I sat at the bar and ordered an appetizer thinking I would receive my food quicker. I was wrong. I haven't been to Chilis in years, so we decided to go and soon remembered why we stopped going. The hostess was Ok but the waitress left a lot to be desired. My order was wrong so she came back to the table with an empty plate so I could put the wrong food on before she brought out the right food. I've never seen anything like that before in my life. Are they going to resell it? My husband never received utensils and the man that was bringing our food out had a pissed off look on his face the whole time. First would like to say our server did awesome. It took a bit to get to us as we were sat nearly 20 minutes before being waited on. But once she got there she was great. She was very busy but very attentive. 10/10 on her service. Food was fine as well. The biggest problem with this restaurant is the management. The manager on duty that night was counting the till at an open table in the restaurant where other employees congregated as well (it did get a bit loud). It is really hard to manage people when it seems they are friends. This particular manager seems to keep his head down or look the other way as not to notice the things he should be fixing with the staff or the restaurant itself. There was an employee sitting at the table with him who took a FaceTime call with the volume up very loudly. Other employees coming by greeting him very loudly and joking around. The sanitation grade at this restaurant has improved from years past but with this type of management the doors won't stay open for much longer. read more

I made the risky choice to order literally within a minute of the Uber Eats window for ordering being closed, and instead of broccoli and asparagus, i got two ears of corn - what I assume are the street corn, but without the cilantro and shit. I f-ing hate cilantro. I love corn. I wish I could order the street corn without cilantro. A friend and I came here on a Saturday. We told the hostess we wanted to sit at the bar but the entire bar was dirty so we ended up sitting at a high top instead. The bartender/waiter (Dave) seemed not to be in a good mood. He had no personality. When we made some jokes to lighten his mood, he would stare at us with nothing. He did not want to be there. If you haven't been to Chili's in a while you need to go. We went tonight and once again were not disappointed. My husband and I both had the Big Smasher burger. It is the best burger in town. Cooked perfectly! The manager JT is awesome. He has the place running so smoothly. Someone brings the drinks out, someone the appetizers, someone the food so the waitress can do her job tending to her patron's needs. Generally we have good experiences ordering chillis takeout. However, we got our order tonight (a smokehouse combo and the turkey club), and our order was so awful. We received no sauces for anything, which was the least of the problem. thankfully since were home we can just go to the fridge and grab it (no biggie). However, The turkey club legit had no cheese, no bacon, no avocado, and no pesto mayo. It had lettuce, sandwich meat, and regular mayo. I went to chili's in Greenville NC, My guest and I both wore our mask and expected to sit at least 6 feet away from other guest;however, they sat us close to the bar where a group of six people were eating and enjoying their food. We immediately decided to get our food to go. While we waited , we noticed that everyone being bought in was seated in the same section. Everyone was sitting very close together. Chili's had a lot of empty seats; enough to seat everyone comfortably while maintaining social distancing. I was very surprised and disappointed especially with the increased COVID rates in the area. The staff wore mask to protect themselves, but the seating put guest at risk. The food was good as usual, but I will be taking a break from the restaurant for a while. read more

The food was decent but I've definitely had better. The price was a bit high for my liking so two meals and a single appetizer was $60. The service was pretty good but they seemed very short staffed. My wife and I visit Chili's about twice per month. During our last two visits, you can tell the service has gone downhill. We visited there tonight (Monday) and since there were only a few cars in the parking lot (compared to most nights), we decided to go I for an unplanned dinner date. We arrived at the hostess station, and waited about 7 minutes before we the hostess came up and helped the family in front of us. She sat them, and then asked how many, etc. So, we decided to sit in the bar area. Just like our last visit, there were tables that needed to be cleared, so we waited for a table. She finished cleaning and proceeded to seat us. We were greeted relatively quickly, and the girl said "I am not your waitress, but I can get your drinks". So we ordered ice water, and I ordered a margarita and my wife a glass of Wine. About five minutes later she comes back and informs us that the only wine they have behind the bar was a Chardonnay and a Pinot Noir. Neither of which appealed to my wife. So after a few more minutes I got my drink. By now, we still have not seen our waiter/waitress (15 minutes after being seated). A couple behind us, had an issue with their meal, or service, and asked to speak with the manager. They were promptly told, "the manager is too busy in the back, if you tell me, I can tell the manager (paraphrasing here)". My wife said the look on their faces was that of shock. So, after another five minutes of our food order not being taken, we decided we had wasted enough time and it was time to go. So, we paid for my drink and went to another restaurant. As we were walking out, another couple was walking in, and I shared with them our experience, so they turned around as well. I am not sure if it was a staffing issue because we had two people being out out ice waters and my drink. As I wrote above, this was our second bad experience in the last two weeks. The first experience was on a Saturday afternoon and we had a long wait to be seated and so many tables with dirty dishes piled up. We will go back one more time, maybe during the evening, later in the week to see if anything has changed. Cheers all! read more

Walked in after 30 minutes of sitting in on our online que waitlist and when we got to the restaurant the grossly incompetent hostess stated "It will be another 45 minutes because walk-ins take priority" I have never wrote a review for a restaurant before nor would I go out of my way to do so but in this case I will.
