I can tell you that this is one of those smaller stores, with the bar in the middle and the rest of the seats around it. Expect it to be crazy busy Thurs-Sunday because this location is next to a movie theater. That also means it is usually packed with 16-year-olds on those nights. The service is good and food is quick. I recommend this location for weekday lunches. I love the SW Chipotle Crispers! Chilis also has the best gravy anywhere, idk how they do it. read more

This location is another restaurant on our Thursday lunch rotation. Every Thursday I have a standing lunch-date with my wife. I like this location because it is one of the smaller footprint stores. At lunch they have lots and lots of options and combos to choose from. Service is always brisk which is important at lunch. On this particular day Poppie and I were in to have dinner. It was free for veterans/military. We started with chips and chili queso. It was ok. My bacon burger was so well cooked and good, really good. Poppie had the chicken strips and they were ok, but was a bit cooked to hard. As for drinks, I had a frozen margarita that hit the buzz factor at a 2 out of 5 and I don't know why but it seems like the sodas at Chili's is always so strong and good! Every time I go to Chili's any location I get more and more disappointed. I remember the days when it was quick to get a hot meal togo but now it's just trashy, they never get my order right and the food quality is awful! I always have a great food experience every time I come here. I don't order anything fancy like steak because I think a restaurant that specializes in steak does a much better job. I go for the chicken fried steak or sliders, things like that, and it's always good. This place has always been mediocre but tonight was a slow night and still horrible. 15 minutes waiting from order to table side. One entree was out before the other, given it was crispers and a burger, but drink refills were not there. One glass from sit down and got my first refill when I was halfway done eating. The food is ok. Nothing spectacular. I had mentioned a burger to go but with this wait, I'd rather not. This will be the last time I come here. The nearby tables are dirty. Floor has trash on it. After waiting so long for the adult entries (the kids were finished with their meals ) my pasta was cold and the alfredo was thick and gummy. We came here after waiting an hour for our cold food at On the Border next door. We were seated promptly and greeted by a server letting us know our server would be right over. When she arrived she was super sweet and listened as we told her about our experience next door and warned her we were no less than Hangry. She apologized for our terrible experience which is 100% more than OTB did, took our drink and food order quickly and returned with them in just minutes. She also brought us complimentary chips and salsa to tide us over. Our meal made it to the table fresh and hot in less than 20 minutes and was served with a smile. On 2/22/16 the service was horrible. It took over an hour to have drinks and appetizers served. They were out of several items. Steaks were served dried out and mildly warm. I only ate 1/2 my steak and was still charged for it. Will never go back. read more

I don't usually review chain restaurants,but this is an exception,hehe.My experience here started off w/ a takeout order that left out half my food,so no I wouldn't recommend that.But once I called in to get my problem resolved,their service impressed me.Enrique was the mgr on duty and he made things right on our second trip.We ate at the restaurant and the mgr and our waitress were very good and the food was good as well,I had the fajita trio and Patricia had the chicken club sandwich w/ fries.I think I will go w/ the sandwich next visit,I am spoiled by the fajitas at El Asadero,I felt they went out of their way to correct the mistake they made before and I left happy. read more

One of the amazing places close to me that has an ALL DAY Sunday Happy Hour. Our waitress/bartender was very nice and helpful. It's happy hour so we expected to eat and drink on a budget under $10 and Chilis delivered! My sister loved the margarita she got. Came here twice for lunch, both times had awful service. To start with the hostess had a horrible look on her face like she would rather be anywhere but there. She tried to force me and my boyfriend to sit at the bar both times, when we refused she rolled her eyes and got an attitude. I'm giving two stars for a one star experience. Because the manager is literally the best thing about this place very friendly. My pregnant wife was craving ribs. So, I took her here. Huge mistake. It took 15 mins to get seated not a big deal if you have a good waiter/waitress. We get seated and wait for 10 mins for our waters. And 2 hours to get all of our food. I ordered fajitas I get the meat, rice, and beans. However, I did not get the boat of cheese and such, or the tortillas. So, my food gets cold waiting on her to bring it to me. When I asked for it she looked at me like I was stupid. She told my wife her ribs were stolen and they had to cook more. We arrived at the establishment at 7:30 pm and got her ribs at 9:30 pm. Terrible service. Terrible. And host was just the worst as well. He proceeded to tell us to go back to our booth and wait some more. My pregnant wife all hormonal n shit tells lil huddy to go get his manager. She comes and tells us the meal was on her and offered us a dessert. Which at this point we didn't want. Overall I was resisting my urges to tell people not to waste there time going in. But maybe we just got the worst waitress and it's actually a nice place who knows. read more

Terrible food. We ordered salads to go, one grilled chicken one fiesta chicken salad. The grilled chicken salad was fine nothing wrong with it. The fiesta salad had almost burnt chicken, it was way over seasoned so it was so spicy I couldn't eat any of the salad because the seasoning got on everything. Our margarita flat bread was burnt and just about indelible. Chips and salsa, how can they mess that up? Well we got a container that had almost no salsa in it and what was in it was mainly water. Well came here on a whim after boycotting chili's for two years. Last time we dined at one the food was absolutely disgusting.. tasted like they went cheap or something. Anyways came to this location with the boyfriend and we were very happy with our experience. Our server Desiree was on ittttt. She communicated every detail back to us and made sure we had everything we needed. We didn't even have to ask for a refill and those little things really make eating out a nice experience. She def broke the bad luck streak as far as service goes. The food was also delicious again. We will be back here and next time will ask for Desiree! read more

We decided to get to go food because we typically get pretty poor service there. We've decided we're just done with Chili's 2/4 meals were not correct. The burger was missing half the toppings, which we had to put on ourselves. Luckily we had cheese, lettuce, and onion! Then on our salad hardly had any lettuce, the bowl was half empty! On top of that there wasn't any salad dressing. Who gets a salad with no dressing? If we wanted a salad with the dressing we had then I would have just made a salad at home. Awful service. We came in with a large group of 20 on Christmas Eve. We do this every year. The hostess immediately said "Let me talk to my manager" and came back and said it would be an hour wait. We said we would wait. There was en entire section of four six tops and four booths open and they refused to seat us. Meanwhile, other smaller parties were coming in and being sat immediately. Had we came in and said we were four parties of five, they probably would have seated us. We finally gave up and left. Very unprofessional and rude hostess and management. Could be better. I was pleased with how fast our service came but disappointed at the quality of the food. I ordered a medium rare 6oz sirloin steak with shrimp, broccoli and mashed potatoes. The steak came out over cooked, and the potatoes and broccoli were devastatingly dry. My shrimp tasted mediocre with almost no seasoning. I just love Chilis and so do my kids. Whenever we are going out to dinner it is always the choice. They have something for everyone and are priced just right! The CAJUN PASTA is my fav and add the Shrimp and it is a perfect meal. Their Kid's menu is the best too. And of course we always have to get the MOLTEN CHOCOLATE CAKE. However, the last time our serve told us about a new Peanut Butter Molten Cake that is coming, and I have to say, we really can't wait to try it! The food was great! We went in around 11pm so we figured the food would be pretty bad. We were very wrong! Everything was made to standard. We ordered Salmon with chicken it was yummy. The only reason for not getting 5 stars? The fried pickles were only meh.....and they make you so thirsty for the rest of the night. Not just thirsty, we are talking Sahara desert for a week thirsty.
