The food is delicious and a very good prices. Service is great they make you feel like family. Ambieance in the middle of the afternoon is low volume. Overall great experience.

Stopped in for dinner recently, and enjoyed a delicious burger! It was my first time visiting and we got our food to go, but the staff was friendly, took our order and let us know when it was ready. The space is small, as the name suggests, but I'm told it's also the owner's last name...so fitting in both sense. As I mentioned I got a double burger, which was only $7, and with cheese +$1, still very fair and reasonable pricing considering how expensive everywhere else has become. They also have a long list of toppings you can add. I also got a side of Mac and cheese, but I'll be honest it was a bit disappointing. I'm definitely a fan of Mac and cheese and though theirs is very creamy, it's t lacks any real cheese flavor, that was a definite let down, but I'll try a different side next time. They don't have a huge menu, but what they do offer sounds good, and if the burger is an indicator, their other food will be good too. I'll certainly be back and suggest you check it out too!

Great new spot and a great deal. Got a chopped bbq sandwich and a side of Mac and cheese. The sandwich was tasty and the Mac was definitely creamy, but maybe not as cheese flavored as I was expecting. Service was very friendly and I like the string of lights from the ceiling !

    Burger and baked beans

Great little place. My burger was good and the baked beans were just like my aunt makes them. Service was great too. I would come back.

I stopped in today base on these Yelp reviews to check this 5 star ratings. The waitress was very friendly and inviting. I had the chopped chicken sandwich and tea with a side of baked beans. The chicken was good, but much better with the barbecue sauce on it. The baked beans were spectacular (I been to enough barq. places to know) ! The tea was excellent also. It's a brand new place and seems really good to eat at. Going back for the barbecue sandwich tomorrow.

Service was horrible, great food and it wasn't even busy to justify the slow service.

Between the rave reviews and the beautifully designed space, I knew this would be our stop. The first thing I noticed when we arrived was that the parking lot was on the smaller side, but any concern disappeared the moment we checked in. The hostess greeted us warmly, asked for my license plate so she could validate our parking, and had us seated almost immediately. It was such a thoughtful touch and set the tone for the experience. On the way to our table, I couldn't help but notice the inviting patio, perfect for lingering over lunch on a beautiful day. That said, I had reserved an indoor table, and I'm glad I did. The dining room is intimate, stylish, and effortlessly chic. It's the kind of restaurant that feels equally suited for a catch-up with friends as it does for a date night. The tables are close together, creating a lively atmosphere, so it's worth keeping that in mind if you prefer a little more privacy. Our server, Aundria, made an already wonderful experience even better. She was warm, attentive, and knew the menu inside and out. It was also refreshing to see the entire team working together so seamlessly, with everyone stepping in to help one another throughout the meal. I ordered the lobster roll with shoestring fries, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The lobster was fresh, buttery, and generously portioned, making it one of those dishes I'd happily order again. Before we left, I asked Aundria what she reaches for when she dines there. Without hesitation, she recommended the Korean Beef Bowl, which has already earned a spot on my list for my next visit. As if the experience couldn't have ended on a sweeter note, it started raining just as we were leaving. The hostess grabbed an umbrella and walked me to my car, a simple gesture that perfectly reflected the hospitality we experienced from start to finish. Great food is memorable, but genuine hospitality is what keeps me coming back. This restaurant delivered both, and it's officially earned a place on my list of Winston-Salem favorites.

The "Korean Beef Bowl" came with about a cup of each beef, rice, cucumbers and maybe 1/4th of an avocado for $24. This looked and tasted like a $14 dollar plate at best (seriously, no kimchi even in a Korean bowl?); I left hungry. My wife got the Thai coconut curry, $30 bucks which included an $8 up charge for chicken, in which there were maybe 8 paper thin slices. The curry part was non existent both in volume and in taste. There was barely any sauce, very bland, and it essentially tasted like unseasoned noodles and vegetables. I would gladly come back for a happy hour and enjoy their other drink options and appetizers, but I just cannot justify paying the exorbitant prices for how mediocre the food ultimately was. I wish I had taken a picture of the food to add weight to the review but it was so lackluster looking that it just was not worth photographing in the moment.

Our seats were in the main dining area, which is an absolute feast for the eyes. The area was super busy and crowded but you'd never know it because everything just flowed, like a well oiled machine. The food is EXCELLENT! We got a little bit of everything but the highlights were the Short Rib Sliders - popular at our table, and the small plates. Our server was excellent, the wine list is impressive, my local beer was fantastic, and my wife enjoyed her wine. The food was where things slipped. My wife's wood-fired salmon was pretty good, but her vegetables came out with no seasoning at all. My wood-fired filet was cooked exactly right, but it also had no seasoning, and when you find yourself asking for steak sauce for a filet, something has gone wrong in the kitchen. Then the peach crumble showed up and stole the entire night. It is genuinely amazing, and I'd tell anyone within earshot to order it. Great atmosphere, great service, great drinks, and a dessert worth the trip. If the kitchen brings the seasoning up to the level of everything else, this is easily a four-and-a-half-star restaurant.
