This was not my first time at Chili's and will not be the last. While it is no fine dining, it is consistently delicious. We started out with the bottomless chips and salsa. If you are not signed up for their rewards, definitely look into it because you can get these for free :). I ordered the Triple Dipper, as one does when they are craving Chili's! I got the mozzarella sticks, big mouth bites, and boneless BBQ wings. The mozzarella sticks are always huge and perfectly cooked! The BBQ wings were flavorful and always a safe bet. The big mouth bites were a little dry, but with some ranch they improved. I ordered a Dr. Pepper and it was great but my one and only refill did not arrive until after my food did. The restaurant is always pretty loud, with it being a pretty popular spot, but this does not bother me. The manager checked on us halfway through the meal which was nice, as this seems to be the standard. Overall, this restaurant is pretty basic and I would return here again for a safe bet at good food. read more

While in the area again recently, I decided to stop in here for lunch. I have eaten at Chili's several times over the last year or so, after having ignored this restaurant chain for more than a few years - in fact before my recent visits it had been over 10 years. Chili's was a solid, successful casual dining restaurant which began in Texas in 1975. It expanded rapidly, was sold in the early '80s, and grew even more rapidly. But early into the 2000's the chain saw significant drops in traffic, and the financial decline continued for a number of years. But several years ago, a substantial effort began to rebrand this chain - the menu was trimmed of losing dishes while new items were added, and value questions were addressed. The introduction of the "3 For Me" value deal proved very popular. I love the 3 For Me, and the 22 oz Modelo draft for $5, and the Triple Dipper as well. On this visit I chose the Triple Dipper - Hot Nashville Chicken Crispers (well fried chicken tenders with some heat), Southwestern Egg Rolls, and Big Bites (beef sliders). This comes with your choice of 3 sauces. The egg rolls have been on Chili's menu for decades and they remain a favorite of mine. The rolls consist of well seasoned chicken, black beans, corn, red bell pepper, spinach, and Monterey Jack cheese, spiced up with chili powder, cumin, and cayenne! The Avocado Ranch dipping sauce goes very well with this combination The hot Chicken Crispers were awesome, crunchy outside yet tender inside, with some nice heat from the Nashville Hot sauce. The Big Bites included the beef patty, caramelized white onion, bacon, cheddar cheese, and jalapeño mayo on a slider bun. There were also two bites, and overall the tasty and texture was right. The only down part was that everything is on one tray, and the Nashville Hot sauce did a bit of a number on the slider buns. As to the sauces, I found the Ranch a bit bland, but Jalapeño Ranch, the Blue Cheese, and the Sweet Chili Zing were all nice. This was a very nice meal, and a good value even at $16.99 because for most folds you are talking about 2 full adult meals. read more

Our book club chose to take it back to 1999 and meet at Chilis for the ultimate classic triple dipper. Chilis did not disappoint! From the excellent service, great drinks and still delicious flavors just like I remember - shout out to whomever invented Southwest Eggrolls - I was left wondering why I haven't visited in many years. Haven't been to Chili's in a while and my friend saw they had some new drinks and new veggie options on the menu so we decided to go try it out! I got the veggie burger which was a Beyond Meat Patty, and my friend got their cajun pasta with shrimp! Both meals were delicious, the drinks were good too! We also got the chip dip trio and the guacamole could've used a tad bit more flavor. And we got their new Nashville hot mozzarella sticks which were pretty unique, they are flavorful and offer amazing cheese pulls too! Since COVID, this is the best Chili's in probably a 100 mile radius. It's generally consistent, the staff is nice and the food is cooked up to standard. Today, however, was an off day, a very off day. We went because I had a free dessert for my birthday. I'd also received an email yesterday saying skillet queso was back, and my husband loves his skillet queso. We sat at the bar and the bartender let us know he'd help us as soon as he could. The restaurant was packed and he was the only bartender, and he was busting out drinks. He grabbed our drink order and we tried to order skillet queso, but they didn't have any. We got the southwest queso, which was excellent! Very similar to the skillet queso but with spicy peppers instead of meat. We were very pleased with it. Our entrees came out. My husband got the chicken and steak fajitas. The meat was not so hot it sizzled like we're used to, but it wasn't room temp, so no big deal. His tortillas had been placed on top of his cheese so his cheese had melted onto his plate, and his rice was cold. I got chicken crispers with two dipping sauces, fries and mac and cheese. My fries were cold. The noodles in my mac and cheese were not cooked all the way. My tenders were hot, but the expo had spilled most of my buffalo ranch onto my basket and didn't bother to offer me a fresh one (we saw her rebalancing the basket from behind the doors into the kitchen). There was no way I was going to ask the bartender to get me more as he was too busy. I would recommend the bartender, Jonathan, any day of the week. But the expo (who I think was the manager based on her attire) and the rest of the kitchen staff need to put in more effort. We likely won't be dining here again in the near future. read more

