This store is becoming a disgrace to the Midtown area. Every time I've visited recently, they're out of something. Today, I came during lunchtime, not long after they opened, and almost every side was gone. I chose one option, and it was out. I picked another, and that was out too. I even tried changing my side to a pimento cheese and that wasn't available either. It's incredibly frustrating to come in expecting a full menu and have so many items unavailable, especially during lunch. The only positive part of my visit was the cashier, who provided excellent customer service despite the situation. Unfortunately, great customer service can't make up for the constant lack of food. This restaurant could stand to be more polite to their customers. I always feel like I'm being ignored and like I have to work to get their attention to get my pick up order. Today I ordered my order on DoorDash and want to pick it up and when I got there, I held the phone up for the guy that was going to get to go order for Me because you know they never can't hear you when you try to tell them something. And when I held my phone up, he was like "I can't see that". I love the variety of chicken salads to pick from. My favorite is Kickin Kay Lynn, a little spicy action. Try the grape salad, it's yummy almost like a dessert. I wish 2 things: 1. a drink would be included in the combo and 2. they weren't so expensive. It cost $13 if you add a drink and extra side to your meal. I do like to eat there though. read more

I wasn't sure about a restaurant that only serves chicken salad, but I was pleasantly surprised with how good the chicken salad is here. It's really become my go-to chicken salad - primarily the Classic Carol. My kids love it as well, and so does my wife, who really isn't a chicken salad fan.
