This is concerning their to go service. This isn't the first time that we have gotten home & not got what we ordered. This time I was taking it to other people and they didn't get what they ordered. It's like they really don't care about the orders that leave the restaurant, because they know most people won't come back to get it fixed. I have gotten the best food when I have eaten inside the restaurant but the to go service is terrible. The money you spend at Chili's, you should get better service and food. They need to verify their orders before they leave the kitchen. Then when you inform them they throw a $15.00 card at you. Sometimes the card doesn't help the situation, when someone can't eat what you give them. Shame on you Chili's, I would expect more from you. read more

I am always excited to see Chili's on a road trip because there are none in my area. Today I accidentally pressed the send button on our online order an hour out instead of 20 minutes out. I called immediately and got a curt I will tell the cooks to stop cooking it. It had been 3 minutes tops. They weren't cooking it. I called again 20 minutes out to let her know that we were now close enough. Same person, same lack of customer service skills. My husband picked up the food. He had a question about the order and was treated the same way. But at least the food will be good, right . . . big ole nope. I can almost promise you they made it an hour out and let it sit in the boxes on the warmer the entire time. I didn't even know you could do that to corn. The ribs were dried out. Chicken strips were soggy. I can't believe I tipped 20% on this order! It was bad enough I just might be done with all Chili's forever. read more

We met after a big shootout with Portraits By Teara and had a great night and were treated well by staff. I had the sliders but four was too many so we boxed them up and had them next day. We also enjoyed the $5 drink special of the month. We had photographers and models of all ages there. Everyone had a nice time. read more

But the issue is this when I order chicken crispers and my wife order the triple dipper mine arrived way before hers! The food was awful! The chicken in my fajitas and the mango chicken my husband ordered was rubbery. Chili's food has definitely gone down hill. The chips and salsa weren't even good. Maybe if chili's quit changing their menu, they might be able to get back to making quality food. read more

This chilis is consistently good. We live nearby and keep coming back. Southwest egg rolls are one of our favorite appetizers and I usually get the smokehouse burger. It's awesome that they have a variety of meat and meatless patty options. They rotate through local craft beers so there is usually something new and interesting to drink and the people are very very friendly. Even though this is a chain and I rarely patronize chain establishments, I make an exception for this chilis because the food is just delicious and service is consistently great. read more

This is our first and last time at this Chili's. We were here for lunch, and a bit pressed for time. We didn't want to order something that would take too long. I ordered a margherita mexi bowl, after asking the waitress what it was. She said it was chicken with beans, rice and a tiny bit of lettuce. That came with a side, so I chose a house salad. The salad was filled with too many lettuce ribs. Then the strange mexi bowl, kind of a salad, with additional ribs of lettuce, few actual lettuce leaves, two dry, partially black avocado slices. Inedible. The mexi bowl also had watery beans, corn and rice. There was a good amount of liquid in the bottom of the bowl. Strange. So I basically ordered two salads, both disappointing. I used the ap to get curbside service. Pick up time 7:35pm. Get there at 7:40. Called to let them know that I was in the handicapped stall, because I can legally park there and their "to go" stalls were full. I was on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up and calling, again. I was asked to be placed on hold, again and I said "no! Ive been on hold for 10 minutes." And explained it. She never took my name. At 7:51 I went in the door and asked for my food, I was told it would be brought to me. At 8 pm I was informed by a guy that came out he would go get to the bottom of it. At 8:11 I went back inside to demand a refund that still hasn't been given to me! DON'T DO IT!! This place is horrible! At 3 seemingly worse restraunts I've had much better service! read more

We haven't been back for 8 months because of horrible service and poor food quality. My daughter begged to go for her birthday and it was what I expected. 2 of the 3 meals were cold and tasted nasty, we had stuff floating in our water and had to send it back. The server was very nice and at the end took one of the meals off after we paid. The manager never came over to apologize. I still left a 20% tip BEFORE the meal was credited. We will never be back and waste $75 on a $10 meal. Thanks again for ruining our daughters birthday. read more

First off, I'm a server so I look for different things than others might. We went out on a Friday night. The wait for 6 was only a half hour. I really liked that they texted me when my table was ready because I didn't want my kids playing in the snow that long. Our server was very attentive with refilling our drinks and chips without being asked. Our meal was large and everyone enjoyed it. I was pleasantly surprised at the bill because we splurged a bit. There was no downside to our experience. The salted caramel molten cake is Devine by the way. Get it with an extra scoop of ice cream and it couldn't be better. read more