Arrived around 5:30 as a party of 1 and was immediately seated at a booth for 4. Server was at the host stand and saw me get seated, so he was very quick to getting me served. Cool dude with tattoos he did himself! I ordered two of the new margarita with blue Curacao and raspberry syrup at $6 each. Was decent. Will only recommend if you like very sweet drinks. I'm a light drinker, but probably would have needed 3 to feel tipsy. For food, I did the 3 for me, which has a basic price of 10.99 but what I ordered put my price at 12.99: -House salad with no cheese and Honey mustard dressing: was good, small portion but just enough given I ordered other things. -Oldtimer with cheese: standard burger with shredded lettuce, tomato, chopped red onions, and mustard. I passed on adding cheese, making it a regular burger. Had a side of fries that tasted very slightly stale but still edible -Chips and salsa: As a rewards member, I decided to get the chips and salsa which are around $6 but I got for free. I love the paper thin chips and the type of salsa. Only suggestion for Chili's management is to do portion control as I think the amount was more for two people. read more

Came to Chili's since there was not much choice late Saturday night in the area after a long drive and trip. Service was good and attentive. Drinks were okay. Shared the nachos app and the trio fajita. Nachos weren't good but the fajita was tasty with good portion.. not a bad choice when you're in a pinch but there are better places if you want quality meal. read more

I was very happy with my experience and food. It's been a long time since I've had Chili's and I was delightfully surprised to find they have good Tex-Mex food to eat. I know my family always get the nachos, they are individually made instead of one heaping mess, but I love it this way with eh beans and good amount of cheese melted on top. I only ordered Southwest egg rolls for take out. I called at 2106 hrs they were ready in 5 minutes I was like cool. I get there pick them up go back to work to eat my lunch. Low and behold these suckers are soggy not even crispy. They weren't even done. I was pissed looks like they were microwaved. I'll take home and recook them. My family and I went to dinner there last night and was not impressed wit the service of this location. We waited about 45 minutes which was a little longer than the estimated time the hostess quoted but that was fine as it was Friday night. We were finally seated and our waitress did not know what beers were on tap or names of beers which caused me to walk to the bar to determine which beer I wanted. We ordered our food and then we held a bet which would come out first our food or my beer. Well my beer came out a few minutes prior to my food but after our waitress stopped and chatted up another table holding my beer. So we got our food but no silverware and our waitress instead of getting our silverware stopped and took another order and then finally came out with our silverware carried in her armpit which is completely gross. I understand staff shortages but this place was fully staffed. First the section behind us was never cleaned from previous diners. I had to ask could the area please be cleaned before bringing my food out. It wasn't done completely. Our drinks came out with our food but the table that was seated after us got theirs first. We had a horrible experience at this Chili's. Our food wasn't good. There was a hair in my grandson's chicken tenders (which they did comp), and it was a miracle that we got refills. We had to ask multiple times and that was when she decided to come by the table. It took forever to place our food order in the first place!!! We never saw the manager after finding a hair in the food!! This restaurant is managed poorly and the waitresses don't care about the customers. Dont waste your money or time. Came to Chili's on 1/5/22 @ 7:21 pm. This establishment isn't crowded, which was great, but they had a good crowd. I waited to be seated and was standing there by myself for about 10 minutes. Waitress looked at me and walked away. Another waitress came from the back and turned around and went back to the back. I wasn't seated, less known served. I ate here with my wife and one of my children for dinner yesterday (5/31/2019). We got there before the dinner rush which was good. No wait to be seated. I asked for a table instead of a booth. They sat us in the side with tables, we where by ourselves which was great. It looked like our side was closed, like they were not using it. The waitress seemed like she had an attitude about it. Food was good. Wife got a chicken sandwich, and I got the chicken fajita. Waitress guilt us into doing a survey on the table tablet, saying if we don't do it, or we don't give her all 5 stars she has to go to additional meeting.
