Went to eat tonight and I am not usually one to say anything but Tonight was TERRIBLE. Waited to be seen by a server for about 20 mins and then after we finally got to order my kids food was immediately brought out right away but mine took about 20 min after that. Chili's is always a safe option for a quick casual bite out. It was late and my family wanted to grab something after being out all day. I got the triple dipper! It was my first time trying but I've always heard good things. They give you a bunch of options and you can choose three to make up a platter of deliciousness. You can do this as a shareable or your own meal. The waitress was really nice to give her favorite combo. I ended up going with the sliders, chipotle honey chicken tenders, and regular mozzarella sticks. Everything was so good! The strips had sauce on it but they were still crispy which I appreciated. I love this chilis!! When I go I get the triple dinner and it is perfect every time! I went 11/14/25 and had both fabulous service and fabulous food!! They were very busy on the night that I went, however I received my order fairly quick and when I asked to change something that came out wrong, they fixed it immediately! Halle the hostess said we would have a 20 minute wait. Then, put us on the wait list. The list then told us we would have to wait an additional 15-20 minutes after that. It said we were first in line. Several parties walked in after us and were seated before us including a party of 13 people and we were a party of 2. We were told that we could not sit at the bar, yet people came in after us and walked straight to the bar. I got told the wrong price for the margaritas, and was told I was wrong. We had to wait another 25 minutes for our drinks. When the drinks arrived they tasted like straight syrup with no alcohol. read more

My fiancée, her parents and I came to this particular Chili's Sunday afternoon after we had just left Louisiana and we were heading back to Huntsville. Service was okay; but understandable since we arrived after the church crowd. Everybody expect for me got the burgers. I got the honey chipotle chicken Tinders with Mac n cheese. My son and I arrived around 620 pm, and they're were only about 6 tables at that time. The server was very pleasant, took our drink order, and then came back to get our meal order at 630. Several other tables were seated over the next half hour, but it wasn't until literally every table received their order. The server then comes to ask what we had ordered, we reminded her, and she couldn't find our order in the computer. No worries, figured they would rush our food at that point. Another 20 minutes go by and the server then tells us she's going to check on our food... another 6 minutes before it would be ready... I asked to see a manager. Most times service is okay, not phenomenal but decent. Went in 1hr & 10 minutes before close the other week with a friend, was sat and got our order taken. Then the waitress told us she was busy doing her side work and if we would like to cash out so we wouldn't have to wait around for her for the check, we agreed. Few minutes goes by and she brings us our drinks in to-go cups, said she actually transferred us to to-go. Walked in and stood there waiting for a hostess to seat us for at least 5 minutes, despite many servers walking by and seeing us standing there. No recognition or acknowledgment of us standing there by anyone. A family of 5 was behind us with a baby and a girl on crutches. Finally after my husband went back in the kitchen to find a person to seat us, a girl showed up and seated us in the bar in the very back booth by the kitchen - but at least it was a seat. Then the great wait for a waitress started. 5 more minutes went by. Nothing happening. Finally a waitress brought the table behind us something but never said boo to us, and then turned and was heading back to the kitchen. My husband stopped her and asked if she knew who our Waitress was. She looked at him and said, "Me" as she left. My husband and I looked at each other. I said, "Let's go!". The last time that any of our family (Mom and daughter) went to Chili's was about 5-6 years before on a Saturday. Nobody was there and it took forever to be served. And, when they were served, the servers were rude. When we walked into Chilis today, there was no host/hostess to seat us. We waited and waited and waited along with a family of 5 or 6, one of which was a baby. After waiting about 10 minutes, I walked into the kitchen area in the back and asked where the hostess was. Nobody really answered except one guy said okay. I went back out and waited some more. I'll be sure not to head home until I've inspected the food. Last time I ordered here I got the nachos as an appetizer and it was burnt to a crisp. I returned it and the replacement was also burnt.