Chili's off Harrisville Rd...the only one in the "chain" I will ever visit...I have been there for lunch and dinner, during the week and on weekends...and every time can count their consistency...even with a mishap last night, they RECOVERED gracefully... Our story...our family of 5 utilized the "call ahead" seating thru the app at approx 6:15pm. Fridays are busy but never before had a problem getting seated later than 20 mins. We arrived at 6:30 and checked in with a male host. He left to go on break and was replaced by a female hostess. Two large families, as well as, 3 sets of 2 guests who came in BEHIND us not on call ahead, were seated BEFORE us...40 mins go by and we finally asked "how much longer"...the hostess explained we were never "checked in" properly and was embarrassed as we were seated immediately...UPSET, I asked to speak to the manager on duty (Holly)...she was apologetic...paid for our appetizers of choice, children's meals, AND desserts! Our server "Sean" was THE BEST SERVER...kept refilling our drinks without asking, attentive and even did some magic tricks for our kiddos! Our food was served fast, hot and tasted fab! On a FRIDAY! Holly thanked us for being patient and addressed the issue to her host/hostess immediately- but in a kind and honorable way...you could tell ppl loved working there and with her. This is important to see and a rare find these days! Holly walked us out and explained she had previously worked in Layton and was brought to this location to "help turn it around" a year ago...PHENOMENAL JOB! This is more about one of the male servers at the Harrisville, UT location. He is definitely from somewhere back East from his accent but he is condescending, rude, loud and lousy at getting his tables their food. We have had him back to back and BOTH times we waited over ten minutes before we were even acknowledged. BOTH visits he told us we must be in the shadows because he had just barely seen us. REALLY??? My friends and I have met there for the past three get togethers. We stayed for three hours just visiting. The waitress, (I wish I remembered her name) was constantly there refilling our drinks and smiling and accommodating. The guacamole that is made table side is fantastic! Their menus are new too. My husband and I went to the Harrisville restaurant around 3:00 today . There was a lady sweeping the floor on one side and motioned for us to sit on the other side wherever we wanted. There was no clean booths so we sat down at one that had been cleared but not wiped off. The only person working was behind the bar and totally ignored us. We sat and waited at least 10 - 15 minutes with no acknowledgment. We finally just left, we have been to other Chilis and have always had good service. We just recently moved to North Ogden and will not be going back to the Harrisville Chilis. read more

We were seated by one girl and the table was very sticky with only one menu she said she needed to find more menus. I asked another girl if the table could be wiped off. The girl grabbed a washcloth and wiped in an "S" motion on the table taking only one second, tossed the cloth on the table next to us and walked off without saying a word but acting pissy. I wiped the table myself and my family sat down. The first girl returned with more menus and took our drink order. All the menus were sticky and nasty. I grabbed the washcloth and wiped down the menus. After a while or drinks came and our order was taken by a third girl who was nice. The food took a long time to come out. Once the food came out, it was very salty and not very hot. The soup tasted like it had been heating and reducing for a few days. The menu is a bit disappointing. I got a steak dinner and wanted a half rack of ribs alacarte, no sides. The waitress told me I can't do that. I would have to get a ribs dinner which comes with sides. I normally like Chilis but this visit left a bad taste in my mouth, literally. read more

Do not go here for food. I ordered Cajun chicken pasta they said the plate was hot but it was fkin cold the noodles were barely warm and getting cold fast. as I was getting to the bottom of my dish I noticed there was pieces of corn and beans. Honestly, I have eaten here a couple times and never had a good experience. This is my first review of any restaurant and I'm only doing so because I have had so many bad experiences. Just this past weekend I pulled into the restaurant to take care of a child that was throwing up and asked to toss a small plastic bag of a few wet wipes into an outside garbage and was told I couldn't, so I had to smell the vomit for the remainder of the drive. This is in addition to two other poor visits. The first one I ordered the fajitas and the steak was like eating meat gum. The second time I had to wait over two hours while being told repeatedly I was next. I guess I should have learned from the very first time. The Chili's on Riverdale Road is much MUCH better. read more
