This restaurant had good food but did not take requests well and they messed up at least one of my family's orders the many times I have gone. I do however have to say that the servers and managers are polite and are there to make sure things are going ok. I would recommend that if you were to go don't try and order something without an item that us included with it on the menu say a chef salad without cheese, they would probably mess up the order and include cheese. Over all it is a decent Chili's and has good people but the food is not the best. read more

So I took my wife here on a random date. For starters we received a new waitress. So the service wasn't the best but that's understandable. We ordered the 2 for $20 steak and guac. The food was pretty good. Steak was cooked as I ordered tasted very good. Only thing I will say is that if you like to eat healthy, their steak is cooked in something different. Very greasy. But still very good. The new server made a few mistakes but again she was new. However, then my other experience wasn't good either because a waitress over charged for shots and the male manager acted like it was my issue. I ordered some food tonight and the waitress said it would be 15 minutes and she would call my phone once it was ready. We went outside to wait and noticed that it was past 15 minutes and we still did not receive a call. We went inside to see if the food was ready and the waitress and another lady was already counting down the drawer and our food was in a bag sitting on the side of the counter as if it was sitting for a while. The waitress said that our food was not sitting there long. We got home and not only was our food on the cold side but there was hair in my food. It was less than 15 minutes from the time we left the store to when we got home. The manager said that because it was an in house order he could not reverse my payment. So now I have to fine a last minute place to order my food which a lot of places are closed. So not only am I out $41 but I'm also out the meal I ordered for tonight. read more

Im cringing at the fact I had to give this place a star at all! I would rate it negative if I could! I guess to justify the single star I would say the door to the place opens. By far THE WORST dining experience I've had in my life! First, our hostess and our server never returned to our table with the high chair we asked for. So we placed our baby seat on the table on the inside of the booth. Within minutes, someone came to yell at us for not using a highchair!! Another 10 minutes passed by before our server came with a highchair (which was FILTHY, and we didn't end up using) and to finally take our drink order. We offered to give her our food order as well since we had sat already looking at the menu for 10 minutes, but she said she didn't have paper and would be back with the drinks, and take our other then. Before I go on, let me say we were there on a Tuesday around 2:30 pm, so it was hardly busy. 5 minutes later, the waitress returned to deliver the drinks (a sweet tea when I ordered un-sweet) and took our order. While we waited, again, for an unusually long amount of time, our waitress was on the phone, or taking with her friends at the bar. Never once came to check if we needed refills or anything. I went to the bathroom (which was FILTHY) to wash my hands and on my way back to the table saw our waitress standing out back smoking. Minutes later, she arrived at our table, reaking of cigarettes, with our salads as well as our entrees. I wish I packed up and left right there! Our food was cold, laying on dirty plates in pools of greese. I flagged our server over to let her know that our fries were cold and she responded, "Oh yea, that happens". She put her hand right in the fries on the plate, to make sure we weren't lying I guess, and told us she would be back with more. She brought another dirty plate of cold, greasy fires some time later, all while leaving the ones her dirty cigarette hand touched on my plate next to my black bean burger. Never mind asking for a refill on a drink! A few bites of cold, greasy food later and I was done. She had the check handy when she dropped off plate #2 of fries. The only thing we didn't wait for. We paid and couldn't get out of there quick enough! I planned on calling the manager the next day to tell him about out dreadful experience. That night, I was the sickest ive ever been in my entire life! I couldn't stop vomiting the entire night! It was so bad, I broke blood vessels in my eyes! I was sick for 2 days. I found out after going to the ER at Ft. Stewart I had food poisoning. I not only called the manager, who only offered up a lame apology and questioned if my sickness was truly caused by them, but I called Chili's corporate office and GA health department as well. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars, is because every time I get Chile's to Go, the food is always amazing and I don't have to wait for our cold food to come to the table. Now our in store experience always sucks! The food comes out cold and under cooked. For some reason every time that I order a well done steak in store it always comes out pink. Our last experience we had to wait for the waitress to pass by and be flagged down in order to just get our drinks filled. Our appetizers came out about 20 minutes after we ordered and our food was out 20 more minutes after that. The seem to be either under staffed and having the waitresses running around too much or they are just inexperienced and do not know how to serve the total amount of tables they are assigned. Can't forget the fact that there has been a couple fires in this location over the past few years! read more

If there was a way to give this establishment negative stars, I would. My boyfriend and I decided to eat here on a Sunday morning, not long after they opened. We arrived around 1130 and spent less than half an hour there. To start with with, he ordered the skillet queso and I ordered a cup of chicken and chile soup. Typically, when we've dined at Chili's, the queso has been thick and sizzling, but this was a thin, sad, on the brink of being cold skillet. My soup was barely tepid, which is absolutely unacceptable for a place that had only been open for half an hour. We both ordered burgers for entrees, my boyfriend requesting no onions on his. When we received them, the limp piles of fries were hardly fresh from the fryer and there were onions on his burger. This might have been acceptable had the place been busy in any way, but there was only one other group of two in the restaurant while we were there and they were being served by someone else. We will not eat here again unless there is absolutely no other option and we will definitely not be recommending this place to anyone. read more

Avoid this location unless you are only going for drinks, or if you are planning on going to sit at the bar. The waitstaff has no problem displaying their poor attitudes and make no attempt to do anything more than the absolute minimum. I have visited this location several times a year for the last 15 years and each time I leave shaking my head in disgust. The only reason I keep coming back is the fact that I am in the area a month at a time & there are just too few restaurants to avoid it entirely. The last visit, they spilled drinks on several of our party members and didn't seem to really care since their lackluster "oops, sorry" were accompanied with just a few napkins and we had to ask for replacement drinks. When we left there was still glass & liquid covering the floor even though plenty of staff came by & commented on it. Several of our orders were incorrect & by the time we got them, we just boxed them up & took them home because everyone else was finished by then. The bar is the only reason to visit. The place needs a face lift. They need to stop serving beer on mugs. Needs more beer variety. The only good beer is blue moon and Samuel Adams which are not included in the happy hour. Pros and Cons with this place.. The waitress was kind and checked in a good amount. The food though was kind of a down side. I ordered the margarita chicken Tex mex bowl and it was sort of watery and not very good. It was disappointing for sure. I stopped by to eat Friday there was a lot of people seated. I thought it would take a long time to receive my dinner. I was surprised that it was not 20 minutes before I received my dinner and was out of there within 45 minutes. The service was good the atmosphere relaxing and the dinner was delicious Fish Tacos are really good. Worst place i have gone to in a very very long time. Waitress was gross, dirty fingernails and uniform looked dirty. The food was very nasty and not warm at all. Asked to speak to the manager and she took forever. I told her a piece of my mind and got the corporate information. The General Managers name is Autumn Odadornella. I was very distrurbed when the waitress decided it was ok to write my full credit card number down and say that the strom knocked the power out for the card machine. Are you kidding me. This is definately something that should have been told prior to seating us. Breach of security and illegal in every aspect. I refused to pay with my card and ran to ATM to pay my bill. Terrible place and would never in my life go there again. I will inform every uniform soldier and their families to stay away along with every person on FT Stewart i come across.
