We chatted briefly and she complimented my family and was just such a joy! The chef was Jamel (or Jameel? There were three young white servers and one Black server, but nobody said a word to us. I finally asked if someone was going to take care of us or what was going on. One young lady said, "Let me see," but she never came back to help us--even though her workstation was right behind our table. It's understandable when a restaurant is busy or short-staffed, but in this case, there were four employees walking around and only two other tables occupied. To make matters worse, a new table arrived--a white couple--and after only five minutes, the Black server was attending to them. Was it a coincidence, or is it because we are Hispanic that nobody wanted to serve us? Is the Hispanic community not welcome at IHOP? If that's the case, they should put up a sign saying so. Does the Hispanic community not have money? Do we not matter? Does this behavior truly represent the IHOP franchise?

I wouldn't not return to this location if it weren't for the automatic ordering tablets at the table. The service at this location has gone downhill SO bad within the last few years. The service here is very slow, not the friendliest, and very (how should I say) forgetful. The staff at this location is definitely in need of more training. However the menu selection (like all Chili's restaurants) is wonderful and very diverse. The perk of this location is whenever you're ready to leave, you don't have to wait even longer for your server to come back if you pay with a credit/debit card on the tables tablet. That's the best thing this Chili's location could have done. Warning about the tablets- all games on there cost $$... Don't let your bill surprise you at the end of the night because you thought all of the games and activities were free. :) read more

After receiving a giftcard over the holidays, my family and I decided to give Chili's one more shot after our last less than ideal experience with the restaurant a few months ago. The food is just below par everytime we have eaten there. We have experienced cold food,over cooked food, under cooked food, flavorless food, etc. Service was slow. We did arrive during a rush but even after the place died down we still felt we were abandoned. We, along with several other diners complained about how cold the place was but it seemed nothing was ever done about it. We overheard one of the servers, after a diner complained about the cold, state the temperature was controlled by corporate-insulting. Our server had a great demeanor but was overwhlemed. The service is nowhere near the way it used to be. From starters the girl at the door had no personality. I understand you have a mask on but you can still sound happy to be at work. Next the waitress was all over the place. Never came by and filled drinks I had to flag her down for my needs. I still tipped her because thats what you are supposed to do but was totally unsatisfied. My food was super cold once it finally came. Lastly I ordered a meal to go and it had bacon on there. I told the manager I was allergic and didn't realize it had bacon on it. She refused to replace it or help in anyway and told me to order a fresh meal without bacon. How rude. My pregnant wife was served raw wings tonight from "its just wings" on door dash but really it's chili's. This is completely unacceptable!! No one should be served food of this condition and it makes it worse that she's pregnant and was exposed to this. All wings were like this except 3!! . Do your job Chili's. I don't care how long it takes to get food if you do your job correctly. Blame what you want, who you want, point is if you can't serve fresh good food safely to the public you don't need to be serving food at all. read more

It has one entrance, shared with an old folks' home, and no light. Depending on the time of day, turning left out of the entrance is a nightmare, and sometimes turning right is, too, because of the volume of traffic. 2) They use those little tablets on the tables, so when you pay with your credit card, you can't always get a paper receipt, which I like. Speaking of the tablets, some of the tables are in places where you can't see a TV, which is plenty fine by me; most of the TVs are around the bar, so it's nice to sit with my family with no distractions. Food was delicious. I got ribs, and they literally did fall off the bone when I pick them up to try to eat them; ended up using my fork quite a bit. Again, that's a compliment. Excellent service. I had Suarez, and I recommend him. Very friendly; anticipated my needs before I had them; he brought me extra wet-naps for those ribs, extra condiments, extra drinks, and all without me ever asking for a thing. When he packed up my to-go items, he stacked them in the bag neatly so they wouldn't spill or everything. Sophia, the manager, also came around. Good portion size with the food. They were generous with their rolls and cinnamon butter both. Fantastic sweet potato; great side and recommended. They do have a to-go pick-up window that I saw numerous people use.
