When we drove up and noticed it was a pack, so I went in to see the wait time, surprised no wait time. Got seats immediately; waitress came quickly got our drink order (water with lemon & also wife ordered Strawberry Patrón Margarita and I ordered Tito's Punch) Both drinks were beautifully presented and tasted as good as they looked. Food: Chips and Salsa was okay. More broken chips and salsa was watery. For our meal we both ordered Big Smasher with Texas cheese fries( I customized my burger with black bean patty) I did have a issue with my burger, but it was fixed with no issues and fast. Ordered burger w/out bun and steamed broccoli. Sparkling water w/lime. Food was very good. I liked the smashed burger. I will go back. My server, Macy made all the difference. We went at a very busy time, but our food order was not correct a couple of times. (Wrong items). After correcting it the second time, the server pretty much ignored us for the rest of the time until he brought our check. However, he did have time to flirt and cut up with the guy behind us. Food is okay, every time we come here our food is always wrong. After four times it's really annoying and a waste of money considering what we pay and tip for it. me and my girlfriends attended chillis for a girls night, everything seemed perfectly fine, our waitress was in and out and really quick with service, but it was a busy time, so we didnt think too much of it. she checked on us maybe twice, and another server brought our drinks and the food. she set up the checks for us immediately after we finished and we each tipped her based on her service. she was fine, but not really talkative or around much. we sat to chat for a while after paying while finishing our drinks, and she came back in a hurry and asked with an aggravated tone "can i take some of this away for you." we said "sure, thank you so much!" and she cleared the plates but also aggressively grabbed the all drinks we were still finishing??? my cider was quite literally still half full. she walked away and said "$3 tip." and scoffed. my friend watched her as she walked to the kitchen and our waitress looked right at her and gave her a disgusted face. we each separately left her a tip as we each paid separately and she seemed verbally and physically aggravated at the tip we left her. we tip on service. she didn't bring out the food, nor the drinks. she brought our alcohol and checked on us twice and was barely around. she's already getting paid for the job that she does, any tip was based on her service and communication with us which she barely had. chillis hickory, please tell your waitresses to stop having temper tantrums and take deep breaths before scoffing and giving nasty looks to customers about 3 separate tips she was unhappy with. read more

That being said, the service was excellent and the service was speedy and attentive, despite being short staffed. I was happy with the Buffalo Chicken salad as it came out. At this point, you probably know if you like Chili's or not, and the price is pretty much standard across all of them in North Carolina. It was my husband's birthday and a Saturday night. We arrived at about 6:10pm. There were lines, so we sat at the bar.
