shocked. The initial cashier walked over to me then, looking less than pleased to see me standing there, and said simply "I'll get your order." I asked if it was still not ready and she replied "I'll get it now." So out I walked, 30 minutes after ordering and 15 minutes after entering the building, with food that was good but not good enough to warrant such a delay. And with no apology from the staff for waiting, nor an explanation as to why there was an additional wait. I was not impressed with the quality of service. My party and I were forgotten in a back corner for close to 45 minutes while waiting on our food. The area in which we were sat was so cold that our food was cold within minutes of being brought out. I was in Chilis Monroe on my way to another chilis.Monday July 11th, I went to the restroom first, slightly disheveled. There were servers in there laughing and having random conversations about others, most disturbing. They were vaping in the bathroom then later in my meal when I asked for to go boxes and cups, I come around to vaping in the kitchen area, who's running the asylum? There could not have been 5 tables in the whole store. I usually love stopping, learning from other stores. There was a manager smoking when I got there, a I am not quite sure where to go from there. If they are vaping no ones washing hands. 4 people back and fourth at a table near the bathroom. This needs directing by there corporate office. The wild one can't run the zoo. This evening I was shopping at the Cross Creek Mall area and had planned to eat at Chili's aftwerward with my family, as we usually choose to eat there when we are in that area of town. When we showed up we found it odd that there were less cars in the parking lot when all of the other restaurants were practically full, so at first we were excited that it might be a short wait until we came to see that the building was closed due to power outages (per notice on the door). Not only were there lights on in the restaurant, as well as what looked like some employees through there doors, but every other business in the area was open for business. This is extremely frustrating given that my family had planned to eat here and went out of our way to go to this location and cancel other plans, especially given that as I'm writing this review, the website still shows that this Chili's location is open for business with a 0 min wait time....and all the other parking lots are full. Sooo I am a manager at a local restaurant right on skibo rd... so off rip I understand the overwhelming pressure to get all your orders done for the evening so you can clean up and clock out. But I had put my order in at 8:20pm and it said it will be done around 8:47pm. So I took my time and went up there around 9:40. I gave them a one hour just to be safe because I know around this time to go orders are crazy. I told the woman my name and sat in my car. I watched cars all around who pulled up after me get they good and leave. I waited til 10:02 to call and ask where was my food because I've been waiting for an hour. The woman said my food was in the prep around waiting to be made.... in my head I was like my food should of already been made because I put it in at 8:20. It's 10pm......15 mins go by and they finally bring me my food. I checked my bag and I was missing my corn on the cob and my fries was cold. So I walked inside and asked can I get fresh fries and I am missing my corn. So I waited and they gave my food. I walked in my car to check my fries....they literally just stuck them in the microwave. I work in the kitchen so I know it takes 3 mins to cook and order of fries in the fry. It bothers me that they thought the microwave was gonna make my miserable experience great. No it didn't. My bill was $35 but I paid $40 and told her to keep the $5 as a tip. I did not have to do that. I could of asked for a refund but I was calm about the situation because I already know working in a restaurant. I just wanted to let y'all know that. I don't know what have been the problem with Chili's but lately when you go they don't have enough wait staff for the people coming in and all the wait are at least 30-45 minutes or 45 minutes to an 1.5 hours and you all are losing a lot of business I have seen at least 50 people leave their establishment because the service and not enough people the bathrooms are and floors are very dirty and need to be cleaned a deep cleaning the whole building seems like it needs to be deep cleaned the food was good but it takes too long to get it. Let me preface this by saying I have always been a big fan of the Chili's chain. I've even enjoyed previous experiences at this particular location. Good food, good value, decent atmosphere, etc. However, my experience today makes me doubtful I'll return anytime soon and makes me wish there was another Fayetteville location. My mother and I were in the mood for fajitas for a late lunch today (around 3pm) so we headed to Chili's. It was a scorcher of a day, with the temps on the high 90s and no breeze whatsoever. Upon entering the lobby, there was little relief. As the manager (he was dressed more like management than as wait staff) and hostess stood and looked at us - neither was quick to offer a hello or even a smile. I started to ask if the a/c was out, but my mother beat me to it. The young hostess just looked at us and then to the manager and back to us. The manager, who'd obviously heard my mother, had now picked up two menus and handed them to the hostess. My mother asked again. They both stared at her for another second or so until the manager finally said, "it's been off and on for the last month". Two minutes and finally an acknowledgement! My mother politely said, "Sorry, but I don't think we can take the heat" and we left. Now we know that there's no way that either the manager or the hostess could have helped the A/C situation, but to have completely ignored us upon entering and then completely ignored my mother's question regarding the A/C...well that's not only unprofessional, but straight up rude. I love the food at Chili's, but there are other choices in Fayetteville with much better service and gone are the days where our restaurant choices were few. We have given this place a chance too many times and I wish I could share each and every experience. But just for example, this past time we waited over 40 minutes for an order of egg rolls. Went here on a date with my husband and was told it would be a 25-35 minute wait... no problem if busy, but the place was near empty. Thankfully we were called for our table after only 10min. Place had an funny smell upon walking in. The table we were seated at was really wet liked they wiped it with a soaked cloth. Menu was on the side of the table already and asked the waitress to give us a moment. She said she'll be back in 5min but it was more like 15. When the food came out, she forgot 2 items ...street corn and sliced alvocado. I thought she was going to get them being she rushed away so quickly after dropping off our food but nope! I had to flag her down to get my missing items. My husband had street corn which tastes amazing but when mine finally came, it looked nothing like his. Mines had all this extra stuff completely covering the corn which my husband's didn't. I had to hand pick some of it off. The food did taste great though. I had the baked seafood pasta with a side of street corn and alvocado slices and my husband had the ultimate smokehouse combo. The only downside of my husband's meal was the ribs. The sauce it's covered in taste like off brand ketchup. Otherwise everything else tastes great. When it was time to go, I asked my waitress for a to go box and she said ok. 10 minutes later and i'm still waiting. I even see her attending other tables and still nothing for me. Finally she comes over and says "do y'all need anything else" I said no but I would like the togo box. She says oh you want another one. I said I never got one! She says oh yeah! Ok I'll get it now. They definitely need some supervision and training there and the place could be a lot cleaner. If I wasn't already employed, I'd try and get a job there to show'em how it's done. This was not a very good experience. Went with two other friends and ordered the food and you can tell the waitress just did not want to be there. When the food finally arrived my friend and the waitress were in a disagreement with a menu item. Instead of resolving the issue the waitress had an attitude.
